DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION AT HAECO LAKE CITY, FLORIDA FOUND R/H AFT DOOR FRAME, FRAME 68 DOOR STOP #3, OUTBOARD LOWER HOLE HAS A DAMAGED/OUT OF ROUND INDICATION. S/O 193124 N/R 30093 NR00832597
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION AT HAECO LAKE CITY, FLORIDA FOUND L/H AFT PASSENGER FRAME, FRAME 66, DOOR STOP #1 HAS A CRACK INDICATION IN THE INBOARD LOWER HOLE OF FRAME AT THE 7 O'CLOCK POSITION.
WE EXPERIENCED A CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION DURING DESCENT. MULTIPLE ECAM MESSAGES WERE RECEIVED. IN ORDER THEY ARE: VENT EXTRACT FAULT, VENT BLOWER FAULT, CAB PR EXCESS CAB ALT, VENT EXTRACT FAULT, VENT BLOWER FAULT, CAB PR SAFETY VALVE OPEN. / REF W/O 439476,NRT 820903,820946,820763. A/C OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME."
