DURING FLIGHT, THE CARGO SMOKE LIGHT CAME ON 3 TO 4 TIMES MOMEMTARILY THEN WENT OUT. REPLACED BOTH FORWARD AND AFT CARGO SMOKE DETECTORS.
LAVATORY SMOKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. REPLACED LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR.
CREW REPORTED, THAT THE RIGHT AIR CYCLE MACHINE ONLY BLOWS HEAT, SMELLED AN ELECTRICAL SMELL WITH BLEEDS ON AND PASSENGERS REPORTED A GRINDING SOUND IN THE BACK OF THE AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT AIR CYCLE MACHINE SEIZED. REPLACED THE RIGHT ACM AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
DURING CLIMB-OUT AT 4,000, PILOT NOTICED AND ENGINE SURGE AND ASSOCIATED PROP VIBRATION FROM NR 2 ENGINE. UPON RETURNING TO DFW, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE RIGHT PROP NR 3 BLADE MISSING APPROXIMATELY 10 INCH SECTION OF THE EDGE SHEATH AND FOUND A .25 INCH DENT ON THE NR 1 ENGINE NACELLE. RAI RIGHT PROP BLADE AND FERRIED AIRCRAFT TO LAW FOR NACELLE REPAIR. (M)

LAW/SHOP - DURING TEAR DOWN AND INSPECTION OF WHEEL ASSEMBLY FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT IN THE SHOP, A .50 INCH CRACK WAS FOUND BY NDT. INSPECTION, TRAVELING ACROSS THE OUTER FLANGE RING IN THE AREA OF THE MFG. SN. THE FLANGE RING WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PART TOTAL CYCLES 2970. PART TIME SINCE 137FH/193 CYC. (X)
