MAIN DOOR HARDWARE: THE FORWARD COUNTER BALANCE CABLE IS LOOSE AND THE DOOR FREE FALLS//CORRECITVE ACTION//REMOVED BROKEN COUNTERBALANCE SPRING IN THE FORWARD POSITION ON THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR, REPLACED WITH NEW SPRING AND RIGGED TENSION AS REQUIRED. OPS CHECK OF MED GOOD AT THIS TIME WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IN REFERENCE WITH CE-680 AMM 52-10-50.

AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER RIGHT WING IS DIMMER THAN THE OTHER EMERGENCY LIGHTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER RIGHT WING REF. CE680 AMM 33-50-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
UPON GEAR RETEACRION DU 1 WENT BLACK FOLLOWED BY ELECTRICAL SMELL. NO SMOKE IN AIRPLANE. LANDED MMLT UNEVENTFULLY. REPLACED THE NO.1 DISPLAY UNIT WITH A REPAIRED UNIT IAW CE-680 AMM CHAPTER 34-23-00 PAGES 201-203. PERFORMED THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE LOADING AND OPERATIONAL CHECK AND ALL OPERATION IS NORMAL AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.

LAV EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: IN THE ON POSITION THE REAR AND LAV EXIT SIGN COME ON BRIEFLY AND THEN FADE OUT. THE FOLLOWING LIGHTS DO THE SAME: AFT OVER WING EMER WALKWAY LIGHT, LAVATORY LIGHT,// SIGNOFF// REMOVED EXISTING EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS UC003/UF004/UF006 AND UF008 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SHLPPED BATTERY PACKS. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IN REFERENCE WITH CE-680 AMM 33-50-10. CLOSED ALL ACCESS GAINED TO PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE, AIRCRAFT INTIERIOR RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.

CABIN DROP AISLE HAS 29 AREAS OF VERIFIED CORROSION ON SIDE ATTACHMENT BRACKETS BETWEEN FS 157.00 AND FS 199.95. MECHANICALLY BLENDED 29 AREAS OF CORROSION IN DROPPED AISLE BETWEEN BS 157 AND BS 199.95. REPAIRED THE CORROSION BLEND AREAS IN CABIN DROPPED AISLE IAW ERO-966637 REVISION: IR,
MAIN DOOR DID NOT OPEN/CLOSE - AFTER PARKING, WITH BOTH BATTERY MASTER SWITCHES ON, THE MAIN CABIN DOOR RED BUTTON WOULD NOT DEPRESS AND THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WERE MADE. THE PRECATCH RELEASE LEVER ALSO WOULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR. AFTER APPROXIMATLY 5 MINUTES THE RED BUTTON IN THE DOOR HANDLE OPERATED NOTMALLY AND WE WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR. WE DID NOT EXPERIENCE INDICATIONS THAT THE AIRCAFT DID NOT DEPRESURRIZE NORMALLY. THE PRECATCH RELEASE LEVER WILL NOT STOW. ( CORRECTIVE ACTION) REPOSITIONED THE PRECATCH RELEASE IN THE CORRECTG ORIENTATION WITH THE CAM, OPS CHECK OF THE DOOR GOOD WITH NO CAS MESSAGE NOTED RE CE680 AMM 52-10-00
STRONG EXHAUST FUEL, OIL ODOR STARTING THRU 18,000 FT AND INCREASING INTENSITY THROUGH CRUISE AND DECENT. UNABLE TO ISOLATE ISSUE AND USED OXYGENMASK FOR THE DURATION OF FLIGHT. INSTALLED NEW COALESCER SOCK. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 21-50-00. RAN AIRCRAFT APU SLIGHT ODOR OF OIL STILL PRESENT, SHUT DOWN THE APU WAITED 10 MINUETS AND CHECKED OIL LEVEL FOUND APU OIL OVERSERVICED, REMOVED 4OZ OF OIL TO OBTAIN PROPER LEVEL IAW MM 49-10-00. REPEATED PROCEDURE IN TC-680-21-120905M REASSEMBLED SEPARATOR AND REINSTALLED IN AIRCRAFT IAW MM 21-50-00, OPS CHECKED WITH ODOR NO LONGER PRESENT.
DURING TAKE OFF, RECEIVED A RIGHT BATTERY OVERTEMP INDICATION. FOUND BAD RIGHT BATTERY. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BATTERY. PERFORMED SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS, SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 24-31-00.
WHILE LANDING, ON GEAR DOWN, LT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR DID NOT LIGHT. AFTER RUNNING CHECKLIST, BLEW GEAR DOWN, RELEASED MAIN GEAR LOCKS, YAWED ACFT, LT MAIN STILL WAS UNLIT. TOWER CONFIRMED THREE GEAR DOWN, LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, FOUND LT GEAR INDICATOR BULB BURNED OUT. REPLACED BULB, GEAR INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. JACKED ACFT, PERFORMED FULL HYD SYS BLEED. DOWN JACKED ACFT & SERVICED HYD RESERVOIR. WORK DONE IAW MM CH 12-12-02 & 33-10-00. COMPLIED WITH LG FUNCTIONAL CHECK, OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-10-00.
WHILE IN CRUISE FLT, FOR AN HOUR AT FL430, AN ODOR OF BURNING OIL FILLED THE COCKPIT AND WAS NOTICED BY PASSENGERS IN CABIN, GRADUALLY BECAME LESS BUT DID NOT COMPLETLY GO AWAY. BURNING ODOR WAS AGAIN DETECTED DESCENDING THRU 10,000 FT. RAN APU, OILY SMELL RESENT FOR ONLY 20 SECONDS AFTER START. NO OILY ODOR PRESENT DURING 20 MINUTE RUN. BORESCOPED COMPRESSOR INLET DUCT, NO OIL PRESENT IN INLET. BORESCOPED CENTRIFIGAL COMPRESSOR SECETION, NO OIL PRESENT. REMOVED WATER SEPERATOR, NO OIL PRESENT IN TUBING. CLEANED WATER SEPERATOR IAW MM 21-50-00 (REV 19). REMOVED APU AIR LINE OFF OF COMPRESOR CAN, NO OIL PRESENT. REMOVED OZONE CONVERTER TO INSPECT ENGINE AIRFRAME LINES, NO OIL PRESENT IN LINES. INSTALLED LT AND RT OZONE CONVERTERS IAW MM 12-19-00. RAN ENGINES AT POWER FOR 10 HRS NO ABNORMAL ODORS NOTED. CLEANED, INSPECTED, AND REINSTALLED OZONE CONVERTERS IAW MM 12-19-00. REF 12-19-00 AND 21-50-00
DURING GEAR RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF THE NOSE WHEEL DID NOT RETRACT. CYCLE THE GEAR (1) TIME WITH SAME RESULT. RETURNED HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION AND GOT 3 GREEN. FOUND NLG STRUT PRESSURES TO BE LOW IN THE UPPER AND LOWER BARREL: UPPER- 240 PSI (SPEC IS 280) AND LOWER AT 15-20 PSI (SPEC IS 40 PSI). REPACKED NLG IAW CMM CH 32-20-01. SERVICED NLG IAW MM CH 32-20-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. LEAK CHECK GOOD.
AT VARIOUS STAGES OF FLIGHT LT FUEL FLOW INDICATION WAS ERRATIC AND ACCOMPANIED BY A RUMBLE. REMOVED & REPLACED LT STARTER/GENERATOR IAW CE 560 M.M. 80-11-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, BOTH PFD'S DISPLAYED ATT/HDG FAILURE ANNUNCIATORS. THESE ANNUNCIATORS WERE FOLLOWED BY TOTAL LOSS OF BOTH PFD'S AND MFD. FAILURES WERE INTERMITTENT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. (MCC NOTE: PILOT REPORTS FAILURES LASTED SEVERAL SECONDS AND WAS OK ON THE GROUND. CREW REPORTS THAT AC FAIL ANNUNCIATOR ALSO ILLUMINATED; COULD NOT DETERMINE IF COCKPIT WENT TOTALLY BLACK OR NOT (STILL HAD DAYLIGHT AND ATTENTION WAS ON EMERGENCY PROCEDURES); AFTER LANDING AVIONICS POWER SWITCH FELT NORMAL. APPLIED PWR TO AC, POWER UP AVN. NO FAILURES NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO IC'S CHECKED SECURITY, CHECK GOOD, CHECKED PFD'S AND MFD FOR SECURITY CHECKS- GOOD. GAINED ACCESS TO AC INVERTER IN TAILCONE. FOUND LWR INV CONNECTOR
REPEAT WRITE UP. AS SOON AS AUTOPILOT WAS ENGAGED, YOKE BEGAN MAKING ERRATIC AND ABRUPT FORWARD AND AFT MOVEMENTS. FOR THE SHORT TIME THE AUTOPILOT WAS ENGAGED IT WAS CONTINUOUS. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 AND NR 2 INVERTERS IAW MM 24-20-01 OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT DOES NOT WORK. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST USING EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENTION PROCEDURE.
WHILE HOLDING SHORT OF THE RUNWAY THE BRAKE PEDALS WENT TO THE FLOOR FOLLOWED BY THE ANTISKID INOP & POWER BRAKE PRESSURE LOW ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATING. AFTER ABOUT 60 SECONDS THE ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED & BOTH CAPTAINS & COPILOTS BRAKES WORKED. SERVICED BRAKE ACCUMULATOR TO PROPER PRECHARGE IAW CE560 MM 12-13-02. LEAK CHECKS GOOD. BRAKE OPS CHECKS GOOD, OK TO CONTINUE.
AT APPROXIMATELY 240 KTS, INDICATED A SUDDEN LOUD RUSHING AIR NOISE WAS HEARD FROME THE NOSE. A SLIGHT VIBRATION ACCOMPANIED THE SOUND. AFTER DECREASING AIR SPEED SOUND WAS STILL PRESENT. WHEN GEAR WAS EXTENDED, INCREASED VIBRATIONS WERE FELT. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
ON CLIMBOUT, EMERGENCY PRESS LIGHT CAME ON FOLLOWED BY AN AIR DUCT OVERHEAT LIGHT, AND THE ODOR OF SOMETHING BURNING. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
ANTI COLLISION CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. THERE WAS A LIGHT ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL ASSOCIATED WITH IT. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND A CHAFED WIRE ON RIGHT WING WIRE BUNDLE FOR ANTI COLLISION LIGHTS. REPAIRED WIRE IAW CESSNA CITATION 560 ULTRA MM 33-41-00. ANTI COLLISION LIGHTS OP CHECKED GOOD. INSPECTED CIRCUIT BREAKER AREA FOR ARCHING DUE TO ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND NO EVIDENCE OF ARCHING FOUND.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE EMER PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE EMER PRESSURE ACTIVATED TWICE. TEMP CONTROL KNOB WAS AT THE 11.00 POSITION. WE WERE REQUESTING HEAT NOT COLD AIR. REPLACED 410 SWITCH IAW CE560 MM CH 21-51-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF CABIN PRESSURE DUMPED SUDDENLY AND EMERGENCY PRESSURE CAME ON. RETURNED TO FIELD BECAUSE OF BURNING SMELL. TROUBLESHOT FOUND ACM 450 DEG SWITCH FAILED IN OPEN POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH WIT A NEW SWITCH IAW CE 560 MM 21-51-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. 3 GREEN LIGHTS. HYD PRESS ON LIGHT ILLUMINATED, NOSE GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION. RETURNED GEAR HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND PROBLEM TO BE WITH GEAR SELECTOR ASSEMBLY, FOUND CONNECTOR P160 TO BE LOOSE, RE-SECURED CONNECTOR. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW MM CHAPTER 32-30-01.
DURING INSPECTION FOUND RT WING OUTBOARD FUEL QTY TRANSMITTER WIRING HARNESS BURNED BETWEEN WIRE SHIELDING AND TERMINAL. FILED SERVICE CONDITION REPORT 161544 WITH CESSNA/CITATION. COPIES OF REPORTS, SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND PICTURES SENT TO PMI AND OPERATOR.
