CYCLED THE EMER LT SWITCH AND THE CABIN ROOF LIGHTS, EXIT SIGNS, AND ONE RED AND ONE WHITE FLOOR LIGHT CAME ONE SOLID IN THE ARM POSITION. WE SWAPPED BATTERIES AND FOUND THAT THE ISSUE FOLLOWED. THIS DETERMINES A BAD #1&2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. WE INFORMED MCC AND THEY ARE ORDERING TWO NEW BATTERIES. REF: FIM TASK 33-50-00-810-801-A & AMM 33-52-01. 9/20/2025 RECEIVED TWO BATTERIES. REMOVED #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AND INSTALLED A TESTED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. REMOVED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY #2 AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. POWERED AIRCRAFT & VERIFIED AVNX FAN NOT RUNNIGN PERFORMED FIM 31-41-00-810-801-A, FAILURE OF THE AVIONICS BLOWER. RESETING AVNX FAN CB FOR 5 SECONDS & PUSHING BACK IN DID NOT RESTORE FAN. GAINED ACCESS TO BLOWER FAN CONNECTOR P0034 & VERIFIED POWER AT PINS 1 AND 3 TO HAVE 24VDC. WITH FAN STILL INOP IAW MM 31-41-07-000-801-A. INSTALLED NEW AVNX BLOWER FAN ASSEMBLY IAW MM 31-41-07-400-801-A. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF THE AVNX BLOWER FAN & ALL CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 31-41-07-400-801-A AND NO CAS MESSAGES.

ON CLIMB OUT PASSING 14000 FT, WE GOT A RED CAS MESSAGE : DOOR PAX OPEN. FOLLOWED THE QRH AND DIVERTED TO ALB. ON FINAL PASSING 1800 FT THE CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF MED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-10-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AIRSTAIR AND INSPECTED DOOR LINKAGES AND MICROSWITCHES. FOUND THE TAPE ON THE RUBBER COVERING OF THE AIRSTAIRS FALLING OFF CAUSING THE UPPER INDICATOR ARM TO CATCH. CLEANED AND REAPPLIED RUBBER COVERPIECE TO AIRSTAIRS IAW AMM 52-14-40 AND SRM 51-22-01. REINSTALLED AIRSTAIR IAW AMM 52-14-40. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 52-10-00.

DURING CLIMB WE RECEIVED A DOORBAG (RH) OPEN CAS MESSAGE AND RAN THE CHECK LIST IN THE QRH. WE LANDED AT KHPN. PERFORMED FIM TASK 52-72-00-810-802-A AND FIM TASK 52-72-00-810-803-A. PERFORMED PHYSICAL TEST OF ALL 4 MICROSWITCHES, CHECKED FOR BINDING AND FOUND NONE, AND CHECKED FOR SECURITY OF CONNECTION. PER THE FIM THIS IS A TRANSITORY CONDITION THIS CLEARS MEL 52-70-00-2. PLACARD REMOVED AS REQUIRED.

FOLLOWED QRH, WENT TO MANUAL HEAT, BLEED ONE OFF, CROSS BLEED OFF AND THEN MOVED THRUST LEVER TO FLIGHT IDLE BEFORE LIGHT SLOWLY EXTINGUISHED, MAY OF TAKEN ABOUT FIVE MINUTES AFTER FLIGHT IDLE. THOUGHT MAX TEMP WAS AROUND 280 DEGREES F. INSPECTED AND TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM WHILE PERFORMING MANUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL MODE OPERATIONAL CHECK FOUND TEMP MODULATING VALVE (TMV) INDICATING RED FAIL LIGHT THRU CMC PAGE. REPLACED TMVWITH REPAIRED TMV IAW MM 21-61-02. ALL OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.

NO UNUSUAL SMELLS NOTED. RAN RT ENGINE ON RT BLEED ONLY FOR 30 MINUTES IN MANUAL MODE, HIGH HEAT. NO UNUSUAL SMELLS NOTED. RAN LT ENGINE ON LT BLEEDS ONLY FOR 30 MINUTES IN MANUAL MODE, HIGH HEAT. INSTALLED NEW OIL FILTER AND SHIPPED REMOVED FILTER FOR ANALYSIS. DRAINED OIL AND REMOVED OIL PUMP AND DISCOVERED OIL PUMP WOODRUFF KEY SHEARED OFF AND OIL PUMP GEAR AND NUT LOOSE INSIDE ACCESSORY GEARBOX. REMOVED LOOSE NUT AND GEAR FROM AGB AND LOCATED AND REMOVED BOTH PIECES OF WOODRUFF KEY FROM AGB. PERFORMED ROTATION OF N2 SPOOL AT AGB STARTER PAD, DID NOT NOTICE ANY BINDING AND ENGINE ROTATED FREELY WITHOUT NOISE. CHECKED OIL PUMP STRAINERS AND 5 BEARING STRAINER AND ALL WERE CLEAR WITH NO DEBRIS FOUND. INSTALLED 1 EACH NEW CONDITION OIL PUMP ASSY IN SAME LOCATION. ALL WORK PREFORMED IAW MM 79-20-02, 71-00-00 & 72-00-01.

UPON DESCENDING TO 5000 WHEN THE CABIN PRESS DIFFERENTIAL WENT TO 0 THE LIGHT DISAPPEARED. TROUBLE SHOT & FOUND PAX MAIN DOOR MICRO SWITCH TO BE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED LOWER AFT MICRO SWITCH FOR MAIN DOOR IAW AMM 52-71-20, NO DEFECTS NOTED.

TROUBLESHOT TO LOOSE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR P160 AT LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE BEHIND GLARESHIELD. RESECURED ELECTRICAL CONECTOR P160 IAW WDM 20-10-04. OPS CHECKED LANDING GEAR GOOD IAW MM 32-30-00. BLED LANDING GEAR HYD SYS & SERVICED EMERG GEAR BOTTLE IAW MM 32-30-00 & 12-13-01.
DESCENDING THROUGH FL400, THE CABIN RATE OF CLIMB INDICATOR SPIKED AND REMAINED AT MAX RATE OF CLIMB (6000 FPM); THE SAFETY VALVES LIMITED THE CABIN ALTITUDE TO 13000 FT THE CABIN ATITUDE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE RED MASTER WARNING LIGHT. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSUIZATION OPS CHECK DURING PRE INSP RUNS AND FOUND SATISFACTORY. FOUND AND REPARIED NUMEROUS LOOSE/CRACKED MISSING AREAS OF BONDO ON THE MED FRAME. ADJUSTED FWD LOWER MED PIN AND PRIMARY SEAL OPERATING PLUNGER. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSUIZATION OPS CHECK DURING THE POST INSPS RUNS AND FOUND SATISFACTORY.
ON APPROACH TO ASE, EXT FLAPS TO 15, HYD PUMP REMAINED ILLUMINATED. REPOSITIONED FLAPS AND THE LIGHT REMAINED ON. IMMEDIATELY EXT GEAR AND FULL FLAPS. THE HYD LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. FLAP POSITION APPEARED NORMAL. ON SHORT FINAL, TOO LOW FLAPS, TOO LOW TERRAIN SOUNDED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL UNEVENTFUL LANDING.
LT ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON CONTROLS AND SPEED BRAKE TEST. FOUND BUSHING IN RT ENGINE BELLCRANK WORN. REPLACED BUSHING. C/W RIGGING CHECK OF LT FCU, FLOW DIVIDER AND AIRFRAME TO ENGINE CABLE. RE-RIGGED FCU TO FUEL FLOW DIVIDER. ADJUSTED GROUND IDLE. ENGINE RUNS WERE WITHIN PARAMETERS. ALL WORK PER IAW MM 76-11-00.
BRAKES ARE SPONGY ON BOTH SIDES. COPILOTS SIDE BRAKES ARE WORSE. FOUND CO-PILOTS LT BRAKE PEDAL A LITTLE SPONGY. C/W BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES IAW MM 32-42-00 REV. 25 C/W TAXI CHECK. BRAKES CHECK GOOD.
BRAKES ARE SPONGY ON BOTH SIDES. COPILOTS SIDE BRAKES ARE WORSE.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER T/O GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT RELEASE TO RETRACT GEAR. FOUND LEFT SQUAT SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED LT SQUAT SWITCH. SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKS GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CH. 32-61-00 OF THE 560 CES. M.M.

NO OTHER DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT OBSERVED ON POST FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX I.A.W CE-560 MM 32-42-08. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST ON POWER BRAKE ANTISKID SYSTEM. OPS CHECK GOOD.

CO-PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS ARE SPONGY. REQUIRES THE BRAKE PEDALS TO BE PUMPED (2) TO (3) TIMES TO BUILD PRESSURE. BLED BRAKES. LT AND RT SIDE, TAXI CHECKED FOR BRAKE OPERATIONS. OPS CHECK GOOD. LEAK CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 32-42-00.
WHILE DECELERATING STRAIGHT AHEAD ON THE RUNWAY, AT APPROX 20 KNOTS, BRAKES RELEASED MOMENTARILY THEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. AIRCRAFT WAS NOT IN A TURN. FOUND ANTI-SKID HUB CLIPS TO BE OUT OF .140" LIMIT. ADJUSTED CLIPS IAW CHAP 32-42-00 OF THE CE-560 MAINT MANUAL. BLED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM IAW CHAP 32-42-00 OF THE CE-560 MAINT MANUAL. OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
SQUAT SWITCH INOPERATIVE ON TAKEOFF , LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, FLIGHT TIMER INOPERATIVE, AOA INDEXER INOPERATIVE, LOW SPEED AWARENESS, TAPE INOPERATIVE. FOUND SQUAT SWITCH ON LT MLG "H" BLOCK MOVED DURING SAFETYING. RIGGED SQUAT SWITCH I/A/W 560 MM 32-61-00. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AT APPROXIMATELY 20 KNOTS THE ANTISKID ACTIVES FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS AND THERE IS NO BRAKES. AT TIME OF OCCURANCE, BRAKES WERE NOT BEING APPLIED FORCEFULLY. PERFORMED TAXING OF A/C. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST IAW MM 32-42-00. NO CODES SHOWN ON BIT BOX. SELF TEST SHOWS NO ANOMALIES, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING LANDING MINOR APPLICATION OF THE BRAKES WOULD LOCK UP TIRES. IT TOOK 6000 FT OF RUNWAY TO STOP. ANTI-SKID TESTS NORMALLY. ALL FLUIDS FULL. WHEN THE TIRES WOULD LOCK UP THE ANTI-SKID WOULDN'T RELEASE LOCK UP. TAXIED AIRCRAFT AND TESTED BRAKING SYSTEM WITH ANTI-SKID BOTH ON AND OFF. BRAKING SYSTEM APPEARED NORMAL. ACCOMPLISHED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF ANTI-SKID SYSTEM. BRAKES RELEASED AND REAPPLIED NORMAL. ACCOMPLISHED BRAKE BLEEDING AND RESERVICED RESERVOIR. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE560 MM CH 32-42-00.
POWER BRAKE LOW PRESS LIGHT AND ANTI SKID INOP. LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING TAXI, LIGHTS STAYED ILLUMINATED AFTER CESSNA EMERGENCY CHECK LIST COMPLETED. - TROUBLESHOT ANTI-SKID SYSTEM AND FOUND BLEED VALVE INOP, INSTALLED BLEED VALVE ASSY IAW MM 32-42-06. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
