OPENED AND CLEANED THE DOOR SEAL MATING SURFACES USING ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL TO REMOVE GRIME, DEBRIS, AND DIRT. A VISUAL INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED AND THE SEAL WAS FOUND TO BE UNDAMAGED AT THIS TIME. WE PERFORM A PRESSURIZATION CHECK AND COULD DUPLICATE THE SQUEALING NOISE REPORTED IN FLIGHT. REF AMM 52-10-20,21-31-00.

WE ELECTED TO CONTINUE TO DESTINATION AFTER CONFERRING WITH DISPATCH AND FODM. ON FINAL, VENTRAL RUD FAIL CAS APPEARED BY ITSELF. I DISCONNECTED THE AP AND YD AND LANDED. CAS DISAPPEARED ON ITS OWN AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN. REPLACED VENTRAL RUDDER SERVO IAW PHENOM 300 AMM PART II 22-11-11-000-801-A. OPS CHECK GOOD.

HAVE NO CAS MESSAGES AT THIS TIME. WE COULD NOT SEE ANY ASSOICATED FAULTS IN THE HISTORY EITHER. TRANSPONDERS AND TCAS DO NOT HAVE ANY ILLUMINATED FAULT LED'S AT THIS TIME. PHENOM 300AMM 34-S2-00-710-801-A AND 34-43-00-710-801-A.

WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (12 EACH) AS FOLLOWS 4=83G, 2=82G, 3=81G, 80G & 2=79G (MINIMUM 84G) AND HORN MASS WEIGHT; PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH) 1=1080G (MINIMUM 1095G).
