ACCOMPLISHED MINOR REPAIR IAW RFTS-115386 REV. 0 DATED 25OCT25. REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL QUANTITY WIRE HARNESSES IAW MM 28-41-00 AND SWPM 20-51-00. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM 28-41-00.
DURING APPROACH WHILE HANDFLYING, THERE HAD TO BE SIGNIFICANT INPUT IN AILERON TO MAINTAIN LEVEL FLIGHT. FUEL INDICATIONS OF BOTH FUEL FLOW, QUANTITY, AND BALANCE SHOWED NORMAL. WHEN REFUELING TO 5,200, THE TOP OFF SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN THE REFUELING SYSTEM, AND THE GAUGES INDICATED AN ALMOST 1100 POUND IMBALANCE WITH LEFT WING INDICATING 1470, CORRESPONDING WITH THE AILERON INPUT WE HAD TO MAKE. FUEL ON BOTH TANKS ARE TOPPED OFF. REPLACED WIRE HARNESSES. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 28-41-00.
REPEAT WRITE UP, DURING CLIMB, CRUISE, AND DESCENT THERE WERE FUEL IMBALANCES. WE HAD TO CROSSFESD MULTIPLE TIMES TO EQUALIZE THE WEIGHT. DURING CLIMB AND CRUISE THE RIGHT SIDE WAS IMBALANCED AND DURING THE DESCENT THE LEFT BECAME IMBALANCED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED CMC DOWNLOAD AND EMAILED TO CONTACT CENTER. DURING A PHASE 50 INSPECTION, OUR NDI VENDOR , PARAGON SERVICES INC., DETECTED A FLAW ON THE LEFT WING LOWER FORWARD SPAR FITTING ASSEMBLY.THIS WING ATTACH FITTING CONSIST OF THREE FINGERS, THE AFT FINGER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A FLAW USING THE ULTRASONIC METHOD.THE NDI REPORT WAS FORWARDED TO THE CESSNA NDI GROUP,FOR EVALUATION.CESSNA ENGINEERING HAS PROVIDED THE OPERATOR WITH A FAA FORM 8100, THAT SPECIFIES THAT THE AIRCRAFT BE RE-INSPECTED EVERY 150 HOURS AND OR 12 MONTHS TO MONITOR THIS FLAW.

RIGHT GREEN LANDING GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN GEAR EXTENDED. GEAR APPEARED DOWN VISUALLY. ALSO ROTARY TEST, GEAR HORN TEST INDICATED FAULTY LIGHT. HOWEVER, AFTER DOING GEAR BLOW DOWN PROCEDURE LIGHT CAME ON. T/S FOUND ACTUATOR BAD. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR WITH RECERTIFIED UNIT IAW 560 MM 32-31-04, 32-01-00 AND 32-11-01. OPS CHECK NORMAL.
LT SIDE OF BOTTOM L/E SKIN HAS A CRACK ALONG THE RIVET LINE THAT IS 2.25 INCHES LONG. THIS IS THE 7TH OCCURRENCE OF THIS PROBLEM.
