CRACK AS L/H HORIZONTAL STAB FRONT SPAR TO INBD RIB ATTACHEMENT ANGLE, THIS WAS FOUND DURING AN INSPECTION THAT REQUIRED REMOVAL OF THE L/H HORIZONTAL STAB
CRACK AT R/H NACELLE ANGLE NS 197
UPON LANDING AND WHEN AIRCRAFT NOSE WHEEL TOUCHDOWN A VIBRATION AND LOUD NOISE WAS PRODUCE AND FELT FROM THE SAME AREA
DURING FINAL DESCENT, FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMELL OR ODOR COMING FROM 9 TO 11. CA: AFTER DVI FOUND FLUORESCENT TUBE LAMP HOLDER AT SEAT 9A BURNT. REMOVED AND REPLACED LAMP HOLDER.
STRANGE AND VERY LOUD GRINDING COMING FROM NOSE WHEELS AREA DURING TAXI INTO THE RAMP. INSPECTED AND FOUND NR 1 NOSE WHEEL BEARING BROKEN. R & R NR 1 NOSE WHEEL ASSY IAW AMM 32-41-15-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CRUISE, LT CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT INTERMITTENT, ONE CHIME. LT ENGINE HAD PREVIOUS CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT ON, REPORTS WHICH RESULTED WITH NO PARTICLES PRESENT AT THE CHIP DETECTOR UPON INSPECTION. DURING THE LAST CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT INSPECTION, MINOR METAL PARTICLES WERE FOUND AND SENT TO A LABORATORY FOR ANALYSIS. ON ANALYSIS ARRIVAL, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE METAL PARTICLES ORIGINATED FROM BEARING CAGES.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION, LANDING GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHT REMAINED ON AND HYDRAULIC LOCKDOWN LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ACCOMPLISHED QRH & SELECTED PUMP SWITCH TO "OVER RIDE". AFTER A SHORT DELAY, HYDRAULIC MAIN PRESSURE RETURNED TO NORMAL. CONTINUED IAW HYDRAULIC PROCEDURE NR 3. PRECAUTIONARY PROCEDURE, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. PERFORMED OPS TEST OF THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IAW AMM 29-10-00.
DURING TAXI OUT THE CA SIDE BRAKES WERE NOT RESPONSIVE. FLIGHT RETURNED.
AIR RETURN DUE TO LT ENG FIRE DETECT LIGHT ILLUM. TIGHTENED LOOSE CONNECTION.
RIGHT TAIL PIPE HOT CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED DURING FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED EXHAUST COWL.
RT TAIL PIPE HOT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB-OUT. SEALED TAIL PIPE SENSOR IAW SB 340-26-029, AFTER FINDING THE BACK OF THE SENSORS EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS. OPS CHECK GOOD.
ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 70KTS. LT ENGINE HOT. OPENED MEL FOR BLEED SYSTEM MEL NR 27424, THEN REMOVED AND REPLACED PERI SEAL, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAKEOFF GEAR INTRANSIT LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. CLEANED OFF LT AND RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCHES AND PERFORMED TEST OF UPLOCK SWITCH REFERENCING 32-61-15-02 PARAGRAPH E. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF EXTENSION AND RETRACTION SYSTEM REF 32-30-00, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
FLAPS DO NOT EXTEND FULL 20 DEGREES WHEN SELECTED SETTING OFF GPWS WARNING. SLAVED IN FLAP CONTROL BOX IAW AMM 27-51-10-04. NO JOY. RETURNED ORIGINAL BOX TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM 27-51-15. NO JOY. P/N ON-OFF HP1416100-5. S/N ON 1033 OFF 1370. BLED HYD SYSTEM IAW AMM 27-51-25-04. OPS CHECKS GOOD. ADJUSTED GAIN FOR FLAP CONTROL LEVER POTENTIOMETER IAW AMM 27-51-00-05. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
EXIT LIGHT OVER MAIN CABIN DOOR DOES NOT ILLUMINATE. RESEATED BATTERY AND CHECKED FUSES, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW SAAB MM 33-50-00.
FOUND NUMEROUS EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN CABIN OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 (22LN) BATT POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-50-10-4 PN ON 60-1321-1 SN ON 8405 SN OFF 1880, OPS CHECK GOOD.
RT SIDE EMERG EXIT LTS INOP RT SIDE, ROW EMERG FLOOR LTS ROWS 2-7 INOP, LT EMERG FLOOR LTS ROW 7 INOP. EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS WERE LEFT ON CAUSING POWER IN BATTERIES TO FALL BELOW MINIMUM VOLTAGE. SUPPLY PC WITH 28 VOLTS EXTERNAL POWER TO CHARGE BATTERIES OPS CHECK OF ALL LIGHTS IS GOOD.
EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT SIGN ABOVE SEAT 7A INOP. REPLACED 4A FUSE PER WIRING DIAGRAM 33-55-00, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER SEAT 7A INOP. FOUND DEFECTIVE FUSE BY TEST OF MULTIMETER AND INSTALLED NEW FUSE AND OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 20-10-00.
L TORQUE GAUGE FLUCTUATES +/- 20 PERCENT FROM SET TORQUE, NO CHANGE IN ITT, NG OR FUEL FLOW, NO AUDIBLE CHANGE IN POWER, NO YAW MOVEMENT. IGNITION LIGHT TURNS ON TORQUE IS RESTORED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENG DECU IAW 76-10-57-04. OPS CHECK GOOD, PN ON/OFF 6071T20P17 SN ON ECDT1415, SN OFF ECDT1306.
ON T/O ROLL RT TORQ GAUGE FLUCTUATED BETWEEN 80%-30% CTOT WAS NOT ARMED, THEN RT ENG LIGHT ILLUMINATED. SECURED AND LOCKED CANNON PLUG BACK IN PLACE ON TORQ RT INDICATOR. HAD CAPTAIN RUN THE RT ENGINE. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. OPS CHECK GOOD.
LEFT ENGINE ABNORMAL INDICATIONS ON POWER APPLICATION. INSPECTED AND RAN NR 1 ENGINE, OPS CHECKED GOOD NO FAULTS FOUND.
