ON FINAL AT 100' AGL PILOT REPORTS ELEVATOR CONTROL JAMMED. AT 25' AGL THE CREW REPORTED A LOUD POP AND THE ELEVATOR FUNCTION RETURNED TO NORMAL. UPON INVESTIGATING REPORT OF A LOCKED ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM, MX INSPECTED THE ENTIRE ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM. DURING CAPSTAN CHECK DISCOVERED THAT ELEVATOR CAPSTAN WAS FULL OF WATER. SUSPECT THE WATER FROZE AT ALTITUDE LOCKING THE ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM. MX ALSO REPORTS THAT THERE IS NO DRAIN HOLE ON THIS CAPSTAN TO EVACUATE ANY CONDENSATION OR WATER ACCUMULATION FROM INSIDE CAPSTAN. MX R & R CAPSTAN & PERFORMED RIGGING/TEST PROCEDURES PER THE LEAR 24E MM. FINDINGS COMMUNICATED TO MANUFACTURER TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
LT TIP TANK DAMAGED AND DENTED ON AFT LOWER SURFACE. TIP TANK REMOVED AND AFT CONE REMOVED TO EVALUATE DAMAGE. DISCOVERED AFT CENTER BULKHEAD DEFORMED, INNER ATTACH DOUBLER DEFORMED AND LOWER SEAM RIVETS SHEARED. TIP TANK REQUIRES REPAIR FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT PITCHES DOWN WHEN AUTOPILOT IS ENGAGED (ALT HOLD). THE FLIGHT DIRECTOR DOES THE SAME THING , EVEN WITH THE AUTOPILOT TURNED OFF. REPAIRED SHOULDER PORT DRAIN CAN SYSTEM AND REMOVED FLIGHT DIRECTOR FOR REPAIR. INSTALLED FLIGHT DIRECTOR AFTER REPAIR. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. (CLOSED)
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED YIP FOR RWI SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF LT UNSAFE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED, CREW CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES WHEN GEAR WAS FULLY EXTENDED GEAR LIGHT WOULD GO OUT. RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT, MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND LUBED LT MAIN GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH AND OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
AIRCRAFT CLIMBING FROM FL410 LT ENGINE FLAMEOUT, RELIGHT AT FL250, CLIMB BACK TO FL330 TO DESTINATION, WILL UPDATE REPORT AFTER MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED FLAMEOUT INSPECTION IAW MFG/ MM SEI-186 AND R & R P2 LINE. OPS CK GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED AFTER DEPARTURE FROM SHV HYDRULIC PRESSURE DROPPED TO 0 UPON GEAR RETRACTION AND FLAP RETRACTION, AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO ADS STANDBY PUMP WAS USED TO EXTEND GEAR AND FLAPS FOR NORMAL LANDING. WILL UPDATE THIS REPORT AFTER MAINTENANCE. HYDRULIC (PRESSURE SIDE) HOSE LT SIDE FAILD, PRECAUTIONARY PUMP CHANGE BOTH SIDES AND HOSE REPLACEMENT. OP'S AND LEAK CK GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE OUT OF 10,000 FT, ALSO COMS HAD STATIC, DIVERT INTO SDF FOR MAINTENANCE. WILL UPDATE REPORT AFTER MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE CLEANED SQUAT SWITCHES, JACKED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS, PRESSURIZE CHECKED GOOD ON GROUND, REPLACED NR1 COM TRANSMITTER. OPS CHECKED GOOD, RETURN AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED, ON THIRD LEG OF THE DAY, OIL PRESSURE DROPPED AND LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED, NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. MAINTENANCE WAS SENT, REMOVED AND REPLACED AXIS GEAR SEAL. AIRCRAFT SERVICED AND OPS CHECK GOOD, RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED NO NORMAL PITCH TRIM AFTER DEPARTURE, USED EMERGENCY PITCH TRIM TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. MAINTENANCE FOUND WEAK CIRCUIT BREAKER. REMOVED AND REPLACED CIRCUIT BREAKER, OP'S CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
