CRACKED RH PRECOOLER INLET DIVERTER WELDS FOUND DURING INSPECTION IAW SERVICE LETTER 505-36-0003. REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAYS ON IN ARM POSITION OR FLASHES ON/OFF IN ARM AND ON. REPLACED BATTERY PACK.

INSPECTED THE LT ENGINE PRECOOLER IAW SIL505-36-0003 REV 2. FOUND BOTH PRECOOLER DIVERTER VANES CRACKED AND BROKEN OFF. DIVERTER VANES FOUND LAYING ON TOP OF PRECOOLER EXCHANGER BLOCKING INLET AIR TO PRECOOLER. DIVERTER VANES WERE REMOVED COMPLETELY AND GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS SHOWED NO BLEED FAILS.
BLEED 1/2 FAIL. IAW SIL505-36-0003 INSPECTED THE ENGINE PRECOOLER AND FOUND INLET AIR DEFLECTOR BAFFLES BROKEN OFF AND LAYING ON TOP OF COOLER. REPLACED.

AFTER BRAKE RELEASE. PARK BRAKE LIGHT STAYS ON OR IS INTERMITTENT COMING ON.
FOUND TORQUE ON WINDSHIELD SCREW 1/8 TO 1/4 TURN LOOSE ON 80% OF SCREWS.
ON GROUND RUN ACFT WOULD NOT PASS PRESSURIZATION TEST. FOUND RAM AIR FIBERGLASS DUCT CRACKED AND LEAKING CABIN PRESSIZATION. INSTALLED A NEW DUCT ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
