CREW REPORTED NLG UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED UPON GEAR RETRACTION. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. PERFORMED GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION CHECKLIST. ON APPROACH PERFORMED A NORMAL GEAR EXTENSION. GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY AND EXTINGUISHED NLG UNSAFE LIGHT. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX R & R NLG ACTUATING CYLINDER IAW MM 32-32-6 & 32-30-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD DURING EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF NLG. NLG ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED PRIOR TO THIS TRIP AND INDICATION PROBLEM OCCURRED DURING CLIMB OF THIRD LEG. ON REMOVAL OF NLG ACTUATOR IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE UPPER AND LOWER BUSHINGS FOR THE ATTACH POINTS WERE MISSING. EXCESSIVE PLAY RESULTED IN THE UNSAFE INDICATION. REMOVED ACTUATOR HAS BEEN SENT IN FOR A BENCH CHECK AS A PRECAUTION.
IN-FLIGHT, ALL ELECTRIC TRIM FOR STABILIZER INOPERATIVE. PILOT & CO-PILOT YOKE TRIM, PRIMARY TRIM AND ALTERNATE TRIM. CREW REPORTED IN-FLIGHT ALL ELECTRIC TRIM FOR HORIZONTAL STAB INOPERATIVE. ON CLIMB CAPTAIN'S ELECTRIC YOKE TRIM SWITCH DID NOT WORK FOR STABILIZER. F/O CHECKED TRIM, DIDN'T WORK. CREW LEVELED OFF, SLOWED DOWN AND MADE A LT DOWNWIND FOR 26L. WHILE IN THE DOWNWIND CREW TRIED THE PRIMARY STABILIZER TRIM HANDLES AND ALTERNATE TRIM ON THE CENTER PEDESTAL. DID NOT WORK. TOWER NOTIFIED FIRE DEPARTMENT. ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MECHANIC COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF PRIMARY & ALTERNATE TRIM IAW MM 27-40-1. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. THE ACFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TEST FLOWN TO CHECK OPERATION OF STABILIZER TRIM IN FLIGHT. THE CREW REPORTED THE TEST FLIGHT AS SATISFACTORY AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING A ROUTINE HEAVY MX VISIT HAD CRACK INDICATION AT A FASTENER FOR 2 EACH RIBS ON THE RT SIDE OF THE LWR SECTION OF THE VERTICLE STAB. STOP DRILLED CRACK IAW SRM 55-02, FIG 27, FABRICATED REPAIR DOUBLERS USING .0407075-T6 IAW SRM 55-31-00. ITEM WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
