AC GENERATION AND CONTROL: AFTER TAKEOFF, WE GOT CAS EMER LIGHT NOT ARMED AND THE EMER LIGHTS WERE PHYSICALLY ON (THIS SEEMED TO SUPPORT WHAT WE LATER DISCOVERED, AS THEY WERE RESPONDING TO THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM) WE THEN NOTICED BOTH MAIN BATTERIES WERE NOT BEING CHARGED. BOTH GENS WERE OPERATING NORMALLY AND POWERING ONLY THE DC BUS 1 & 2. THE BATTERIES WERE POWERING THE EMER & HOT BUSSES. BOTH BATTERIES WERE AT 25.5V AND CONTINUED TO DECREASE TO 24.3 AT LANDING. UPON SHUTTING DOWN 1 ENGINE, THE AIRPLANE WENT INTO WHAT SEEMED LIKE AN ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY AND HALF OF THE COCKPIT DEPOWERED. AT NO TIME WERE SWITCHES OUT OF PLACE OR IMPROPERLY ILLUMINATED. C/W EMERGENCY BATTERY OPERATIONAL TEST IAW AMM 33-52-01-710-801-A NO DEFECTS NOTED OPS TEST GOOD

CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROL: DURING CLIMB OUT ~12000-14000' WE HAD AN ECS VALVE 2 FAILURE - PULLED UP THE ECS PAGE AND CONFIRMED IT. APPROXIMATELY 17000' IT CLEARED AND THE CABIN PRESSURE BEGAN TO READJUST (DECREASING). AT APPROXIMATELY 22000-23000' WE RECEIVED THE ECS VALVE 2 FAILURE AGAIN, THIS TIME IT DIDNT EXTINGUISH AMD THE CABIN CONTINUED TO CLIMB TO 10800'. WE STOPPED THE CLIMB AT FL240, TOLD ATC - DONNED THE MASKS, AND BEGAN AN EMEGENCY DESCENT BACK TOWARDS 10000'. WE WERE ENROUTE TO KILM, AND KGSP WAS OFF THE LEFT WINGTIP - WE ADVISED ATC THATS WHERE WE WANTED TO GO - WE VERIFIED GOOD WEATHER, ACCEPTABLE RUNWAY LENGTH AND APPROPRIATE CFR/ GROUND SUPPORT. WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF DECLARING THE EMERGENCY, WE WERE ON FINAL FOR AN "UNEVENTFUL" LANDING ON RWY 4. PICTURES INCLUDED REMOVED FAILED RH FCSOV PN 1300250-11 SN 1663 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED FCSOV PN 1300250-11 SN 1855 WITH NEW ORINGS PN FF200 2-222 IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 21-21-01.

REMOVED AND REPLACED M.E.D DOOR HANDLE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM CHAPTER 52-11-24, OPS CHECK GOOD. MIXED AND APPLIED SEALANT TO DOOR LOCK HOUSING. REF STEP. RE-INSTALLED DOOR STEPS AND LIGHT CONNECTORS. LUBED DOOR AND DOOR LOCK PERFORMED DOOR LOCKING AND OPENING. OPS CHECK GOOD.

REQUESTED THAT WE CHANGE THE RT WIST. R & R WITH NEW THE RT WST IAW AMM CH 32-41-06.

FOUND SEVERAL OTHER AIRCRAFT OF THIS SAME MODEL WHERE THE PART HAS BROKEN OFF AND BEEN FOUND DOWN STREAM (2 EA PIECES IN DUCT WORK AND 1 EA WEDGED IN FRESH AIR CHECK VALVE, 1 EA MADE IT PAST FRESH AIR CHECK VALVE AND OVERHEAD BLOWER FAN IN CABIN WEDGED INTO AFT BULKHEAD VERTICAL DUCT WORK). REMOVED VANE AND ALSO NOTICED THE LACK OF EA 9309 SECURING INTO PLACE AND THAT V NOTCH WAS CUT WITH HAND SNIPS WITH NO RELIEF HOLE AT INTERSECTION. INSTALLED NEW PART IAW MFG SP. SENT TO MFG FOR EVALUATION. (SCR 91292)
