DFW/ASE - FLT 427 - APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF WHILE CLIMBING TO ALTITUDE EN ROUTE TO ASE, BEGAN TO RECEIVE ERRONEOUS FUEL QUANTITY READINGS ON THE RIGHT TANK GROUP AND RECEIVED A FUEL ASYM MESSAGE ON THE EICAS. CONTACTED MAINTENANCE CONTROL AND FLIGHT CONTROL AND ADVISED OF THE SITUATION. MAINTENANCE CONTROL ADVISED TO RETURN TO DFW. CREW PROCEEDED TO RETURN TO DFW AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND DETERMINED THE REFUEL/DEFUEL PANEL WAS DEFECTIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE REFUEL/DEFUEL PANEL AND PERFORMED NECESSARY OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT REUTRNED TO REVENUE SERVICE.
FLT 359 - DEN-ASE - CREW BEGAN TAKEOFF ROLL AT 85 KNOTS, RECEIVED A FLIGHT GUIDANCE COMPUTER FAIL CAUTION CHIME AND ASSOCIATED EICAS MESSAGE. CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. CREW CLEARED RUNWAY AND RESET THE FLIGHT GUIDANCE COMPUTER. FAIL CAUTION AND EICAS MESSAGE CLEARED. CREW TAXIED BACK TO THE RUNWAY AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL TAKEOFF. (M)
DFW/TYS - FLT 371 - IN CRUISE, AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW EXPERIENCED A LOUD HUM IN THE INTERCOM. APPROX 45 MINUTES INTO FLIGHT, SERVICE LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AND WOULD NOT RESET. APPROX 10 MINUTES LATER, CREW RECEIVED AN FDR FAIL CAS MESSAGE AND FDR C/B TRIPPED. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RESET C/B, GPWS CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED WITH A CORRESPONDING CAS MESSAGE. MAINTENANCE CONTROL ADVISED CREW TO DIVERT TO HOT WHERE THE AIRCRAFT COULD BE INSPECTED. ACFT LANDED IN HOT WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINT INSPECTED ACFT AND COULD NOT FIND ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE, FAILURE, OR FAULT. ALL MESSAGES WERE CLEARED. MAINT CLEANED CONNECTORS AND PERFORMED TEST FLIGHT. TEST FLIGHT SATISFACTORY. ACFT RELEASED TO REVENUE SERVICE. (X)

SEA - DURING DESCENT NR 2 ENGINE TORQUE DROPPED FROM 30 PERCENT TO 0 PERCENT. AIRCRAFT YAWED TO THE RIGHT, AFTER APPROXIMATELY 5 SECONDS TORQUE WAS RESTORED. COMPLIED WITH A COMPLETE ENGINE OPERATIONAL TEST IAW AMM JIC ,71-00-00. STEP SPECIFIED PER FAX FROM DORNIER DATED 2-20-95. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE INTAKE ASSY WITH MOD 2 INTAKE BOOTS PER DORNIER ASB, 328-71-00. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
