WE PULLED OFF THE RUNWAY AND HAD THE AIRCRAFT TOWED TO SIGNATURE. UPON VISUAL INSPECTION WE DID NOT NOTICE ANY ABNORMALITIES. WE HAD THE FOLLOWING CAS MESSAGES E2 FAIL E2 OIL IMP BYP FUEL 2 FEED FAULT ENG NO DISPATCH CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED RH ENGINE IAW .71-00-00 INSTALLED: RH ENGINE IAW 71-00-00.
FUEL FEED 1 FAULT & FUEL FEED 2 FAULT MESSAGES DISPLAYED IN FLT, ACCOMPANIED WITH YELLOW XS OVER MOTIVE FLOW PUMPS ON FUEL SYNOPTIC PAGE. NR 1 MESSAGE APPEARED FIRST FOLLOWED BY NR 2 A FEW SECS LATER WHEN CLIMBING THROUGH APPROX FL280. ALL INDICATIONS REMAINED FOR DURATION OF FLT. NO OTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS IN FUEL SYS. DESCENDING THROUGH FL240, RECEIVED OXY LO PRES, AND YELLOW XS THROUGH MULTIPLE INDICATORS: BAT 1 VOLTAGE, HYDRAULIC PRESSURE, FUEL FLOW, OIL TEMP/PRESSURE E1. ON LANDING ROLL RECEIVED E1 FUEL IMP BYP. UPON LANDING, POWER CYCLED BATTERIES, FAULTS REMAINED. POWERED ON WITH BATT 1 FIRST FOR A FEW MINUTES, AND IT HAD ENOUGH POWER TO BOOT UP THE AVIONICS. REPLACED ENGINE AIRFRAME INTERFACE UNIT. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMB 505 AMM 31-41-03
DURING THE LANDING PHASE OF THE PREVIOUS LEG, WE NOTICED LIGHTS IN THE CABIN FLASHING ON AND OFF AND REALIZED THEY WERE THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS. DURING THE TAXI IN WE MOVED THE SWITCH FROM THE ARMED POSITION TO OFF, AND THE FLASHING STOPPED AND THEN MOVED THE SWITCH BACK TO THE ARMED POSITION AND THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAINED OFF AS NORMAL. HOWEVER, ON THE SUBSEQUENT FLIGHT DURING FLIGHT, WE NOTICED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE ON AND STAYING ON NO MATTER WHAT POSITION THE SWITCH WAS IN EXCEPT FOR THE OFF POSITION. THEY WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH IN THE ARMED POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: WE GAINED ACCESS TO BOTH FORWARD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY. DID FUNCTIONAL TEST ON BOTH BATTERIES AND FOUND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY IS BAD. OPERATIONAL TEST IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-00-710-80 I-A, NET JETS ORDERED TWO BATTERY. SPOKE WITH MCC AND THEY SAID TO JUST INSTALL THE ONE TIIAT IS BAD. (AFT) REMOVED AFT DISCHARGED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-00 S/N 006523 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 74500LS-00 S/N 005626, OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS TO NOTE IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-0I 400. CHARGED REPAIRED EMERGENCY IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-00-710-801-A WITH NO DEFECTS TO NOTE.
EMERG LIGHT SWITCH: EMERGENCY LIGHTS TURN ON ANY TIME SWITCH IS IN "ARM" POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED BOTH EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES. OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED. REF: EMB÷505 AMM 33÷52÷01.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE RED EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHT LOCATED BY THE MED AND THE EMERGENCY WHITE FLOOR LIGHT LOCATED BY SEAT #1 OR OBSCURED BY THE AISLE FLOOR CARPET(PRE FLIGHT) CORRECTIVE ACTION: TRIMMED CARPET AND DISPLACED LIGHTS AND PLACED LIGHT BACK IN MOUNTING POSITION OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECT NOTED. MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR IS CLOSED AND LOCKED BUT NO GREEN FLAG INDICATION ON THE VISUAL SIGHT GLASS UPPER RIGHT CORNER AND RED PASSENGER SYNOPTIC DOOR SHOWS OPEN INDICATION ON STATUS PAGE. //SIGNOFF// PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK ON CABIN MAIN DOOR IAW EMB-505S MM 52-10-00. FOUND OUTER LATCH HANDLE NOT STOWED. STOWED OUTER LATCH HANDLE IN CORRECT POSITION. OPS CHECK GOOD NO CAS MESSAGE NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED
UPON OPENING THE MAIN DOOR THE HANDLE DETACHED FROM THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED TAPE & OPENED DOOR. REMOVED STEPS & ACCESSED THE INTERNAL PORTION OF THE DOOR HANDLE. REMOVED DOOR HANDLE. THE BROKEN PORTION OF THE HANDLE WAS NOT OD THE AIRCRAFT. INSTALLED A NEW EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE IAW AMM 52-1 1-24-000-801-A & 52-1 L-24-400-80 I-A. OPENED & CLOSED DOOR WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. INSTALLED STEPS IAW AMM 52-14-00-000-801-A, NO DEFECTS NOTED . THE MISSING PORTION OF THE HANDLE HAS THE MAIN DOOR KEY LOCK. CONTACTED MCC AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE HANDLE WAS. INSTALLED NEW HANDLE KEY LOCK IAW AMM 52-32-25-400-801-A & 52-32-25-000-801-A. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
CABIN POWER (60 HZ): WHEN I OPENED THE AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AFTER A 3 HOUR FLIGHT THERE WAS A STRONG SMELL OF ELECTRICAL BURNING. WE REMOVED ALL LUGGAGE THE SMELL WAS STILL PRESENT 15 MINUTES LATER. THERE WAS NO SMELL IN THE CABIN OR COCKPIT. THERE WERE NO MESSAGES OR OTHER INDICATIONS IN THE COCPIT. SMELL WAS VERIFIED BY FELLOW PILOT. UNABLE TO VERIFY. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE INVERTER AND NOTTED THAT THE HOT JUG INVERTER FAN WOULD NOT WORK. REMOVED HOT JUG INVERTER AND INSTALLED NEW PART SN 2065. OPS CHECK GOOD ALL WORK IAW EMB 505 AMM 24-54-05.
EMER LIGHT SWITCH: DURING BEFORE ENGINE START FLOW, SWITCH IS MOVED INTO ARM POSITION AND ALL AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY LIGHTS INCORRECTLY TURN ON BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY: AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR UP GOT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT NOT ARMED CAS MESSAGE ON THE ELECTRICAL PAGE BOTH BATT 1 & 2 WHERE SHOWING 25.1 AND 25.0 IN YELLOW. DC BUS 1 WAS NOT POWERING THE EMER BUS. DC BUS 2 WAS NOT POWERING THE CENTRAL BUS HOT BUS 2 WAS POWERING THE EMER BUS. ON LANDING THE BATT VOLTAGE WAS 24.5 &24.6 VOLTS.
MAIN DOOR IS STUCK IN TRANSITION AND WE CAN NOT BRING IT BACK UP OR COMPLETELY LOWER IT. REMOVED AND REPLACE DEFECTIVE COUNTER BALANCE PINION. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF EMBRAER SB 505-55-0004 REV 01 (DATED 06/24/2020), WE NOTED THE FOLLOWING MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE AT LEFT ELEVATOR: ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (9 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G); HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 1095G). ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11094-615, AS PER SB INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (8 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G); HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 1095G); MASS WEIGHT INBOARD PART NUMBER PE915109-L40 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 2809G). ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11094-616, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATORâS GMM REQUIREMENTS.
BOTH MLG BRAKE - ON CONSECUTIVE LANDINGS WITH FIRM BRAKE APPLICATION, THE BRAKES DID NOT APPLY EFFECTIVELY RESULTING IN A MUCH LONGER LANDING ROLLOUT. CORRECTIVE ACTION, PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE MAIN BRAKE SYTEM AND FOUND DURING FULL BRAKE PEDAL DEPLOYMENT BRAKE PRESSURE DROPS TO 1100PSI WHEN THE BRAKE PEDALS REACH THE TRAVEL STOPS. PERFORMED AND SUBMITTED A CMC DOWNLOAD. REPAIR A WIRE THAT WAS PULLED FROM A DIODE ON THE WIRE HARNESS TO THE BCU. IT WAS DETERMINED BY THE FSR THAT SL505-31-006 ADDRESS THE INACCURATE BRAKE PRESSURE INDICATIONS BEING EXPERIENCED ON THE AIRCRAFT AND THERE ARE NO CURRENT REPAIRS. INSPECTED BRAKE WEAR PINS, PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE BRAKES, CHECKED THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR FOR PROPER SERVICING, VERIFIED PROPER SERVICING OF THE NLG AND MLG TIRES AND ALSO VERIFIED STRUT PRESSURE AND EXTENSION WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND ON ANY OF THE PREVIOUSLY LISTED ITEMS. UPON RECOMMENDATION FROM FSR, BLED BRAKES AND NOTED SOME AIR IN THE RT BRAKE. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK WITH NO FAULTS FOUND, CREW PERFORMED HIGH SPEED TAXI CHECK WITH NO FAULTS FOUND.
BIRD STRIKE ON SHORT FINAL RESULTING IN A DENT ON RT WING LE. R & R THE RT WING OUTER LE & RT WING CTR WING SPLICE WITH NEW IAW MM 57-40-00.
ON ROLL OUT, F/O LT BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. CAPTAIN`S BRAKES WORK NORMALLLY. BLEED LEFT AND RIGHT BRAKES IAW 32-42-00. OPS CK GOOD.

CYCLED GEAR 10 TIMES WITH NO FAULTS IAW CE560XL M/M 32-11-01/32-31-05.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND GEAR RETRACTION "GEAR UNLOCKED" AND "HYD PRESS" LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. INSPECTED LANDING GEAR, INSPECTED UPLOCK SWITCHES. CLEANED CONNECTORS AND CHECK UPLOCK SWITCHES RESISTANCE. NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTION AND TESTED IAW CE560 MM 32-31-05.
ON TAKEOFF DURING GEAR RETRACTION, GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT AND HYD PRESS LIGHT REMAINED ON. PULLED AND RESET LND GEAR CONTROL CB IAW CHECKLIST FOR HYD PRES ON RESET GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW MM 32-31-05. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR AND LEAK CHECKED UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW MM 32-31-05. OP'S CHECKED AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ALONG WITH HYD PRESS LIGHT. GEAR RECYCLED AND MALFUNCTION CLEARED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT MAIN UPLOCK SWITCH, ADJUSTED AND SECURED AS REQUIRED IAW CE 560 MM 32-61-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR AND FLAPS WERE RETRACTED "HYD PRESS ON" LIGHT REMAINED ON AFTER ALL CYCLES COMPLETE. ALSO ILLUMINATED WAS THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT. CYCLED GEAR 3 TIMES ALL WITH SAME RESULT. JACK AIRCRAFT INSPECTED GEAR AND SWITCHES NO DEFECTS NOTED. RAN GEAR 8 TIMES NO DEFECTS NOTED, CLEANED UP LOCK SWITCHES AND PERFORMED LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM TEST CH 32-01-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECK SWITCH ADJUSTMENTS NO DEFECTS NOTED CH 32-61-20. RAN GEAR SEVERAL MORE TIMES AGAIN, NO DEFECTS NOTED. HYD SYSTEM SERVICED CORRECTLY ALL WORK IAW 32-12-00 CE560 M/M CH'S 32-61-00, 32-01-00 AND 32-30-00.
BRAKING PRESSURE ERRACTIC , BRAKES SEEM TO CATCH AND RELEASE, PRESSURE INCREASE AND DECREASE, FELT IN PEDALS.
ANTI SKID ACTIVATES INTERMITTANTLY BELOW 5KTS. COMPLETELY ACTIVATES WITH MODERATE BRAKE PRESSURE, RESULTING IN NO BRAKES AT ALL. ANTISKID OFF BRAKES NORMAL. ALL ELECTRICAL SIGNALS CHECK OK IAW 560 M/M WIRING 32-48-01. BIT CHECK, CHECKS OK IAW 560 MM 32-40-00, DYNAMIC BIT TEST CHECKS OK IAW 560 MM 32-42-00. ACCOMPLISHED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM CHECK IAW 560 MM CH 32-42-00.
PILOT REPORTED AT LOW SPEED TAXIING STRAIGHT AHEAD, ANTI SKID IS CYCLING MAKING THE BRAKES SLIP. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCK. FOUND NO FAULTS ON ANTI SKID FAULT DISPLAY UNIT. ANTI SKID SELF-TEST CHECKED GOOD, VERIFIED PROPER BRAKE PRESSURE AT BOTH BRAKES IAW CE 560 MM CHAPTER 32-42-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
