W9PR345Y UNDER WO 3298956 DATED 15/JUN/2023 IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01. OPERATIONAL TEST GOOD.

BRK FAIL YELLOW CAS: WHITE HYD SYS FAULT ADVISORY POSTED DURING CLIMB APPROXIMATELY 12000', FOLLOWED BY BRK FAIL YELLOW CAS APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES LATER. COMPLIED WITH QRH PROCEDURES. UPON EXTENSION LANDING GEAR DEPLOYED NORMALLY AT A SLOWER THAN NORMAL RATE. UPON LANDING, TOE BRAKE PEDALS HAD NO EFFECT AND EMERGENCY BRAKE WORKED AS EXPECTED. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED #1 PRESSURE SWITCH AND BEGAN INSTALUNG NEW PRESSURE SWITCH, OLD ORING WAS DRY AND CAME OFF IN PIECES. LEFT ELEVATOR HORN WEIGHT (P/N PE95109-L42 BELOW 1095 GRAMS, LH ELEVATOR INTERNAL MASS BALANCE WEIGHT (P/N PE915109-L40) BELOW 2809 GRAMS, RH ELEVATOR HORN MASS BALANCE WEIGHT (P/N PE915109-L42) BELOW 1095 GRAMS AND RH ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS (9 EACH) (P/N PE915109-L33) BELOW 84 GRAMS. FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS ILLUMINATED - IN CRUISE AT FL410 CREW RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING CAS MESSAGES (ALL CONSISTENT WITH FCE 1 FAIL): YELLOW SWPS FAULT, FLAP FAIL, AND PTRIM BKP FAIL, AS WELL AS WHITE SPOILER FAULT MESSAGE. CREW RAN APPROPRIATE QRH CHECKLISTS AND WITH MCC AND DISPATCH CONSULTATION, DIVERTED TO APA AFTER BURNING OFF FUEL FOR APPROX 1 HOUR PER ABNORMAL CHECKLIST. NO FLAP APPROACH AND LANDING EXECUTED WITH NO PROBLEMS. GROUND SPOILERS DID DEPLOY ON LANDING. *** CORRECTIVE ACTION *** COMPLIED WITH FIM TASK # 27-36-00-810-816A, GAINED ACCESS TO #1 FCE AND AOA PROBE. PERFORMED CONTINUITY CHECKS TO CONNECTORS AND INSPECTED WIRING. ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS PER THE FIM TASK 27-36-00-810-816A WERE GOOD. REPLACED #1 FCE PER CUSTOMER REQUEST.
RETURNING TO THE GATE, ODOR IN CABIN DURING TAXI. R & R THE NR 1 ENGINE IAW AMM 71-00-00-400-801-A & 71-00-00-400-802-A. PERFORMED 5 POINT CALIBRATION RUN ON THE NR 1 ENGINE, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED IAW MM 72-00-00.
FROM INITIAL APPLICATION OF TAKEOFF POWER TO 20,000 FT THERE WAS A STRONG ODOR LIKE HOT OIL OR JET FUEL IN THE CABIN. PERFORMED GROUND RUN TO DUPLICATE FAULT, NO DEFECT NOTED. INSPECTED ACFT FOR FUEL LEAKS, NONE NOTED. INSPECTED ENGINES FOR FUEL LEAKS, NONE NOTED. PERFORMED OIL CONSUMTION CHECKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF INNER ENGINE AND FUEL NOZZLES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE FAULT. WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW AMM 72-00-00 AND EMM 75-30-01.
DURING INITIAL CLIMB, NOTICED A STRONG ODOR LIKE HOT DUCT THAT DID NOT DIMINISH DURING THE CLIMB OUT. SELECTING ECS 1, THEN ECS 2 DID NOT CHANGE THE ODOR. RETARDING TO CRUISE POWER INITIALLY DIMINISHED THE ODOR, BUT IT CAME BACK AS THE ENGINES STABILIZED AT CRUISE POWER. RETARDING THE THROTTLES NEAR IDLE DURING THE DESCENT & LANDING DIMINISHED THE ODOR SIGNIFICANTLY. RAN BOTH ENGINES CHECKED VCS ECS 1 ECS 2 AND BLEED AIR SYSTEMS DURING ENGINE RUNS. RAN ENGINE UP TO CLIMBOUT THEN RETARDED TO CRUISE SERVERL TIMES, NO FAULTS OR SMOKE OR ABNORMAL ODOR IN THE CABIN OR COCKPIT. WORK COMPLETED IAW FIM TASK 21-00-00-810-801 AND ENGINE RUN IAW AMM 71-00-01-910-801.
AFTER ROTATION, SEC FLT DISPLAY C/B POPPED, WITH ASSOCIATED STANDBY GYRO AMBER LIGHT ILLUMINATION. R & R STANDBY GYRO POWER SUPPLY IAW MM 34-21-14. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
WHEN EQUAL BRAKE PRESSURE IS APPLIED TO BOTH BRAKES, AIRCRAFT JERKS TO THE LT. LT BRAKE IS GRABBY AND SENSITIVE. RT BRAKE FEELS LESS EFFECTIVE. R & R RT MAIN BRAKE ASSY IAW MM CH 32-42-01. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
LT BRAKE PEDAL VERY SENSITIVE. RT BRAKE PEDAL ALMOST TO FLOOR TO ACHIEVE SAME BRAKING ACTION. THIS HAPPENS FROM BOTH SIDES. BLED THE BRAKES IAW MM 32-42-00. OPS & LEAK CKS GOOD.
LT MAIN GEAR DID NOT INITALLY RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF OTHER GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY. REMOVED LEFT MAIN GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH DUE TO HIGH RESISTANCE. INSTALLED NEW SWITCH IAW CE560 M/M CH 32-30-00, OPS CHECKED GOOD DURING GEAR SWING.
RUDDER TRIM OUT OF RIG. WILL TRIM FULL LT AND BACK TO CENTER, WILL NOT TRIM FULL RT. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, FOUND INDICATOR OUT OF RIG AND CONTACTING PEDESTAL, RIGGED INDICATOR IN THE CONTROL WHEEL. OPERATION IS SMOOTH AND CORRECT, TRAVELS ARE WITHIN LIMITS AT THIS TIME IAW MM 27-21-00 AND 27-21-04.
ON LANDING ROLLOUT, AT ABOUT 40 KTS, THE BRAKES STOPPED BRAKING. RELEASED THE BRAKES AND REAPPLIED FIRMLY AND THEY RE-ENGAGED. ON POST FLIGHT, FOUND BRAKE FLUID AT AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL WITH PARKING BRAKE SET AND PRE-CHARGE IN THE MIDDLE OF YELLOW ARC. AFTER PAX DEPLANED, DID HIGH SPEED TAXI WITH A-S SELECTED OFF AND HAD NORMAL BRAKING. READJUSTED CAP DRIVE CLIPS TO .120". REPAIRED SHIELD GROUNDS ON P108/P107, LT TRANSDUCERS. BLED BRAKE ASSY'S. COMPLETED THE ANTI-SKID FUNCTIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORILY. ALL OPS CHECKS ARE GOOD IAW MODEL 560XL MM 32-42-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND CLIMBING THRU 6000 FT RT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT CAME ON. REDUCED POWER ON RT ENGINE AND LIGHT WENT OUT. RAN THE POWER UP SLIGHTLY AND NOTICED OIL TEMP ON RT ENGINE INCREASING. FOUND ELBOW ON RT INBOARD BLEED AIR CONNECTION LEAKING. REMOVED DEFFECTIVE ELBOW AND REPLACED WITH NEW ELBOW. OPS CHECK & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE-560 ULTRA AMM CHAPTER 36-12-01
ON TAKEOFF, LEFT ENGINE WOULD NOT GO ABOVE 90% N1 TAKEOFF ABORTED.TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED THE THROTTLE LINKAGE WAS STRIKING THE INBOARD IGNITER LEAD. REPOSITIONED IGNITER LEAD TO CLEAR LINKAGE. RAN AIRCRAFT, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. I/A/W P&W M.M. 71-00-00

ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, BRAKING QUIT AT ABOUT 10 KNOTS, AS THOUGH ANTI-SKID HAD QUIT MOMENTARILY. BLED BRAKES AND PERFORMED ANTISKID FUNCTIONAL CHECK. OPS CHECK GOOD AND NO LEAKS NOTED ON BRAKES. INSPECTED TRANSDUCERS AND CONNECTOR PLUGS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FAULT INDICATORS TRIPPED IN NOSE COMP. TAXIED A/C ON RAMP AND NO DEFECTS NOTED ON BRAKES. WORK DONE IAW CH 32-42-00 OF THE CE-560 MM.
AT APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET ABOVE GROUND IN APPROACH TO LANDING, ANTI-SKID ILLUMINATED. AT 50 FT LOWER, POWER BRAKE LO PRESS ILLUMINATED. DURING TOUCHDOWN, HAD SUFFICIENT BRAKE PRESSURE TO SLOW THE AIRCRAFT SAFELY. REPLACED BRAKE PRESSURIZATION RELAY IAW CE 560 ULTRA MM 32-42-08. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
BRAKES (ON RIGHT SEAT) LOOSE EFFECTIVENESS, BUT MAINTAIN PRESSURE. BLEED BRAKES AS REQUIRED UNTIL FREE FLOW OF HYD FLUID WITH NO AIR PRESENT. SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR. WORK DONE REFERENCING THE CITATION 560 ULTRA AMM CHAPTER 32-42-00.

REMOVED LEFT NOSE BAGGAGE FLOOR PANELS TO GAIN ACCESS TO ANTI-SKID SYS. FOUND ANTI-SKID SYS FILTER HOUSING CRACKED. CLEANED HYD FLUID AND REPLACED HOUSING. FILTER HOUSING LEAK CHECKED GOOD AND BLED BRAKES. AVIONICS EQUIPMENT REMOVED FOR ACCESS, OPS CHECKED GOOD. TAXI BRAKES CHECKED GOOD. REF 560 MM 32-42-00.
GROUND CREW OBSERVED SMOKE FROM BATTERY COMPARTMENT. GPU CONNECTED WITH AIR CONDITIONER RUNNING, STRONG SMOKE ODOR IN BATTERY COMPARTMENT. FOUND A/C MOTOR HAD INTERNAL FAILURE (BURNED) REPLACED A/C MOTOR AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
