ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED CMC DOWNLOAD, THEN REMOVED LT PRSOV ACCESS PANEL ON PYLON AND PHYSICALLY CHECKED VALVE. VALVE STICKS AND IS HARD TO MOVE: TROUBLESHOT USING FIM-36-11-00-810-809-A - FAILURE OF LH PRSOV AND REPLACED VALVE SUCCESSFULLY OPS CHECKED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 36-11-01. AIRCRAFT RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.
CABIN EMER LIGHTS "ON" IN THE ARMED POSITION. OCCURRED DURING CRUISE, LIGHTS REMAINED ON UNTIL SHUTDOWN.
THE TWO LOCK INDICATOR FLAGS DO NOT SHOW LOCKED AC WAS LEFT IN THE HANGAR OVER NIGHT AND MOST OF THE DAY BEFORE WE GOT TO IT. REMOVED THE MED AIRSTAIRS AND PERFORMED GVI AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. RE-INSTALLED THE-AIRSTAIRS AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECKS OF THE DOOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT:THIS-TIME; ALL FLAGS INDICATE GOOD AS WELL SPOKE WITH NM MCC-AND THEY INSTRUCTED TO SIGN IT OFF AS WE WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE SQK. WORK PERFORMED WITH REF. TO THE PHENOM 300 AMM 52-11-00.

AC GENERATION AND CONTROL: AT 4000 FT WE BOTH SMELLED AN ELECTRICAL TYPE SMELL. AFTER APPX 30 SECONDS THE SMELL WENT AWAY AND WE LANDED WITHIN 7 MINUTES. DURING POST FLIGHT, WE RECOGNIZED A LINGERING PUNGENT ODER TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE FUSELAGE. PER CONTACT CENTER PERFORMED THE FIM TASK 21-20-00-810-806·A, AND COME TO THE CONCLUSION OF UNDETERMINED CAUSES. PERFORMED THE WIRING CHECKS FOUND IN THE FIM TASK 21-52-OO-A10-106-A. NO FAULTS NOTED DURING THE WIRING CHECKS. PERFORMED I DVI OF THE NO.1 AND NO.2 STARTER GENERATORS LAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM CHAPTER 24-31-00-210-101-A. CREW INITIATED DECENT TO 13000 FT. CABIN CONTINUED TO CLIMB DURING DESCENT UNTIL REACHING LOWER ALTITUDE WHERE CABIN DESCENT RATE NORMALIZED. AFTER 13000 FT, CABIN PRESSURIZATION BEHAVED NORMALLY REMAINDER OF FLIGHT BACK TO OUR DEPARTURE AIRPORT. INTERROGATED FOR CURRENT OR STORED FAULT ID. NO FAULTS FOUND. RESECURED PITOT LINES AND TUBE. SECURED ACCESS. PITOT HEAT CHECKS GOOD. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK OF PILOT'S PITOT SYSTEM. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES PER MM 32-42-00 AND MEMO M344-08-10. TAXIED ACFT ABOVE 15 KTS FOR BRAKE OP'S CHECKS. SYSTEM OP'S CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-42-00 AND MEMO M344-08-10.
DURING TAKEOFF POWER APPLICATION, LT GENERATOR TRIPPED OFF LINE (LOW SPEED ABORT). VISUALLY INSPECTED LH GENERATOR WIRING. ALL CONNECTIONS TIGHT. RAN BOTH ENGINES WITH GENERATOR SELECTED ON. CYCLED RT GEN OFF AND VERIFIED LT TOOK LOAD ON AMP METER. GENERATOR SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD I.A.W. 560 M/M 24-31-01.
SOFT BRAKE PEDALS ON BOTH SIDES. BLEED THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND INSTALLED NEW PACKINGS ON BLEED FITTING NAS1612-4. OPS OK. WORK DONE IAW CH 32-42-00 OF MM. LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO LEAKS NOTED.
RT MAIN TIRE BLEW ON LANDING ROLLOUT. EVIDENCE OF WHEEL LOCK FROM TIRE DAMAGE. REMOVED WHEEL ASSY P/N 3-1490-1, S/N 3844 AND INSTALLED WHEEL ASSY P/N 3-1490-1, S/N 2334 WHILE PLANE WAS STUCK ON RUNWAY. PILOTS REPORTED BRAKES REMAINED ENGAGED WHILE RELEASING BRAKE PEDALS DURING LANDING. ALSO, NOTICED PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT FULLY PUSHED IN (DISENGAGED) WHEN IT HAPPENED. AFTER WHEEL CHANGE PILOTS TAXIED BACK TO HANGAR AND REPORTED NORMAL BRAKE OPERATION. REMOVED BRAKE RESERVIOR PANEL IN BAGGAGE. NOTED BOTH -VALVE- AND -CONTROL UNIT- FAULT SENSORS TRIPPED ON ANTI-SKID FAULT PANEL. RESET SENSORS ONLY TO FIND, CONSISTENTLY RE-TRIP AFTER 5-6 SECONDS. PERFORMED ANTI-SKID TRANSDUCER CHECK AND FOUND TRANSDUCERS T
UPON LANDING APPLIED BRAKES AT APPROX, 90-100 KTS, BOTH BRAKE PEDALS ON CAPTAIN SIDE FELT HARD AND NO EFFECTIVE BRAKE ACTION FOR 3 SEC, THEN BRAKES FELT NORMAL AND BRAKE ACTION RESUMED. REMOVED AND INSPECTED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCERS INSPECTED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE ANTI SKID WIRING. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED LEFT AND RIGHT TRANSDUCERS, PERFORMED TAXI CHECK ON AIRCRAFT BRAKES RESPONDED NORMAL, NO FAULTS FOUND ON ANTI-SKID CONTROLLER IAW CE560 M/M 32-42-00.
DURING ENGINE START, THE RIGHT ENGINE HAD NORMAL START, LEFT ENGINE STARTED, ENGINE ACCELERATED THRU 52 PERCENT AND WOULD NOT SHUT OFF WITH THRUST LEVER IN CUT OFF. HAD TO SHUT ENGINE DOWN USING FIREWALL SHUTOFF. MAX N1 103.5%, N2 OVERSPEED, DID NOT NOTICE ACTUAL SPEED. ENGINE IS BEING REMOVED AND GOING TO SHOP FOR EVALUATION.
BRAKES WORKED NORMALLY AFTER LANDING, AS AIRCRAFT DECELERATED THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 20 KTS, THE BRAKES FAILED. BRAKE PRESSURE RECOVERED WHEN BRAKE PEDALS WERE PUMPED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL ANTI-SKID TRANSDUCERS AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING SYSTEM. PERFORMED ANTI-SKID DIAGNOSTIC PER M/M. TAXIED AIRCRAFT. ANTI-SKID SYSTEM PERFORMED SATISFACTORY, ALL WORK DONE IAW C560 M/M CH 32-42-00.
RIGHT HAND THRUST REVERSER LEVER VERY LOOSE, DEPLOYED BY ITSELF DURING TAXI. INSPECTED ENGINE CONTROL AND THRUST REVERSER LEVER SPRING PLUNGER LOOSE, TIGHTEN RT THRUST REVERSER LEVER SPRING PLUNGER IAW CE560 MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPTER 78-31-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHEEL WAS DISASSEMBLED FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT. DURING INSPECTION, FOUND THAT NO HOLES HAD BEEN DRILLED INTO WHEEL HALF INSIDE DIAMETER FOR THERMAL RELIEF. THERMAL RELIEF PLUGS, AND BORES WERE INSTALLED NORMALLY. FIRST TIRE REPLACEMENT SINCE NEW.
