FIRST OFFICER OXYGEN MASK VALVE NOT COMPLETLY SEALING WHEN BEING TESTED. SHUT OFF VALVE NOT COMPLETLY CLOSING. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OXYGEN MASK IAW AMM 35-11-12, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
NEED REPLACEMENT EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHTS FOR F/A. R&R F/A FWD FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM 25-61-02. OPS CK GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROW 12 ARE OUT. BOTH SIDES. FOUND BATTERY PACK AT FAULT. INSTALLED A SERVICABLE BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-51-17. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH AND SELECTING GEAR DOWN, RECEIVED A GEAR DISAGREE WARNING AND NO INDICATIONS OF GEAR DOWN. RAN QRH FOR GEAR DISAGREE AND AFTER MANUAL EXTENSION OF GEAR. LANDED SAFELY WITH GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. AFTER LANDING STEERING INOPERATIVE CAUTION ALSO DISPLAYED. PERFOMRED FIM 32-50-00-810-802, AND MESSAGE CLEARED. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW AMM 32-32-10. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED OPS TEST OF THE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION SYSTEM IAW AMM 32-30-00. OPS TESTED GOOD.
AT 10000 FT STRAIGHT AND LEVEL FLIGHT, WITH NO POWER SETTING CHANGE. A BRIEF ODOR OF BURNING IN THE FLIGHT DECK ONLY. COMPLIED WITH TS 002737. COMPLIED WITH FIM TASK 21-21-00-810-806. R & R RECIRCULATION FAN NR 1 IAW AMM 21-22-10. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY. NO BURNING ODOR OR DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. PRIOR TO R & R, RAN ENGINES WITH QUALIFIED TECH YZ 96395 & NO ISSUES WERE NOTED.
JUST PRIOR TO SHUTTING MAIN CABIN DOOR, A STRONG ODOR OF SOMETHING BURNING AND BOTH THE CABIN AND FLT DECK FILLED WITH SMOKE. TURNED RECIRCULATION FAN OFF AND ODOR WENT AWAY. PAX SMELLED ODOR AND SAW SMOKE. FOUND LAVATORY EXHAUST FAN FAILED. R & R THE EXHAUST FAN IAW AMM 21-23-93. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
CORROSION DETECTED ON STRINGER 18R, BS 280 - 288. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE STRINGER IAW SRM 51-42-06.

PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE PASSENGER OXYGEN MANUAL DEPLOYMENT SYS IAW AMM 35-20-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. CLEARED FROM MM02 PLACARD, REMOVED AND MOC 96211 NOTIFIED.
DURING DESCENT, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN FROM UNKNOWN SOURCE. PERFORMED SMOKE REMOVAL PROCEDURE & SMOKE DISSIPATED. ISOLATED BOTH RECIRC FANS, OPERATED INDEPENDENTLY IAW AMM 21-22-10, CHECKED OK. ADDED CARGO FAN & GALLEY HEAT, SYS CHECKED NORMAL. ACCOMPLISHED SAME WITH ENGS, CHECKED NORMAL. CHECKED BALLAST ON FLUORESCENT LIGHTING, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
AT POWER UP FOR TAKEOFF, AFTER ABOUT 15 KTS LT TR UNSAFE CAUTION MSG CAME ON. ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 30 KTS EXITED RUNWAY, AT MX REQUEST ON TAXIWAY PUSH POWER UP TO 60%, NO MSG, THEN CYCLED TR WHEN LT TR WAS OFF, THE LT TR UNSAFE CAUTION MSG CAME ON AGAIN, THEN OFF. DEFERRED LT TR IAW AMM 78-30-00 MEL 78-30-1, PLACARD INSTALLED. R & R LT TR ICV IAW AMM 78-32-09. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. CLEARS DM, PLACARD REMOVED & MM02 UPDATED.
