AT FL 330 CABIN ALT WARNING HORN SOUNDED. IMMEDIATELY DESCENDED TO FL 230. REQUESTED LOWER, REGAINED CONTROL PASSING FL 180. L1 DOOR SEALS, OUTFLOW VALVE, WATER SEPARATOR CLAMP, MAIN CARGO DOOR SEAL, CLEANING AND SEALING OF FUSELAGE BILGE DRAINS, ALSO REF KAIR WORK ORDER 933700374 FOR R&R OF MULTIPLE COMPONENTS. R&R OF PRESSURE CONTROLLER IAW AMM 21-31-21. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW IAI SUPP MANUAL 21-31-00 NO DEFECTS NOTED.
CABIN ALTITUDE LIGHT AND CABIN ALT HORN SOUNDED @ CRUSE FL320. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO A PRESSURIZATION ISSUE. ACFT CONTINUED TO OMA, LANDED, AND TAXIED TO PARKING WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. PERFORMED CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM TEST IAW AMM 21-31-00 OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED
FO SIDE OXYGEN MASK BECAME INOPERATIVE AFTER 2 MINUTES OF USE. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE (DESCRIBE UNSCHEDULED LANDING, EMER. DESCENT, ETC) TEXT: FO SWITCHED TO AN ADDITIONAL MASK IN THE COCKPIT. REATTACHED FOâS OXYGEN MASK HOSE IAW B737 AMM 35-12-86. PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK IAW B737 AMM 35-12-00 AND LEAK CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: LEFT PACK TRIP OFF IN FLIGHT. UNABLE TO HOLD PRESSURIZATION AT FL 320, FL 270, FL 240 OR FL 210 UNTIL FL140. THERE WAS SOME PRESSURIZATION, AND THE CABIN ALTITUDE FINALLY WENT DOWN FROM 10000 FEET. REMOVED AND REPLACED 250 DEG TEMP SENSOR IAW B737 AMM 21-61-51. PERFORMED TEST OF DUCT OVERHEAT SWITCH, OPS CHECK GOOD. OPS CHECK IAW B737 AMM 21-00-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED.

R1 DOOR CUTOUT FRAME NEAR UPPER HINGE CRACKED.
MAIN DECK APROX STA 975 RBL 25 SEAT TRACK DAMAGED.
MAIN DECK FLOOR WEB DAMAGED AT APROX STA 373 RBL 54.
L/H FUSELAGE UPPER AFT ENTRY DOOR FRAME APROX. STA 957 NEAR STR 4L EVIDENCE OF CRACK AROUND FASTENER
SUSPECTED CORROSION ON #2 VHF ANTENNA AROUND MOUNTING AREA JUST OUTSIDE OF SEALANT PERIMETER.
DURING T/S FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT ON RH SIDE OF GALLEY TO BE INOPERABLE. CORRECTIVE ACTION & OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION: REMOVE AND REPLACE LIGHT BATTERY IAW SPECIAL FREIGHTER MAINTENANCE MANUAL SUPPLEMENT 33-51-51. OPS CHECK GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME IAW B737 AMM CHAPTER 33-51-51.
