CHECKED OPERATION OF ELEVATOR GUST LOCK AND TRIM TABS. ALL CONTROLS MOVE SMOOTHLY AND FREELY WITH CORRESPONDING MOVEMENT OF SURFACES. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW 4 IS DIM. REMOVE AND REPLACE BULB, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT, NR 2 ENGINE OIL FLUCTUATED BETWEEN 45-55 PSI, ASSOCIATED WITH NR 2 OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT FLICKERING. PILOTS REDUCED POWER TO 60 PERCENT TORQUE AND THE OIL PRESSURE RETURNED TO NORMAL. THE ENGINE PROGRAM MANAGER WAS CONSULTED CONCERNING ENGINE LIMITATIONS, AIRCRAFT 328EN WAS WITHIN LIMITS PER PMM 05-10-00. INSPECTED NR 2 ENGINE AND FOUND TO BE 4 QTS LOW ON ENGINE OIL. CLEANED OIL PRESSURE SWITCH & TRANSMITTER CONNECTORS, INSPECTED FOR OIL LEAKS, AND ADDED FOR QTS OF OIL TO CORRECT LEVEL. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. GROUND RAN ENGINE, OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME.

NR 2 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE WENT TO ZERO ON TAKEOFF ROLL, ALL OTHER ENGINE PERIMETERS NORMAL, NO CAUTION LIGHTS. CHECKED OIL LEVEL FOUND TO ABOVE ADD 1 QT. CLEANED C/P'S ON OIL PRESSURE S/W AND TRANSMITTER NO FIX. SWAPPED OIL PRESSURE GAUGE IN FLT DECK NO FIX. INSTALLED BACK IN ORIGINAL POSITION. (MECHANIC IN SYR SHORT SINGED AT THE LOG BOOK AT THIS POINT) REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE TRANSMITTER GROUND RAN A/C OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD IAW 71-00-02. PART NUMBER TO FOLLOW.

UNABLE TO OPEN THE PAX DOOR FROM THE INSIDE. FERRYING AIRCRAFT TO CLT FOR REPAIRS. REPLACED MISSING BOLT AND WASHER THAT SUPPORTS OUTER SKIN RIGHT SIDE AT BOTTOM STEP, OPS CHECK GOOD.
INFLIGHT FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN, CIRCUIT BREAKER C-5 ON THE RIGHT SECONDARY BUSS POPPED (INTAKE DEFECTOR ACT 2) NO FURTHER SMOKE NOTED. FOUND WIRES NR 2331-1Q112022-2, NR 3151-4N22-2, NR 2441-10J22-2 AND NR 3021-20002M20-2 CHAFED ON CLOSET FLOOR BOARD, CUT AND REMOVED BURNED SECTION OF WIRE AND RETERMINATED USING SPLICES M81824-1-1. RESECURED WIRE BUNDLE AND ADDED TEFLON SHEET HA1417-1 ADDED PROTECT FROM CHAF C/W OPS CK OF DC GEN, T/O WARNING HORN,EXT PWR,ENG INTAKE BYPASS ALL SYS OPS CK GOOD.
AFTER SELECTING NR 1 BLEED ON NR 1 ENGINE TORQUE SURGED APPROX 10 PERCENT FOLLOWED BY THE NR 1 BLEED HOT CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. REMOVED AND REPLACED PRESSURE SWITCHES.
AFTER SELECTING THE NR 1 BLEED ON THE NR 1 ENGINE TORQUE SURGED APPROX 10 PERCENT. REPLACED 2121-K1 AND 2121-K3. PROBLEM RETURNED SEE REPORT HNAA0600074.
OVERHEAD LIGHT AT ROW 3 LEFT SIDE IS SMOKING. FOUND LAMP CARRIER DAMAGED, DEACTIVATED IAW SPECIAL PROCEDURES 33.1.
ENGINE SHUT DOWN IN FLIGHT AND RETURNED TO GATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED MFC, OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD C/W WORKCARD 76-00-02Q AND TRIMMED ENGINE PER DASH 8 RUNUP MANUAL.
BURNING SMELL IN CABIN AREA, STRONGER AT ROW 12 AND 13 WITH NO BLEEDS SELECTED. FOUND BLEED, ROW 6, REPLACED LINE.
WHEN LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN, NOSE AND MAIN LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. ALL RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. WHEN ALTERNATE EXTENDED GEAR OPS NORMAL, GEAR DOWN LOCKED (GREEN) ILLUMINATED. MADE UNEVENTFUL LANDING. ADDITIONAL INFO IS TO FOLLOW.
REPAIR TO ELEVATOR SPRING TAB TRAILING EDGE.
ON LANDING #1 MAIN WHEEL ASSY DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT. REPLACED WHEEL ASSY.
