PILOT REPORTED AN EXCESSIVE AIR FRAME VIBRATION ASSOCIATED WITH PROP RPM. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE RIGHT ENGINE NR 6 CYLINDER PISTON HEAD TO BE DAMAGED, AND FOREIGN MATTER ON THE CYLINDER UPPER SPARK PLUG. THE DAMAGE TO THE PISTON APPEARED TO BE CAUSED BY PRE-IGNITION. THE CYLINDER WAS REPLACED AND THE OIL SUMP WAS FLUSHED AND INSPECTED FOR METAL CONTAMINATION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE CYLINDER, THE ENGINE WAS GROUND RAN AND THEN REINSPECTED FOR METAL CONTAMINATION WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT REPORTED SMOKE IN COCKPIT IN VICINITY OF FLAP INDICATOR/HANDLE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND FLAP INDICATOR POST LIGHT TERMINAL LOOSE AND ARCHING; RE-SECURED FLAP INDICATOR POST LIGHT AND REPLACED HEAT SINK ASSEMBLY.
PILOT REPORTED ENGINE MANIFOLD PRESSURE ERRATIC DURING TAKE OFF ROLL. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE EXHAUST VALVE GUIDE ON THE NR 5 CYLINDER DAMAGED.

THIS CRACK WAS FOUND TO BE BEYOND LIMIT ALLOWABLE OF MEB91-11R1. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN SCRAPPED & A REPLACEMENT DRAG BRACE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACFT.

CREW REPORTED, DURING LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCK LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. SHORTLY AFTERWARDS, BOTH HYD FLOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ELECTED TO GO-AROUND AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. CREW PERFORMED "GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND HYD CHECKLIST" AND PERFORMED EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX FOUND LT MLG HYD EXTEND LINE RUPTURED. REPLACED LINE, PERFORMED LANDING GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION FUNCTIONAL CHECKS. ACFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
