TAILBOOM ATTACH FITTING BULKHEAD SUPPORT CRACKED. CRACK ORIGINATES FROM A RIVET HOLE NEAR THE UPPER LEFT ATTACH POINT MOUNT.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, THE LH UPPER TAILBOOM ATTACHMENT FITTING LONGERON PN: 206-031-314-037 WAS VISUALLY FOUND TO BE CRACKED.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, THE MAIN FUSELAGE TAILBOOM ATTACHMENT FRAME PN: 206-032-308-103 WAS VISUALLY FOUND TO BE CRACKED.
DURING PREFLIGHT, THE EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER SEAT 9A FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. REPLACED LIGHT BULB.
DURING PREFLIGHT, FOUND THE OVERHEAD LIGHT PANEL ABOVE SEAT 9A LOOSE. REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT PASSENGER SERVICE PANEL.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT 3C, AND 8C ONLY HAVE ONE BULB WORKING. RELAMPED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT 3C AND 8C IAW SAAB MM 33-50.
HYD LIGHT ON, FLIGHT, LDG, ONLY NOSE DOWN AND CB F9 OUT. FOLLOWED PFH AND CONTINUED WITH LANDING. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF HYD SYSTEM. CYCLED CB F9 FOR PUMP HYD AUTO. FCK OK. INSPECTED A/C FOR HYD LEAKS, NO LEAKS NOTED. HYD PUMP KICKS IN AT 2200 PSI AND STOPS AT 2400 PSI. INSPECT PERFORMED IAW SB340 MM 29-10,20,30. OPS CK OK AT THIS TIME.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROWS 3B, 5B, 6B, 7B WINDOW LIGHT AT 8A, OVERHEAD LIGHTS AT 7A, 8C, 10C AND EXIT LIGHT FOR THE ENTRY DOOR FAIL TO ILLUMINATE. REPLACED BATTERY PACK 21LN.
AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW EXPERIENCED AN UNCOMMANDED FLAP EXTENSION OF APPROXIMATELY 3 DEGREES, 2 DIFFERENT TIMES WHILE CLIMBING AT 160 KNOTS. REPLACED THE LEFT FLAP POTENTIOMETER.
CREW REPORTED AN UMCOMMANDED NOSE UP PITCH AFTER TAKEOFF. NO OTHER OCCURANCES EN ROUTE, THEN ON FINAL APPROACH TO LAX THE PITCH TRIM LIGHT CAME ON WITH ANOTHER UNCOMMANDED NOSE UP PITCH. THE AUTO PILOT WAS ON. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LEFT PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR CAUSING THE STANDBY TRIM TO COME OUT OF SYNC. REPLACED THE LEFT PITCH ACTUATOR.
CREW REPORTED AN INFO TO MAINTENANCE ITEM OF FAINT COMPRESSOR WASH ODORS FROM BOTH BLEEDS ESPECIALLY IN HP SETTINGS. ODORS DISSIPATED EN ROUTE. MAINTENANCE NOTED INFO AND INFORMED THE STATION THAT PERFORMED THE COMPRESSOR WASH TO GROUND RUN THE AIRCRAFT LONGER.
FLIGHT ATTENDANT SMELLED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR COMING FROM THE GALLEY COMPARTMENT. ALSO, THE HOT JUG AREA IS UNUSALLY WARM. REMOVED AND DEFERRED HOT JUGS, SAFETY CLIPPED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO PREVENT USE OF GALLEY CIRCUITS.
