AFTER GENERATOR WAS RE ENGAGED GEN BUS OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN, FREQUENCY WAS ZERO VOLTS WERE NORMAL. TRANSFERRED TO DMI # 33700047 CAT B DUE IN 3 FLIGHT DAYS. IAW B737 KC2 MEL REF 24-1-1B, SPECIAL PROCEDURES 24-01-01B REQUIRED, PLACARDS INSTALLED
TRAILING EDGE FLAPS DISAGREE IN FLIGHT. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY IN KOMA AS SCHEDULED. REMOVED & REPLACED FLAP POSITION INDICATOR T/E IAW AMM 27-58-41. T/E FLAP POSITION INDICATIONS SYSTEM TEST PASS IAW AMM 27-58-01 NO DEFECTS NOTED.
FWD ENTRY DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED JUST AFTER TAKEOFF. FOUND DOOR HANDLE IN CLOSED POSITION BUT LOOSE. OPENED AND CLOSED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 52-11-00
AUTO FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKE-OFF, CABIN ALTITUDE NOT CONTROLLABLE IN AUTO OR STANDBY MODES. FOUND L1 DOOR AJAR UPON RETURNING TO GATE. OPS CHECK L1 DOOR IAW B737 AMM 52-11-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM IAW B737 AMM 21-31-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.

EXTERNAL LOWER FUSELAGE, POWER RECEPTACLE, INTERNAL CUTOUT DOUBLER WITH CRACK. NOTE: THE DOUBLER WAS REPLACED AS PER SRM GUIDELINES (REF. JOB: A1H153 ITEM 1-18).
CARGO CABIN AT BS 294.5 S-16L AND BS 360 S-11L ANGLE AND CLIP CRACKED. THE ANGLE AND CLIP WERE REPLACED IAW BOEING #3-4468613820 AND COOPESA E.O. COO-EO-2019-9260-R00.

AIRCRAFT GROUNDED. CPCP ITEM LEVEL 2 CORROSION FINDING. DURING LOWER FUSELAGE EXTERNAL INSPECTION ON W/C D-53-836-0101, FOUND CRACK IN SKIN 4 AND 7/8" LONG FROM STA 940 TO 945 RIGHT SIDE OF FUSELAGE BETWEEN STRINGERS S-23R AND S-24R. ENGINEERING ORDER 3753A203, REV 0, DATED 27MAY19 HAS BEEN COMPLIED WITH BY FEAM STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE TEAM. PART 1, CATEGORY B REPIAR - PERMANENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
AIRCRAFT GROUNDED. EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WILL NOT TEST LEFT SIDE OF L1 DOOR. TRANSFERRED TO MDDR #108119 IAW MEL 33-15-01. CAT C. DATE DUE 03-14-19.
DURING THE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND AT THE LT WING L/E CAVITY, THE FRONT SPAR LOWER CHORD FLANGE WITH CORROSION AT WS 583, THE REPAIR WAS CARRIED OUT IAW INSTRUCTIONS AND APPROVED UNDER DOCUMENT COO-SOF-18-0006-04B(R1).
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, FOUND THE FRAME AT BS 500F BETWEEN STRINGERS 21R AND 22R STAND OFF HOLE CRACKED. THE FRAME WAS REPAIRED IAW EO 6084.
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND THE FRAME AT STA 727 LT AND RT SIDES, BETWEEN STR-18 AND 19 WITH 1 EA FASTENER HOLE WITH CRACK ON EACH SIDE. THE REPAIR WAS CARRIED OUT IAW COO-EO-2018-5792 REV 00 AND REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS PER S/R 4-3988648475 AND APPROVED UNDER FAA FORM 8100-9.
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND AT MAIN CARGO CABIN, BETWEEN BS 360 AND 390, THE STRINGER 8L CRACKED, THE DAMAGED STRINGER SECTION WAS REPLACED IAW EO 6072, REV P1.
DURING THE INSPECTION PROCESS, FOUND THE FWD CARGO COMPARTMENT, STRINGER 19, BETWEEN BS 400 AND 420, FLANGE WITH TWO CRACKS. THE STRINGER WAS REPAIRED IAW EO 6059, REV IR.
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, FOUND AT FWD ENTRY DOOR CUTOUT AREA, BS 332.5 BELOW STRINGER 17L, THE EXTERNAL SKIN WAS DENTED. THE SKIN WAS REPAIRED IAW EO 6070, REV IR.
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, THERE WERE FOUND SEVERAL DENTS AT FWD GALLEY DOOR CUTOUT LOWER SKIN AREA, BS 291.5 AND 344, STRINGER 17R AND 18R. REPAIRED IAW EO 6071.
DURING THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION, SEVERAL DEFORMATIONS AND DINGS FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE WERE FOUND AT MCD LOWER FRAME SKIN AREA, BS 360 TO 500C, STRINGERS 18L AND 26L. REPAIRED IAW EO 6022.
DURING AN OPS CHECK OF INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS, FOUND L1 INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY, EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-51. AIRCRAFT GROUNDED.
