REMOVED NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED NR 2 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 33-52-01.
APPROACH INTO KBZN AT ABOUT 14,000' THE EMER LIGHTS BEGAN TO FLICKER. EMER LIGHTS ARE OFF WITH THE SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION AND POWER OFF, THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AND WERE STEADY. WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION AND POWER OFF, THE LIGHTS REMAINED ON AND STEADY. ALLOWED THE LIGHTS TO REMAIN ILLUMINATED FOR 10 ADDITIONAL MINUTES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO THE #1 & #2 EMERGENCY BATTERIES AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED GVI OF BOTH BATTERIES WITH NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS. DUE TO REPLACEMENT BATTERIES BEING ONSITE, MCC HAS ELECTED TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES. WHILE GAINING ACCESS TO THE #2 EMER BATT, TECHS FOUND THAT THE LAY AFT WALL MIRROR LATCH WAS BROKEN. REMOVED THE DAMAGED LATCH PN: 7311134-501 AND INSTALLED THE NEW LATCH PN: 7311134-501 IAW IPC 25-27-05 RECEIVED REPLACEMENT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES AND VERIFIED PAPERWORK. REMOVED FAULTY #1 EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 74501S-00 S/N 007481 AND INSTALLED INSPECTED/TESTED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 74501S-00 S/N 006814 IAW MM 33-52-01. REMOVED FAULTY #2 EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 745015-00 S/N 007252 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-00 S/N 007471 PER MM 33-52-01. PERFORMED THE OPS TEST OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IAW MM 33-52-01, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLOSED ALL ACCESS AS REQUIRED

MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR CANNOT BE CLOSE FROM THE OPEN POSITION. DURING THE DOOR CLOSING A LOUD BOOM COULD BE HEARD. AFTER THAT THE DOOR IS STUCK IM THE OPEN POSITION . CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED BALANCE GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMB505 AMM 52-13-00.
1 OF THE 3 OVERHEAD CABIN FLOOD LIGHTS IS INOP. ALL 3 LIGHTS ARE PART OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM. RE-SEATED LOOSE CONNECTION ON MIDDLE OVERHEAD CABIN FLOOD LIGHT. OPS CHECK OF LIGHT GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-26-01.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE MIDDLE CEILING CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHT IS INOP. THE FORWARD AND AFT CEILING LIGHTS DO WORK. REMOVED THE FAILED EMERGENCY CEILING LIGHT AND INSTALLED A NEW EMERGENCY CEILING LIGHT REF PHENOM 300 AMM 25-22-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD REF AMM 33-52-00.

ON GROUND WITH GPU POWER CONNECTED, ODOR OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE NOTICED IN COCKPIT. SMOKE INTENSIFIED TO VISIABLE HAZE & SHUTDOWN ALL SYS, AVIONICS POWER AND EXITED ACFT. ONCE OUTSIDE, SAW SMOKE COMING OUT OF AFT EQUIPMENT BAY (HELL HOLE) VENTS. OPENED AFT BAGGAGE DOOR & HELLHOLE ACCESS DOOR, NOTICED THICK SMOKE. FOUND A/C MOTOR LOCKUP. WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING NEW MOTOR FOUND WIRING TO HOUR METER BURNED INSIDE HOUR METER. FAN WAS ALSO BURNED.
LT ENGINE SHUTS DOWN ON SPEED BRAKE TEST. T/S LT ENGINE. FOUND ENG RIGGING LOOSE AND WITH EXCESS PLAY AT FLOW DIVIDER. RIGGED LT ENGINE. OPS CHECK GOOD. CHECKED RT ENG FOUND IN SAME CONDITION. RERIGGED. RT ENG OPS CHECK GOOD. ALSO CHECKED SPEED BRAKE TEST WITH NO DEFECTS. IAW MM 73-20-01.
DURING APPROACH TO LANDING THERE WAS AN UNSAFE RT MLG INDICATION (GREEN LIGHT OUT) WITH NO OTHER UNSAFE INDICATIONS EMERGENCY EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED WITH BOTTLE. T/S SYS AND FOUND RT GEAR INDICATOR BULB INOP. REPLACED WITH NEW FROM A/C FLYAWAY KIT. SERVICED BLOW DOWN SYS AND BLED. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 32-01-00 AND 32-61-00.
LT ENGINE SHUTS DOWN WHEN THROTTLE IS BROUGHT TO FLIGHT IDLE DURING SPEED BRAKE CHECK. [SUP 05-02-07] ADJUSTED LT ENG FLOW DIVIDER PUSH ROD IAW 560MM 76-11-00 OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAKEOFF-YOKE REQUIRED ALMOST FULL AFT DEFLECTION BEFORE THE AIRCRAFT BECAME AIRBORNE. TAKEOFF TRIM WAS IN NORMAL POSITION AND PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT SET. T/S ELEVATOR TRIM AND ELEVATOR SYSTEM, C/W TRAVEL CHECKS OF ELEV TRIM AND ELEVATOR AND FOUND PITCH TRIM T/O RANGE MARKER TO BE OUT OF POSITION SET T/O TRIM AND REPOSITIONED IAW MM 27-31-08.
WHEN BRAKES SET & POWER AT 96.3 PERCENT N1, BEGAN TAKEOFF ROLL; BEFORE REACHING 40 KTS THE RT FUEL BOOST PUMP ON LIGHT ILLUMINATED. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED. INSPECTED RT FUEL FILTER NO DEBRIS FOUND C/W GROUND RUNS RT GEN CAME ONLINE NORMAL DURING START. C/W POWER OF DAY RUN NO LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON ANNUNCIATOR PANEL FOR BOOST PUMP OR RT GEN OFF HIGH & NORMAL IDLE CHECKS GOOD ALL READINGS ON RT ENGINE CLOSELY MATCH LT SIDE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE, ALL WORK IAW CE560 MM 73-30 & 24-50.
UPON LANDING F/O RT BRAKE PEDALS WHEN PRESSED TP APPLY BRAKES WENT TO THE FLOOR-POWER BRAKE LOW PRESSURE LIGHT AND ANTI-SKID INOP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CAPTAIN CHECKED BRAKES ON LEFT SIDE,TEMPORARY BRAKES WERE ESTABLISHED AND THEN COMPLETE FAILURE, EMERGENCY BRAKES APPLIED. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

OILY ODOR ON TAKEOFF AND DESCENT AND AT ALTITUDE OF 15,000 FT. PERFORMED ENGINE BORESCOPE AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF ENGINE OIL IN GAS GENERATOR CASE AREA, REMOVED NR 2 ENGINE AS PRECAUTIONARY.
OILY ODOR ON TAKEOFF AND DESCENT AND AT ALTITUDE OF 15,000 FT. - ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
ACM PRODUCING OILY ODOR AS TEMPATURE SET TO WARMER TEMPERATURE. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF ACM AT VARIOUS POWER SETTINGS, THRU FULL TEMPERATURE RANGE IN BOTH AUTO AND MANUAL MODES AND SELECTING DIFFERENT BLEED AIR SOURCES. ACM APPEARS TO FUNCTION NORMAL, COULD NOT DUPLICATE OILY ODOR.
