DUAL GENERATOR FAILURE AT FL 430. EMERGENCY DECENT, AIRCRAFT WENT INTO ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY. PRESSURIZATION LOSS, O2 MASKS DEPLOYED. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND EMERGENCY BRAKING WAS USED, WHICH RESULTED IN THE TIRES FLAT SPOTTED INTO THE WHEEL. MX DOWNLOADED CMC AND CVDR/FDR INFO FOR EMBRAER. EMBRAER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE A CAUSE. EMBREAR RESPONSE "DUAL GENERATOR OFF-BUS IS MOSTLY RELATED TO ONE FAILED GENERATOR AND OPENS THE OPPOSITE SIDE AS A PROTECTION MODE TRIGGERED BY GCUS." PILOT UNABLE TO IDETIFY WHICH STARTED FAILED FIRST. MX INSPECTED BOTH STARTER GENEREATORS AND PREFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE STARTER GENERATORS AND DC OPERATION. AIRCRAFT IS TO BE FERRIED TO EMBRAER AT MESA AZ FOR FURTHER ANALYSIS.

CRACKED LH PRECOOLER INLET DIVERTER WELDS FOUND DURING INSPECTION IAW SERVICE LETTER 505-36-0003. REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
CRACKED RH PRECOOLER INLET DIVERTER WELDS FOUND DURING INSPECTION IAW SERVICE LETTER 505-36-0003. REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION OF ENGINE BLEED AIR PRECOOLER. THE LH PRECOOLER INLET GUIDE VANES WAS FOUND WITH CRACKS IN THE WELDS THAT SUPPORT THE VANE TO THE SIDE OF THE INLET DUCT. THIS WILL CAUSE THE VANE TO EVENTUALLY BREAK OFF AND FALL ON TOP OF THE PRECOOLER BLOCKING COOLING AIR FROM PROPERLY FLOWING THRU THE PRECOOOLER.

BLEED 1/2 FAILED IAW SIL505-36-0003. INSPECTED RT ENGINE PRECOOLER PER SIL505-36-0003 REV 2 AS PART OF A VOLUNTARY EXECUTIVE AIRSHARE FLEET CAMPAIGN. FOUND BOTH PRECOOLER DIVERTER VANES CRACKED AND BROKEN OFF. DIVERTER VANES FOUND LAYING ON TOP OF PRECOOLER EXCHANGER BLOCKING INLET AIR TO PRECOOLER. EMBRAER CONTACTED. EMBRAER ADVISED NO PARTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. EMBRAER ISSUED AN ETD ALLOWING THE CONTINUED OPERATION FOR 50 AIRFRAME CYCLES OF THE PRECOOLER AS LONG AS BOTH DIVERTER VANES WAS REMOVED COMPLETELY AND GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS SHOW NO BLEED FAILS. INSPECTED LT PRECOOLER AND NO DAMAGE FOUND.

ON FLIGHT SMELLED SMOKE & NOTICED THAT THE NR 1 COMMUNICATION RADIO RED X ON THE DISPLAY. CREW LANDED AT WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSTALLED REPAIRED NR 1 GIA CONFIGURED & OPERATIONS CHECKED OK. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FOUND TORQUE ON WINDSHIELD SCREW 1/4 TO 1/2 TURN LOOSE ON 20% OF SCREWS.
C106-5 AND C106-6 JOURNALS WORE INTO THE MAIN ROTOR HUB. THE HUB WAS SCRAP. SEVERE SHIP VIBRATIONS NOTICED WHEN LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOW COLLECTIVE INPUT. SUBMITTER STATED POSSIBLE CAUSE AS CORROSION ON JOURNALS WORE THE C648-1 BEARING MATERIAL AWAY UNTIL IT WORE INTO THE HUB.
