NUMBER 1 ENGINE OTBD CORE COWL INTERIOR RIB IS GOUGED.
CREW ADVISED ENTRY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION MAINTENANCE FOUND IT WAS THE EMERGENCY LIGHT. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHT IN ACCORDANCE WITH B767 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 33-51-00 NOTED NO FAULTS.
PRIOR TO APPROACH, LE SLAT ASSYMETRY DISPLAYED WITH FLAPS EXTENDED BEYOND 20 CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY LANDING TO KCLT AIR TRAFFICE CONTROL. LANDING WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT AND NO ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS. ON ARRIVAL, THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED FOR MAINTENANCE. FAULT ISOLATED TO TARGET 278 #3 SLAT OUTBOARD SWITCH TARGET 180 DEGREES OUT OF POSITION. TARGET REPOSITIONED, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW BOEING 767-300 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 27-88-01. NO ADDITIONAL FAULTS NOTED, AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE.

NR 1 PYLON OTBD HYD BAY LOWER CHANNEL WAS CHAFED AROUND A MISSING NUTPLATE. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW LOWER CHANNEL IAW SRM 51-40-02, PAR 4, PAR 7, AND PAR 9.
NR 1 PYLON I/B HYD BAY LOWER DOOR CHANNEL WAS CRACKED ON FWD END. REPLACED CHANNEL IAW SRM 51-40-02, PAR 9.

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, CREW REPORTED A FWD EQPT OVERHEAT EICAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. IAW QRH CHECKLIST, SWITCHED TO OVERRIDE POSITION. AFTER 20 MINUTES CABIN ALTITUDE MASTER WARNING DISPLAYED. CONTINUED TO FOLLOW CHECKLIST, COULD NOT CONTROL THE CABIN ALTITUDE. EXECUTED EMERGENCY DESCENT AND DECLARED EMERGENCY. DIVERTED AND LANDED WITH NO INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT GROUNDED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT PACK FLOW CONTROL AND SHUTOFF VALVE. REMOVED AND CLEANED EQUIPMENT COOLING AIR CLEANER. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED PRINTED CIRCUIT, COOLING INDICATION CARD AND MANIFOLD INTERCONNECT VALVE. COMPLIED WITH EXCESSIVE CABIN PRESSURE LEAK TEST. NO LEAKS NOTED. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
