ON AIRCRAFT ACCEPTANCE PREFLIGHT, WITH EMER LTS SWITCH ARM POSITION, NO POWER ON THE AIRCRAFT, ALL OVER WING AND ALL AFT INTERIOR EMER EXIT LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL FOUR EMERGENCY BATTERIES, IAW CE680 MM 33-50-10. OPS CHECK GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
THERE IS DIFFICULTY OPENING AND CLOSING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. WHEN OPENING THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE, THE RELEASE HANDLE OPERATES NORMALLY, HOWEVER THE DOOR REQUIRES MORE FORCE THAN NORMAL TO OPEN. WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE, THE DOOR CLOSES WITH MORE FORCE THAN NORMAL AND THE DOOR HANDLE IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE TO A CLOSED POSITION. WHEN OPENING THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE, AFTER THE MAIN HANDLE IS RELEASED, THE DOOR REQUIRES MORE THAN NORMAL FORCE TO PUSH OPEN. CORRECTIVE ACTION: TECHS ARRIVED TO AIRCRAFT AND NOTED THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WAS NOT ABLE TO SEAT PROPERLY WHEN ATTEMPING TO LATCH THE PRECATCH. TECHS NOTED THE GAP FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR TC FUSELAGE WAS NOT WITHIN TOLERANCE. TECHS PERFORMED THE ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR PER CE-680 AMM 52-10-00. MX LEFT THE PASSENGER OXYGEN KNOB TO OFF. WHEN I ROTATED THE PASS OXY KNOB TO AUTO ALL THE MASKS DEPLOYED. REPACKED PASSENGER OXYGEN MASK WORK DONE REF. CESSNA CE-680 AMM 35-20-00. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. VERIFIED OXYGEN LEVEL IS STILL GOOD.
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE MED, THE AFT (LH SIDE FACING DOOR) SPRING ASSIST MECHANISM FAILED, PREVENTING DOOR OPERATION USING THE INTERIOR HANDLE AND REMAINING CABLE/SPRING. CORRECTIVE ACTION: ARRIVED ON SITE, GAINED ACCESS TO THE AIRCRAFT. GAINED ACCESS TO THE COUNTERBALANCE SPRING. FOUND THE AFT SPRING TO HAVE SNAPPED OFF AND CAUSING THE AFT CABLE TO HAVE NO TENSION. PERFORMED REPLACEMENT OF THE AFT COUNTERBALANCE SPRING. ADJUSTED SPRINGS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR WITH NO FAULTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. RESTORED ALL ACCESS GAINED. DURING CLIMB OUT WE RECIEVED AN AMBER NOSE DOOR OPEN R CAS MESSAGE. AFTER RETURNING TO THE AIRPORT I FOUND THE RIGHT NOSE DOOR RIGHT MACHANICAL LATCH UNLATCHHED. WHEN OPENNING THE DOOR I FOUND THE UPPER SAFETY LATCH DIFFICULT TO UNLOCK. I WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCK THE SAFETY LATCH WHEN CLOSING. INSPECTED LATCH PIN, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME ADJUSTED LATCH PIN RECEPTICAL IAW CMM 680 52-40-20 FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD
CABIN ODOR BURNING SMELL - APPROXIMATELY FIVE MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW NOTICED A BURNING PLASTIC SMELL. APU WAS OFF AND BLEED AIR ON AS NORMAL. CREW RAN ODOR/SMOKE IN COCKPIT CHECKLIST. RAN APU FOR APPROX 1/2 HOUR, NO BURNING PLASTIC SMELL NOTED. RAN THROUGH ALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, LIGHTS, AVIONICS, CABIN, HEATS, ETC. NO SMELL. RAN BOTH LT AND RT ENGINES. RT ENGINE START, NOTICED A SLIGHT OZONE TYPE ODOR THAT DISSIPATED AFTER SOME RUN TIME. AFTER BRINGING THE RT ENGINE UP TO CRUISE POWER, BRIEFLY SMELLED THIS ODOR AGAIN. NOTIFIED MCC WHO WAS IN AGREEMENT WITH REPLACING THE OZONE CONVERTERS AS A BEST PRECAUTION. RAN ENGINES AND APU AGAIN, NO SMELLS NOTED AT ALL. RAN ALL AVIONICS, CABIN POWER, ETC - NO SMELL. BORESCOPED APU INLET AND BLEED AIR OUTPUT FOR ANY SIGNS OF OIL RESIDUE WITH NONE NOTED. CHECKED GALLEY, AFT BAGGAGE, FWD BAGGAGE. AFT LAV. ALL EASILY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSIDE THE CABIN WAS CHECKED WITH NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS,. OPS CHECKS OF CABIN SYSTEMS GOOD - NO DEFECTS NOTED AND NO SMELLS. PER MCC, CONTINUED WITH REPLACEMENT OF BOTH LH AND RH OZONE CONVERTERS. OPS CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 21-71-00.
IN BOUND STARTED THE APU AT 2500' AT 200 KTS AND AS THE APU WAS POEWERING UP THE #1 MCDU WENT BLANK AND WE HAD AN ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. SHUT THE APU DOWN AND THE #1 MCDU CAME BACK 'ON'AND LANDED NORMAL. REPLACED CONDENSER BAG AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF THE APU AND TESTED GENERATION SYSTEM. CHECKS ARE GOOD WITH NO LEAKS OR ABNORMAL SMELLS NOTED.

DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND SECOND FROM THE TOP RUDDER HINGE UPPER BRACKET ON THE VERTICAL STABILIZER CRACKED. THE BRACKET WAS CRACKED FROM THE RT OTBD FASTENER TO THE NEXT ONE INBD, WHERE THE BRACKET ATTACHES TO THE VERT STAB AFT SPAR. A SERVICE CONDITION REPORT AND PICTURES HAVE BEEN SENT TO MFG UNDER SDR670301.
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND APU BLEED AIR TUBE ASSY CRACKED AT THE APU COMPARTMENT ATTACH FLANGE. FLANGE CRACKED 2 TO 3 INCHES WHERE THE FLANGE IS WELDED TO THE TUBE ASSY.
DURING TAXI AFTER LANDING BOTH BRAKE PEDALS WENT TO THE FLOOR. ANTI-SKID INOP ANNUNCIATOR AND POWER BRAKE LOW PRESS ANNUNCIATOR BOTH CAME ON, WAS ABLE TO STOP BY PUMPING THE BRAKES.
