MAINTENANCE REMOVED & REPLACED THE AFFECTED RT MLG SIDE STRUT ASSY, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED THE MLG ATTACH POINTS AND STRUCTURE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
TYS A/C IS IN FOR A MC-CHECK INSPECTION WHEN INSPECTION FOUND THE BUSHINGS MIGRATED AT THE LOWER ACTUATOR LOWER AND UPPER LUGS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REAMED TO A OVERSIZE OF .772 AND INSTALLED A OVERSIZED BUSHING. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW EMB 145 SRM 55-00-02. A/C WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
A/C IS IN FOR A C-CHECK WHEN MAINTENANCE ON REMOVING OF THE NLG SLIDING TUBE FOUND PITTING CORROSION INSIDE THE CHAMBER.MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE NLG LEG ASSEMBLY BORE IAW ETD 2019-145-133720 REV. A. NO CRACKS FOUND. REFERENCE ECTC ETD 2019145--133720 01 FOR A 50- HR. INSPECTION AND ECTC ETD 2019-145--133720 02 FOR A PERMANENT REPAIR. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
FLIGHT 4053 THE #1 FLOOR PROX STRIP LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED LIGHT STRIP, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE FORWARD CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHT WERE DISCOVERED INOP. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS RELEASED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED HAZE AND SLIGHT ODOR ON TAKEOFF IN CABIN SWITCHING FROM APU TO ENGINE BLEEDS ON TAKEOFF. CLEARED AFTER 5 MINUTES. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND REMOVED OIL FROM OVERSERVICED APU. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

RDU FLT 5907 THE CREW REPORTED THE WEATHER RADAR FAILED IN FLIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED INTO CLE AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE WEATHER RADAR RTA. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
DURING ROUTINE MX THE NR 2 ENGINE SHOWED NO FUEL FLOW INDICATION. THE ENGINE RAN NORMAL. MX REPLACED THE NR 2 ENGINE FUEL FLOW SENSOR/TRANSMITTER. OPS CHECKED WERE GOOD.
FLIGHT 2026, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE ACFT WOUD NOT HOLD PRESSURIZATION. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, WHERE IT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX R & R THE MANUAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER, OPS TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

AFTER TURNING ON THE NR 1 PACK THE CREW NOTED A ODOR SIMILAR TO MELTING PLASTIC. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THE NR 1 AIR CYCLE MACHINE TO BE THE SOURCE OF THE ODOR. THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE WAS REPLACED, OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED AND THE DISCREPANCY WAS CLEARED.
EWR FLT 2398 THE CREW REPORTED A FOUL SMELL FROM THE PACKS WHEN THE ENGINE BLEEDS WERE ON. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
EWR FLT 2940 - THE CREW REPORTED A BLD 2 LEAK ON CLIMBOUT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE O-RINGS ON THE NR 2 BLEED DUCT IN THE CARGO COMPARTMENT JOINT NR 20. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

SHV-DURING C-CHECK THE REPAIR DOUBLER ON T-REINFORCEMENT ON STRINGER 19 RIGHT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A GOUGE BETWEEN FRAMES 52 AND 53. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGED AREA AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EMB 145 SRM 53-24-02. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV-DURING C-CHECK THE SUPPORT ANGLE ON THE CENTER OMEGA BEAM AT FRAME 20 WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED SUPPORT ANGLE IAW EMB 145 SRM 51-40-02. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
SHV-DURING C-CHECK THE LEFT HAND FLOORBEAM AT FRAME 20 WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR ON THE AFFECTED BEAM IAW EMB 145 SRM 53-21-10 FIGURE 201 SHEET 2. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DAY FLIGHT 2450 THE CREW REPORTED ON FINAL APPROACH INTO DAYTON PRIOR TO GEAR DOWN RECEIVED A LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND FAIL MESSAGE ON THE ECIAS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR ELECTRONIC UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.
EWR---CO2521, CREW REPORTED, "STRONG SMELL OF FUEL WHEN APU START IN FLIGHT". MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE APU IAW EMB145 AMM #49-10-00. NO FAULTS NOTED. VISUALLY INSPECTED APU IAW EMB145 AMM #49-02-00. NO LEAKS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
EWR---CO2679, CREW REPORTED, "WHEN STARTING APU THERE WAS A STRONG FUEL SMELL." MAINTENANCE REPOSITIONED AIRCRAFT FROM "TAILWIND" CONDITION. RAN APU. NO FAULTS OR SMELLS NOTED IAW EMB145 MM 49-00-00. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVCIE.
Crew reported that the gustlock indication illuminated during flight. The aircraft diverted and landed at CRP without incident. Maintenance inspected the gustlock system and the aircraft was dispatched under an MEL. Maintenance later removed and replaced the gust lock spring cartridge, operationally checked the gustlock system, cleared the MEL and the aircraft was returned to service.
CLE FLIGHT 3998 THE CREW REPORTED A LANDING AIR/GND FAIL MESSAGE WHEN EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR AND STAYS ON UNTIL GEAR IS DOWN AND LOCKED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
