Maintenance disclosures
AFTER TAKEOFF THE LANDING GEAR BECAME STUCK IN THE TRANSIT POSITION. THE PILOT PERFORMED A MANUAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHORT FROM THE TIME DELAY CARD TO THE SERVICING VALVE. THE WIRE WAS REPAIRED, MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED SUCCESSFULLY, AND NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES WERE NOTED AFTER THE REPAIR TO THE AFFECTED WIRE.
THE PILOT REPORTED HE WAS EN-ROUTE FROM KCRP TO KMAF WHEN THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT BEGAN TO ILLUMINATE ON AND OFF WITH NO CHANGE IN OIL PRESSURE INDICATION. THEN AFTER A MINUTE OF FLIGHT THE OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON STEADY WITH A DROP IN OIL PRESSURE INDICATION FROM BELOW 60 PSI DOWN TO 20 PSI AND FLUCTUATING TO ZERO. THE PILOT FOLLOWED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND SHUT DOWN THE RIGHT ENGINE. THE PILOT THEN DECLARED EMERGENCY AND ATC DIRECTED HIM TO KSJT WHERE HE LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE RIGHT ENGINE AND THE CAUSE FOR PRESSURE DROPPING OFF SUSPECTED INTERNAL ENGINE COMPONENTS AND THE ENGINE WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT AND A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WILL HAVE TO BE FILED.
AFTER TAKEOFF, DURING CLIMB, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE RT ENG FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT SHUTDOWN THE RT ENG & EXTINGUISHED THE RT ENG FIRE BOTTLE. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMER & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND THE RT ENG FIRE DETECTION LOOP HAD HIGH RESISTANCE. R & R THE FWD & AFT FIRE DETECTION LOOPS. THE RT ENG FIRE DETECTION SYS FUNCTIONAL CHECKED SATISFACTORY. FIRE DETECTION LOOP IS AN ON CONDITION PART, TIME IN SERVICE IS UNKNOWN.
DURING CLIMB OUT AT APPROXIMATELY 12,000 FEET FROM DFW THE FWD CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT PROCEEDED WITH THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST ITEMS. PILOT DECIDED TO RETURN TO DFW, PILOT DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DFW MX INSPECTED AIRCRAFT & DETERMINED THE DOOR WAS SECURELY LATCHED, MX TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED DOOR SWITCH WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. MICRO SWITCH WAS ADJUSTED IAW BEECH AIRCRAFT MM 52-70-00, ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
