DURING LANDING, THE FLIGHT CREW ATTEMPTED TO LOWER THE GEAR NORMALLY. IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS A LOW HYDRAULIC LIGHT FLICKER INDICATING A LOSS OF PRESSURE. THE FLIGHT CREW THEN EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR THROUGH MANUAL EXTENSION AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT SAFELY. MAINTENANCE FOUND TWO CHAFFED HYDRAULIC LINES THAT SUPPLY PRESSURE TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THE HYDRAULIC LINES WERE REPAIRED AND INSPECTED FOR POTENTIAL RUBBING THAT COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE A FUTURE LOSS OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. NO FURTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED.
AFTER LANDING AT KDFW, PRIOR TO LEAVING THE RUNWAY, THE LEFT BRAKE BECAME UNRESPONSIVE. AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO SAFELY TAXI TO UPS RAMP. DFW TROUBLESHOT AND INSPECTED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE PACKING PN MS2878-4 AT SWIVEL T-FITTING AT THE LH BREAK ASSEMBLIES. BLED BRAKE SYSTEM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
HSI READING 25 DEGREES OFF WHILE EN ROUTE TO KSPS. THE PILOT REQUESTED DIVERTING KDFW, ATC ESCALATED TO AN EMERGENCY CATEGORY AND DISPATCHED DFW ARFF. AIRCRAFT SAFELY LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DFW MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT REMOVED AND REPLACED #1 DIRECTION GYRO/SYNCHRONIZER. SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD.
THE PILOT REPORTED DURING TAKEOFF, THAT THE RIGHT LOW PRESSURE FUEL PUMP FAIL INDICATION ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT ACTIVATED THE RIGHT BOOST PUMP. THE FUEL PUMP FAIL INDICATION EXTINGUISHED. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A FUEL FILTER CLEANING PROCEDURES TO REMOVE CONTAMINANTS AND COMPLIED WITH AN OPS CHECK OF THE RIGHT ENGINE. ENGINE AND FUEL PUMPS OPERATE NORMALLY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED THE FUEL FILTER CLEANING PROCEDURES TO REMOVE CONTAMINANTS AND COMPLIED WITH AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE RIGHT ENGINE. ENGINE AND FUEL PUMPS OPERATED NORMALLY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE PILOT REPORTED DURING APPROACH, THERE WAS AN UNUSUAL ODOR FOLLOWED BY LIGHT SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. THE PILOT FOLLOWED PROCEDURES AND TURNED THE BLEED SYSTEM TO THE OFF POSITION AND REPORTED THE SMOKE DISSIPATED. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND BLEED AIR SYSTEMS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS WITH BLEED AIR AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS ON HIGH AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE CONDITION. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND NO SUBSEQUENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
EN-ROUTE THE PILOT REPORTED A STRONG FUEL ODOR FROM THE CABIN AREA. DEPRESSURIZED THE CABIN, USED OXYGEN & OPENED THE FRESH AIR VENTS, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED THE ACFT, THE INSPECTION INCLUDED REMOVING THE CABIN FLOORBOARDS & INSPECTING FOR ANY SIGNS OF FUEL LEAKS INTO THE CABIN AREA. GND RUN OF THE ENGS WERE COMPLETED. NO FUEL LEAKS OR FUEL ODOR PRESENT. NO REPORTED FUEL ODOR ON THE RETURN FLIGHT. THE ACFT WAS RE-INSPECTED, THE FUEL TANKS WERE TOPPED OFF & LEAK CHECKED FOR 24 HRS, NO LEAKS WERE FOUND. A GND RUN OF THE LT & RT ENGS WAS COMPLETED, THE ACFT WAS PRESSURIZED & NO FUEL ODOR WAS PRESENT. POST INSPECTION OF THE ACFT FOLLOWING THE GND RUN SHOWED A SMALL FUEL LEAK AT THE LT WING INBD CTR SECTION COLLECTOR TANK. THE COLLECTOR TANK, PN 114-389024-1, WAS REMOVED & FOUND A SMALL PIN HOLE LEAK IN THE BLADDER. THE BLADDER WAS REPLACED.
