FLT 4759 - ON LANDING ROLL, THE CREW NOTED RUDDER TRAVEL RESTRICTED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND BOTH RUDDER STOPS MISSING WITH ONE PLATE FROM A STOP ASSEMBLY STILL IN AREA. AFTER THE INSPECTION MAINTEANCE REPLACED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT RUDDER STOP ASSEMBLIES. PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED CHECKS AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE OPERATOR HAS PREVIOUSLY PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION ON ALL ITS AIRCRAFT. AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT, THEY HAVE ADDED A RECURRENT VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AREA TO EACH 10 DAY INSPECTION AND MORE DETAILED INSPECTION EVERY 400 HOURS. (M)

BGR - DURING C-CHECK INSPECTION MX WAS PERFORMING MRB TASK 323106, FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF EMERG EXTENSION OF L/G. DURING PERFORMANCE OF THE FUNCTIONAL CHECK EXTREME FORCE HAD TO BE USED TO PULL THE RELEASE HANDLE. WHEN THE HANDLE WAS PULLED THE RT EMERG RELEASE C/B POPPED. FURTHER T/S IDENTIFIED THAT THE RT AND LT L/G EXPLOSIVE BOLT HARNESSES FAILED ELECT CHECKS. MX FOUND SEVERAL BROKEN WIRES AT HARNESS CONNECTOR FOR THE EXPLOSIVE BOLT ON LT MLG. THE CONNECTOR WAS REPLACED AND WIRES IN THE HARNESS WERE REPAIRED. MX ALSO FOUND A COUPLE SHORTED WIRES ON RT MLG EXPLOSIVE BOLT HARNESS. THOSE WIRES WERE REPAIRED. MX CLEANED AND LUBED THE RELEASE HANDLE AND OPERATED THE HANDLE THRU SEVERAL CYCLES TO RELIEVE THE

BTV - FLT 6406 - AIRCRAFT HAD A POSSIBLE MOMENTARY AUTO COARSEN EVENT ON THE LEFT ENGINE ON SHORT FINAL TO BTV. CREW REPORTED THAT IT OCCURRED SO FAST THAT THEY WERE UNSURE OF WHAT IT WAS. THE CREW SAID THEY DID NOT THINK IT WAS A POWER INTERRUPTION, BUT IT DID SOUND LIKE A MOMENTARY AUTO COARSEN. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE ANOMALY. THE FLIGHT DATA RECORDER WAS REPLACED AND WILL BE DOWNLOADED TO TRY AND DETERMINE WHAT OCCURRED ON THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE AND HAS OPERATED WITHOUT A REPEAT OF THIS INCIDENT. (M)

BOS-PHL - FLT 6301 - THE CREW FAILED TO GET A RIGHT GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT WHEN GEAR HANDLE WAS LOWERED. CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY IN PHL. FAILURE ALLOWED WHEEL HALF TO ERODE BRAKE HSNG CAUSING HYD FLUID LOSS. SDR CLOSES SDR OF 8-9-95 WHERE FAIL OF NR 3 BRAKE OUTER STATOR INNER CLIPS CAUSED FAIL OF WHEEL HALF & BRAKE HSNG. AD952205 AMEND 39-9412 EFFECTIVE FOR INSP OF STATOR CLIP DAMAGE. (X)
