CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED OPS CHECKS AND ALL LIGHTS WORKED NORMALLY ON GROUND. CUSTOMER REQUESTED REPLACEMENT OF EMER BATTERY. GAINED ACCESS TO BOTH BATTERIES, REPLACED BOTH BATTERIES WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED UNITS. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. WORK DONE REF TO AMM 33-52-01
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, NOTICED ALL CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS TURNED ON AND A FEW MINUTES LATER, TURNED OFF EXCEPT RED LIGHT LEADING TO THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WHICH CONTINUE BLINKING FOR THE DURATION OF THE FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELB'S #1 AND #2 PN 7450LS-00 REMOVED S/N 006371, 005059 AND INSTALLED S/N 006424, 007271
CABIN EMER LIGHTING ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT WITH SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED #1 FOREWORD EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS÷00 S/N 006262. INSTALLED A TESTED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-O0 S/N 006371. REMOVED #2 AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-00 S/N 005843. INSTALLED A REPAIRED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS÷00 S/N 005059. CABIN ENTRY LIGHTS INOP DURING NIGHT PREFLIGHT. FOUND CB'S D3-D16 POPPED. RESET CB'S IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINTENANCE POLICY. CLOSED MAIN CABIN DOOR AND D16 CB POPPED AGAIN. FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSES, TURNED CABIN AND COCKPIT REOSTATS FULL OFF (COUNTER CLOCKWISE), OPENED AND CLOSED MAIN CABIN DOOR AGAIN AND CB D3 POPPED. GAINED ACCESS TO TOP AIRSTAIR AND CHECKED AIRSTAIR HARNESS FOR DAMAGE , FOUND #4 DAMAGED WIRE, REPAIRED DAMAGED WIRES AND PROVIDED MORE CHAFE PROTECTION, CLOSED UP TOP STEP AND SECURED HARNESS, PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK, ALL CHECKS GOOD NO FAULTS FOUND, IAWAMM 33-60-00-710-801 AND 33-26-02-00-801, SPM 20-41-20, RETURN AIRCRAFT TO INITIAL CONDITION.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS BEGAN FLASHING DURING CRUISE. REMOVED AND REPLACED SERVICEABLE FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER. PERFORMED OPS CHECK NORMAL, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01, 33-52-00. ORIG SUBMISSION DATE: 1/3/2023

REMOVED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT COVER. FOUND THE GROUND WIRE WAS DISCONNECTED. RE-SOLDERED GROUND WIRE BACK ON. PERFORMED OPS-CHECK AND OPS-CHECK GOOD. RE-INSTALLED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT COVER. DEPARTING, ATTEMPTED TO RETRACT MLG. ON RETRACTION NOSE WHEEL BEGAN VIOLENTLY BANGING BACK & FORTH & WOULD NOT RETRACT. LIGHT INDICATIONS WHERE 2 MAINS RETRACTED WITH LIGHTS OUT & RED NOSE WHEEL LIGHT ON. EXTENDED MLG & ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL, & VIOLENT SHAKING CEASED. A NORMAL LANDING MADE. VISUAL INSPECTION AFTER LANDING SHOWS NO ABNORMALITIES TO NOSE GEAR, WELL, OR DOORS. FOUND NLG LOWER STRUT UNDERSERVICED AND NOT FULLY EXTENDING ALSO FOUND DAMAGE ON LT UPLOCK ROLLER BRACKET OF NLG. SERVICED STRUT WITH NITROGEN AND HYD OIL. REPLACED UPLOCK BRACKET. CYCLED GEAR NUMEROUS TIMES. VERIFIED CORRECT ADJUSTMENT OF UPLOCK SWITCHES. CHECKED GOOD. REF 12-14-00, 32-30-50.
STRONG PUNGENT ODOR WITHIN 30-60 SECONDS AFTER TAKEOFF. ODOR NOT SO STRONG ONCE CLIMB WAS ARRESTED. FOUND A SEAL LEAKING IN ENGINE. REMOVED RT ENGINE AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED ENGINE. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS NORMAL. DONE IAW MM SECTION 71-00-10 (REV 17) AND SECTION 71-00-30 (REV 17) AND IAW MM PN 30B4422, SECTION 71-00-00.
STRONG PUNGENT ODOR WITHIN 30-60 SECONDS AFTER TAKEOFF. ODOR NOT SO STRONG ONCE CLIMB WAS ARRESTED.
PUNGENT ODOR DURING FLIGHT. ODOR DIMINISHED COMPLETELY WITH "RT ENG BLD AIR" SELECTED "OFF". TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND RT BLEED AIR HEAT EXCHANGER LEAKING. R & R RT HEAT EXCHANGER WITH NEW AND SECURED IAW MM 36-10-00. RUN ENG, OPS AND LEAK CHECKED NORMAL.
ON DEPARTURE CLIMBING TO INITIAL ALTITUDE FLIGHT DECK HAD AN ODOR IRRITATING TO EYES AND NOSE. APU WAS OFF.
ON DEPARTURE CLIMBING TO INITIAL ALTITUDE FLIGHT DECK HAD AN ODOR IRRITATING TO EYES AND NOSE. APU WAS OFF. FOUND LT ENGINE OIL OVERSERVICED. REMOVED EXCESS OIL AND BROUGHT OIL LEVEL TO PROPER LEVEL. FOUND WATER SEPARATOR SOCK VERY DIRTY. REPLACED SOCK WITH A NEW. SYSTEM LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 21-21-03 IAW MM 12-11-02.
BRAKES MAKE GROANING NOISE WHEN APPLIED, SLIGHT CHATTER FELT. R & R RT INBD BRAKE ASSY WITH UNIT O/H BY WHEEL AND BRAKE MM 32-42-10. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
DURING T/O CABIN SPIKED AT ABOUT 3000 FPM, DECENT & THERE WAS SIGNIFIGANT AMOUNT OF AIR COMING OUT OF THE WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER VENTS. ABORTED T/O AROUND 50 KIAS THEN NOTED ALL SWITCHES IN CORRECT POSITION, SYSTEM OPERATES NORMALLY DURING ANTI-ICE CHECK. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAULTY LT FLOW CONTROL VALVE IAW CE 560 M/M 21-11. OP AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. C/W PRESSURIZATION OPERATIONAL CHECK REF M/M 21-31. OP CHECKED GOOD.
LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR LIGHT INOP. LIGHT FAILS DURING ROTARY TEST. DURING THE FLIGHT DID NOT GET THE GEAR HORN. CIRCUIT BREAKER DID NOT POP. TS SYSTEM TO BAD LIGHT BULB. REMOVED AND REPLACED BAD BULB. OPS CHECKED ROTARY TEST. SYSTEM OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE560MM 32-60-00.
IN-TRANSIT LIGHT STAYED ON AFTER GEAR WAS RETRACTED. GEAR WAS EXTENDED AND A/C LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION, THE RT GEAR WELL PLACARD CLOSEOUT PANEL WAS FOUND TORN AND BENT UP. THE INBOARD Z-BRACKET HAD FAILED, AS WELL AS THE LOWER ANGLE, THAT THE PANEL IS RIVETED TO. AFTER FAILURE OF BOTH PANEL MOUNT BRACKETS, AIRLOADS MAY HAVE STARTED TO PULL THE PANEL OUT UNTIL THE LANDING GEAR FINALLY CAUGHT IT AND TORE IT UPWARD WHEN GEAR WAS RETRACTED. REPLACED THE PANEL AND BOTH MOUNT BRACKETS. THE Z-BRACKET IN THIS AREA HAS A HISTORY OF FAILING AND IS REPLACED AT FAIRLY FREQUENT INTERVALS.
FOUND STATIC LEAK EXCEEDED MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS. TROUBLE SHOT TO A DEFECTIVE FLEX HOSE ASSEMBLY AT THE RIGHT HAND STATIC PORT, REPLACED WITH NEW HOSE ASSEMBLY AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. AC TT 1649
