DURING AN EVENT 6 SCHEDULED INSPECTION OF BEECHCRAFT MODEL 1900C AIRCRAFT N31703 (SERIAL NUMBER UB-10), PDX MAINTENANCE FOUND CORROSION ON THE VERTICAL STABILIZER REAR SPAR LH ANGLE THAT EXCEEDED THE REPAIR LIMITS IN TEXTRON 1900C SRM CHAPTERS 51-40-02 AND 51-40-06, REVISION D0, DATED MAY 1, 2019. AMERIFLIGHT PART 145, JIKR213F, REPLACED THE LH ANGLE WITH A NEWLY MANUFACTURED HAWKER BEECHCRAFT ANGLE EXTRUSION, PART NUMBER 101-640010-10. THE REPAIR STATION ALSO CONDUCTED A HIDDEN DAMAGE INSPECTION AND FOUND NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. REFERENCE WORK ORDER #0011272, DATED MAY 14, 2026.

PILOT REPORTED THAT HE HAD NO RIGHT-HAND RUDDER CONTROL ON APPROACH. THE LEFT-HAND RUDDER AND RUDDER TRIM WERE NORMAL. MAINTENANCE FOUND A SEPARATED FLIGHT CONTROL CABLE AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACING IT. BEFORE RETURNING THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.

AFTER TAKE OFF FROM KRDM, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED RIGHT OIL PRESSURE WARNING ANNUNCIATOR FLICKERED AND RIGHT OIL PRESSURE INDICATIONS DROPPED TO 50 PSI. AFTER LANDING FOUND OIL LEAKING FROM RIGHT NACELLE, TROUBLESHOOTING MFOUND A CRACK IN FUEL HEATER. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FUEL OIL HEATER, OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.

DISCREPANCY: THE PILOT REPORTED WHILE ON APPROACH TO KPRC, WHEN THE LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED TO THE DOWN POSITION THAT THE NOSE GEAR INDICATION DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PILOT NOTIFIED ATC AND PERFORMED A FLY-BY OF KPRC TOWER FOR CONFIRMATION OF ALL 3 GEAR DOWN, AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED. THE PILOT REQUESTED TO EXIT PATTERN TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND TALK TO COMPANY. THEN TRIED THE PUSH TO TEST FEATURE AND STILL NO ILLUMINATION OF THE NOSE GEAR DOWN INDICATION. THEN THE PILOT DIVERTED TO KPHX PASSING BY KSCF TOWER AND CONFIRMING A SECOND TIME GEAR WAS DOWN. THE PILOT FOLLOWING PROCEDURE PERFORMED A MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY THEN LANDED IN KPHX WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR AND INDICATION SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS AND RIGGING CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. MAINTENANCE AS PRECAUTIONARY REPLACED ALL P\N MS25237-327 LAMPS WITH NEW UNITS. THE OPERATION OF THE LANDING GEAR AND INDICATION SYSTEM WAS NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND NO SUBSEQUENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.

TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A FAULTY ELEC FLAP MOTOR & GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY. REPLACED ELEC FLAP MOTOR & GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY & PERFORMED FLAP SYS OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
