DURING FLIGHT WE NOTICED THE EMER LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED, THE SWITCH WAS IN THE ARM NOT ON POSITION. REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY. PERFORMED CHARGE AND OPS CHECK OF BATTERY. OPS CHECK GOOD ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO EMB 505AMM 32-52-00, 32-52-01

THE EMER LIGHTS INSIDE THE CABIN STARTING FLASHING DURING OUR DESCENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERIES IAW AMM 33-52-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.

FUSELAGE STRUCTURE: REPEAT WRITE-UP . LOUD HOWLING WITH VIBRATION FELT UNDER COCKPIT AREA . STARTED DURING CLIMBOUT THRU 2000 FEET AND STOPPED ONCE IN LEVEL CRUISE FLIGHT. HOWLING STARTED AGAIN DURING DECENT FROM 16000 FT DOWN TO 2000 FT. // SIGNOFF // ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND BEGAN REMOVAL OF FORWARD FAIRING ASSEMBLY. REMOVED ALL SEALANT AROUND REQUIRED FAIRINGS, REMOVED LH AND RH FORWARD FILLET FAIRING, AND REMOVED WING TO FUSELAGE FORWARD FAIRING. SECURED FAIRING AND CLEANED AREA. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB505 AMM 53-04- 0. WAITING FOR PARTS. 29DEC2021 PARTS ARRIVED AND CHECKED GOOD. CLEANED AND PREPPED FORWARD FAIRING FOR SEAL INSTALLATION. INSTALLED NEW FILLET SEAL PN:505-37040-901 WITH NEW RIVETS PER EMB505 AMM 53-04-27. INSTALLED FORWARD FAIRING ASSEMBLY, SECURED ALL CONNECTIONS WITHIN BELLY COMPARTMENT, TORQUED ALL SCREWS, AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF LIGHTS PER EMB505 AMM 53-04-20. OPS CHECKED GOOD. APPLIED SEALANT ON FORWARD FAIRING FAIRING ASSEMBLY. WAITED FOR SEALANT CURE. PLACED SEALANT PN:PR1776M B1-2 654 SEM KIT FOR REFUEL PANEL ON ORDER. NO ETA AT THIS TIME. 1FEB2022 RECEIVED SEALANT PN:PR1776M B1-2 654 SEM KIT AND APPLIED SEALANT TO THE REFUEL PANEL 1RW EMB-505 AMM 53-04-20. 03FEB2022. PARTS: INSTALLED: 1.0 X PRI 776M B 1-2 SEALANT APPLIED TOUCH-UP PAINT AS REQUIRED. WAITED FOR THE PAINT TO CURE AND THE PAINT CURED SATISFACTORILY. WORK WAS DONE IRW PHENOM 300 SRM 51-22-05. 08FEB2022.
COCKPIT ODOR: REPEAT WRITE UP. STRONG MOLDY, MILDEW ODOR IN COCKPIT PERMEATING THROUGH CABIN. COCKPIT FAN HAS UNUSUAL NOISE WHEN SELECTED TO HIGH MODE. WHEN PERFORMING INSPECTION OF CABIN EVAPORATOR,NOTICED DRAIN TUBES ARE NOT CONNECTED TO ANV OVERBOARD EXIT OOINT. ALSO NOTICED UNDERNEATH THE DRAIN TUBES IS SOAKED IN DRAIN WATER. INSULATION UNDER DRAIN TUBES IS SOAKED AS WELL. THERE IS A LOT OF WET DEBRIS BUILD UP THAT IS MAKING A MUDDY SUBSTANCE. CLASSIC INTERIORS HAS REPLACED ALL CARPET. REF CLASSIC W/O # N3419. REF ITEM #4 THIS W/O. ALL WATER, DAMAGED INSULATION BAGS, WAFFLE SPACERS REMOVED AND ALL REPLACED WITH NEW. ODOR IS NO LONGER PRESENT. OK TO CONTINUE.
UPON ARRIVAL ON THE RAMP, PERSONNEL CAME RUNNING OUT WITH FIRE EXTINGUISHERS , SAID LEFT BRAKE ASSEMBLY WAS ON FIRE. IT WAS OUT BY THE TIME WE EXITED, BUT THERE ARE SCORCH MARKS ON ASSEMBLY. SUB INSPECTED L/H MLG FOR ANY DAMAGE. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED & REPLACED NO. 1 BRAKE & NO. 1 MLG WHEEL ASSY. IAW EMB PHENOM 300 M/M 32-45-01 & 32-45-21. TAXI AIRCRAFT APPLIED BRAKES MANY TIMES TAXI BACK TO RAMP. NO DEFECTS NOTED WITH BRAKE ASSY. & NO LEAKS NOTED.
AT APPROX 3000 DESCENDING, SMELLED ELEC BURNING. THE ODOR CONTINUED WITH NOW A HAZY SMOKE VIEW. THE NR 1 COMM WENT YELLOW X, SWITCHED TO COMM 2. MADE ALL RADIO CALLS WITH THE NR 2 COMM. EXPEDITED TO THE CLOSET RNWY, LANDED. REMOVED GIA-63W01 & INSTALLED NEW GIA-63W, PERFORMED IAW AMM TASK 31-41-05-400-801-A 400, SOFTWARE UPLOADED PN 006-B1633-B9 IAW AMM TASK 31-41-05-470-801-A 200. ALL STEPS PASSED. NO SMOKE OR SMELL DETECTED.
LT GEAR INDICATION LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE AFTER GEAR EXTENSION.
LT GEAR INDICATION LIGHT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE AFTER GEAR EXTENSION. THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT NEVER ILLUMINATED AND THERE WAS NO GEAR WARNING HORN. CREW DID A MANUAL EXTENSION (STILL NO LT GREEN LIGHT). CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDED SAFELY. GEAR ACTUATOR INDICATES DOWN AND LOCKED. REPLACED SPLICE (SP16) FOR DOWNLOCK SWITCH WIRE HARNESS IAW W/M 20-10-06. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
DURING SPEEDBRAKE TEST, LT ENGINE POWER LEVER WAS ADVANCED AND BROUGHT TO IDLE STOP. LT ENGINE FLAMEOUT. LT ENGINE WOULD NOT RESTART. LARGE PUDDLE OF FUEL FORMED UNDERNEATH LT ENGINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL FOUR THROTTLE CABLES.
LITTLE OR NO BRAKE PRESSURE ON RT SIDE (FO SEAT). NO LEAKING FLUID NOTED. BLED SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES AND REMOVED ALL AIR IN THE SYSTEM IAW MM, CH 32-42-00.
GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION WITH GEAR HANDLE DOWN ONLY NOSE PLUS LEFT MAIN INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED. NO OTHER UNSAFE WARNINGS. BLEW GEAR DOWN AND OBTAINED SAFE LANDING AIRCRAFT TOWED OFF RUNWAY. FOUND BROKEN WIRES ON RT MAIN ACTUATOR. REPAIRED WIRES. SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD ON GROUND IAW CE 560 MM CH 32-01-00.
DURING T/O HEAVY AROMA OF BURNING MINERAL TYPE OIL SUSPECT ACM BEARINGS SMELL DISSIPATES 20 MINUTES AFTER T/O. INSPECTED ACM FOR OIL & AIR LEAKS FOUND NO LEAKS AT THIS TIME. FOUND ACM OIL TO BE OVER SERVICED. CORRECTED OIL LEVEL. PERFORMED A/C ENGINE RUN AT HIGH POWER & HAD NO OIL AROMA SMELL IN CABIN WITH ACM ON. ACN OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME REF 560 MM 12-19-01.
R MAIN GEAR GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE ON GEAR EXTENSION, GEAR BLOWN DOWN. LIGHT DID ILLUMINATE SEVERAL MINUTES AFTER "BLOWDOWN". FOUND BROKEN WIRE IN RIGHT WHEEL WELL REPLACED SPLICE AS REQUIRED OPS CHECKS GOOD RE 560 MM 36-61-00.
LEFT MAIN GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE UPON LOWERING THE GEAR. DID CHECKS AND EMER EXTENSION DID FLICKER BRIEFLY BUT WENT OUT. SHOWED NO RED LIGHT HAD 3 GREEN, NO RED AFTER LANDING. INSPECTED AND ADJUSTED LT MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR DOWN AND LOCKED SWITCH IAW CE-560 MM 32-31-04. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION TEST IAW 32-30-00. SECURED AND SAFTIED EMERGENCY GEAR NITROGEN BOTTLE IAW 12-13-01. GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHT, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING POWER UP FOR TAKEOFF RIGHT ENGINE WOULD NOT MAKE TAKEOFF POWER. PUSHED RIGHT POWER LEVER TO STOP ONLY GOT 96.0 PERCENT N1, NEEDED 96.7 PERCENT N1 FOR TAKEOFF. RAN A/C FOR POWER OF THE DAY RUN COMPUTED P.O.D FOR 94.9 ENG MADE POWER. PUSHED THROTTLE TO STOP GOT 97.8. TEMP OF THE DAY AT TIME OF RUN WAS 35 C. SYSTEM OP'S CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME ALL WORK DONE IAW CE560 M/M 72-00-00 AND CE560 ULTRA FLIGHT MANUAL.
STICK SHAKER INOP DURING ROTARY TEST. A LIGHT TAP ON THE YOKE CAUSED A SPARK AND A SMALL PUFF OF SMOKE. AOA CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. FOUND WIRE BROKEN ON CONNECTOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED CONNECTOR WITH A NEW CONNECTOR . STICK SHAKER OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW M/M AND WIRE DIAGRAM MANUAL.
ON LANDING, PILOTâS FELT BRAKES WERE HARD WITH LITTLE OR NO BRAKING, TRANSFERRED BRAKES TO CO-PILOT, HAD HARD BRAKES THEN THE BRAKES STARTED TO WORK ON THE ROLL OUT. BRAKES WERE NORMAL DURING TAXI. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
RT THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED BELOW 70K ON TAKEOFF ROLL. TAKEOFF ABORTED W/O INCIDENT, T/R DID NOT DEPLOY, LIGHT WOULD NOT CLEAR BY PUSHING T/R PADDLE DOWN. LIGHT DID CLEAR BY CYCLING RIGHT T/R. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT TR OUTBOARD STOW SWITCH AS PER CESSNA 560 COMPONENT MM CHAPTER 78-30-09. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
LEFT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED IN-FLIGHT. TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THAT WIRE RELATED TO THAT SYSTEM WAS CHAFING ON THE OIL RPESSURE INDICATOR. SECURED AND INSULATED WIRE FROM INSTRUMENT.
AFTER A CONTINUOUS INSPECTION PHASE 1-5 WAS C/W, THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR A MAINTENANCE CHECK FLIGHT. A POST-FLIGHT SQUAWK WAS WRITTEN 'ON TEST FLIGHT, AILERONS FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE A CATCH GOING FROM LEFT BANK TO RIGHT BANK'. ON POST INSPECTION FOUND A MS27039-807 SCREW WAS CHAFING BETWEEN AILERON AND THE WING. SUBMITTER SUGGESTS ADDING TO MAINTENANCE RELEASE SHEET TO CHECK AILERON AIR CAP SEALS FOR FOREIGN OBJECTS PRIOR TO RELEASE.
A LT RUDDER SKIN CRACK. HORIZONTAL, ABOUT 2 INCHES LONG, AND ALONG THE RIB LINE OF THE RUDDER RIB BELOW THE TRIM TAB.
