MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A UNSECURE LEFT ENGINE P3 BLEED SUPPLY LINE. LINE WAS SECURED AND A SUCCESSFUL SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
