LEVEL 1 CORROSION FOUND ON ALL AILERON, ELEVATOR, AND RUDDER BALANCE WEIGHTS. REMOVED LEVEL 1 CORROSION ON ALL AILERON, ELEVATOR, AND RUDDER BALANCE WEIGHTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMBRAER SB 505-55-A004 REV 5 "MASS BALANCE AND ATTACHMENT PARTS -(INSPECTION)"PARTS I,II,III,IV,V,VI". NO FLIGHT CONTROL WEIGHT CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
RECEIVED A FLAP FAIL, SWPS FAULT, PTRIM BKP FAIL, AND SPOILER FAULT CAS MESSAGES ALONG WITH MAX SPD ABOVE THE AIRSPEED TAPE AND A DATA PATH HAS FAILED MESSAGE ON THE GTC. HAD AN X OVER THE FLAP INDICATION ON THE MFD. ALL THIS CAME ON AT THE INSTANT THE VS MODE SELECTOR WAS PUSHED TO DESCEND FROM ALTITUDE. PERFORMED FIM 27-03-00-810-811A WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CONSIDERED TO BE A TRANSITORY CONDITION.
DETECTED A BURNING ODOR IN THE COCKPIT, SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF WITH THE COCKPIT TEMP CONTROL ABOUT 10 O'CLOCK. NOTICED A BURNING RUBBER ODOR. WE PUT THE TEMP CONTROL TO FULL COLD AND THE ODOR STARTED TO DISSIPATE. WENT TO FULL COLD AND THE ODOR EVENTUALLY WENT AWAY. AT CRUISE, PUT THE TEMP CONTROL TO 8 O'CLOCK AND THE ODOR CAME BACK THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 18,000 FT WITH CLIMB POWER SET. AT ALTITUDE THE ODOR EVENTUALLY WENT AWAY. PERFORMED SMOKE & ABNORMAL ODOR IN THE CABIN & COCKPIT, FIM 21-20-00-810-801-A, IAW FIM 21-20-00. ALL CHECKED GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
IN CRUISE AT FL410 WHEN DUCT 2 OVERTEMP CAS ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST PROCEDURES BUT DUCT TEMP CONTINUED TO RISE, ULTIMATELY REACHING 232F. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES, DUCT 1 OVERTEMP ALSO ILLUMINATED. AS WE DESCENDED THROUGH FL 240, TEMPS BRIEFLY STABILIZED, BUT DUCT 1 TEMP THEN STARTED CLIMBING AGAIN. MADE PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. FOUND RAM AIR VALVE BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED RAM AIR VALVE ASSY WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW AMM 21-23-03-400-801-A.
AFTER LEFT ENGINE START WITH NO GPU ASSIST, RIGHT GEN FAIL CAS CAME ON. ELECTRIC SYNOPTIC SHOWED RIGHT GEN OFF. ALSO HAD ELECTRIC OZONE ODOR IN CABIN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT GENERATOR WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT IAW AMM 24-31-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 24-31-00. PERFORMED FIM TASK 21-20-00-810-801-A. NO SMOKE OR ABNORMAL ODORS AT THIS TIME.

DEPLOYED MASKS MANUALLY FOR ELDERLY PAX. PERFORMED EMER DESCENT CABIN REMAINED NEAR 10000 FT TILL PASSING FL240 IN THE DESCENT. INSPECTED CABIN PRESS SYSTEM FOUND SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER IN DOOR SEAL LINES ALONG WITH TORN DOOR GROMMET. PURGED SYSTEM WITH NITROGEN AND REPLACED GROMMET. COMPLIED WITH PRESSURE CHECK INSIDE. OPS CK GOOD. GROUND RUN AIRCRAFT OPS CK GOOD.
WINDSHIELD OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED WITH WINDSHIELD HEAT SELECTED ON IN THE LOW POSITION. RAN CHECKLIST AND SELECTED OFF. CONDITION OCCURED ABOUT 30 TO 60 SECONDS AFTER SELECTING ON. HOT BURNING ODOR WAS PRESENT.KSPI-KLAL. TROUBLESHOT PROBLEM DOWN TO A BLOWN FUSE INSIDE OF WINDSHIELD TEMP CONTROLLER. REMOVED CONTROLLER P/N 9912085-6 S/N 9AV134 AND INSTALLED NEW CONTROLLER PIN 9912085-6 S/N 8BC167 IAW CESSNA CITATION 560 AMM SECTION 30-41-02. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
STRONG BURNING ODOR ENCOUNTERED IN FLIGHT. TURNED OFF AIR CONDITIONER AND ODOR DISSIPATED. INSPECTED FWD AND AFT AIR CONDITIONING EVAPORATOR UNITS FOR BURNING SMALL AND SIGNS OF DAMAGE. CHECKED RESISTANCE OF FAN SPEED RESISTORS, BOTH READ 1.8 OHM NO SIGNS OF BORING ODOR OR DAMAGE NOTED. INSPECTED TAIL CONE ACM AND FREON COMPRESSOR UNITS AND DRIVE BELT. NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE NOTED. APPLIED ELECTRICAL LOADS TO AVIONICS SYSTEMS, RADIOS, LIGHTS, MFD, PFD'S, AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS, ETC. WITH ENGINES RUNNING FOR MORE THEN 20 MINUTES. NO SIGNS OF BURNING ODOR WAS NOTED.
DURING AIRCRAFT TAXI, CAPTAINS AND F/O RT BRAKE PEDAL LOSSES PRESSURE WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. WHEN LOSING PRESSURE F/O PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR CAPTAINS SIDE WENT DOWN 2-3 INCHES. T/S AND FOUND RT CO-PILOTS MASTER CYLINDER LEAKING INTERNALLY REMOVED AND REPLACED CO-PILOTS LT AND RT MASTER CYLINDER TO BLED AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD IAW MM 32-42-02.
DURING AIRCRAFT TAXI, CAPTAINS SIDE RT BRAKE PEDAL LOSSES PRESSURE WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. WHEN LOSING PRESSURE, PEDAL GOES IN ABOUT 2 INCHES FARTHER, THEN SEEMS TO PRESSURIZE AND EXTEND BRAKE TO NORMAL POSITION. [07-13-07] INSPECTED RUDDER TORQUE TUBE, RUDDER PEDAL ATTACHMENTS AND CONNECTED HARDWARE FOR SECURITY AS REQUESTED. NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED AN ANTISKID BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING. OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL. NO LEAKS NOTED. PERFORMED IAW THE CE560 M/M CHAPTER 32-42-00.
RT ENG SPOOLED DOWN TO 10-15 PERCENT N1 APPROX 2 MIN AFTER START WITH NO THROTTLE MOVEMENT, RAPID INCREASE IN ITT AT THE SAME TIME BUT NOT ABOVE LIMITATIONS. ALSO, ENG STARTED ON THIRD ATTEMPT, NO FUEL SPILL. REMOVED FUEL INLET LINE TO FLOW DIVIDER & MOTORED ENG OVER. FUEL SPRAYED OUT AT HIGH VOLUME. PERFORMED 2 NORMAL ENG STARTS AND TOOK ENG TO N1 OF THE DAY. ALL READINGS NORMAL. WAITED A HOUR & TOOK ENG TO N1 OF THE DAY AGAIN WITH NORMAL RESULTS. VISUALLY INSPECTED ALL ADJUSTMENT POINTS FOR SECURITY. RECOWLED NR 2 ENG & PERFORMED 1 MORE START & VERIFIED BOTH ENG STARTED NORMALLY, NO ERRATIC READINGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE SQUAWK. WORK DONE IAW CITATION 560 AMM SECTION 73-10-00, PWA JT15-5D EMM 3040342.

RECYCLED GEAR AND NO MAIN LIGHT. PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE WITH DIMMER. BLEW DOWN USING EMERGENCY PROCEDURES IN CHECKS. JACKED AIRCRAFT. CYCLED GEAR 15 TIMES BLED SYSTEM AND OPERATED LIGHTING DIMMER. SERVICED EMERGENCY BOTTLE, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CESSNA M/M CH 32-01-00.
DURING TAKEOFF, LEFT SIDE AIRSPEED LAG BEHIND RIGHT AIRSPEED, SUBSEQUENT "INASP" IN YELLOW ILLUMINATED, ABORTED TAKEOFF. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. SUSPECT WATER WAS IN PITOT LINES. NO WATER WAS DETECTED. RAN AIRSPEED UP AND DOWN RAPIDLY WITH NO SPLIT IN INDICATION. SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD. REFERENCE CESSNA 560 MAINTENANCE MANUAL 34-11-10.

BATTERY OVERTEMP AT 145 DEGREES STEADY, ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED, DELARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
WILD PRESSURIZATION FLUCTUATIONS ON TAKEOFF SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY A PECULIAR ODOR. PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS APPEARED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH POWER CHANGES. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT INOP, EMERGENCY/ABNORMAL CHECKLIST ACCOMPLISHED. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING AND RAN LANDING GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND CHECKLIST, FOUND THE MLG LIGHT BULBS BURNED OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT MAIN GEAR INDICTING LIGHT IAW CESSNA CE-560 MM 33-11-01.
ON FIRST ATTEMPT RT ENGINE WOULD NOT LIGHT, ON SECOND ATTEMPT ENGINE LIGHT OFF AND STARTED. AFTER ENGINE START, WHILE AT IDLE THE RT ENGINE FLAMED OUT PRIOR TO TAXI. FOUND IGNITER FIRES INTERMITTENTLY REPLACED INBOARD IGNITER AND FOUND THROTTLE NOT RIGGED CORRECTLY, RE-RIGGED THROTTLE AND ALL OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW JT15D-5D MM CHAPTER 74-20-02 AND CESSNA 560MM CH 76-11-00.
DURING EMERGENCY EGRESS TRAINING, FOUND EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. FOUND SEALANT BONDED TO EXIT STRUCTURE. REMOVED EXIT AND CLEANED SEAL, REMOVED AND REINSTALLED EMERGENCY EXIT SEVERAL TIMES, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CESSNA 560 MM CHAPTER 52-20-01.
DURING APPROACH AT TEB LT MAIN LANDING GEAR DID NOT SHOW DOWN AND LOCKED, EXTENDED GEAR WITH PNEUMATIC BLOW DOWN SYSTEM. REMOVED 4 INOPERATIVE LIGHT BULBS AND INSTALLED 4 NEW BULBS IAW CE560 MM CHAPTER 33-13-01. BLED GEAR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, PERFORMED OPS CHECK IAW CE-560 MM CHAPTER 32-01-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING INSPECTION, ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR. FOUND NUMEROUS PROBLEMS. EXTERIOR HANDLE ROTATION DIFFICULT. HATCH HAD TO BE HIT HARD AT TOP TO MAKE IT RELEASE FROM OPENING. DETERMINED RUBBER SEAL THAT IS GLUED TO DOOR WITH 1300L, WAS ADHERED TO 890 THAT IS UTILIZED TO CREATE A BETTER PRESSURIZATION SEAL. CAUSED SITUATION WHEREAS DEALING WITH THE SEAL BECAME A PART OF THE OPERATION TO REMOVE THE EMERG EXIT. ALSO, INTERIOR TRIM PIECE THAT IS VELCROED INTO PLACE WAS TRAPPED IN PLACE WITH SEAT IN OTBD POSITION. THIS TRIM PIECE BLOCKED 6-8 INCHES OF THE LOWER PORTION OF THE EXIT OPENING.
