LAVATORY SMOKE LIGHT COMING ON FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND THEN INTERMITTENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MX PERSONNEL INSPECTED LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR AND TESTED OK. NO DEFECTS FOUND.
WINDOW LIGHTS AT ROWS 6 AND 7 SMELL LIKE BURNING PLASTIC.
DURING TAKE OFF, THE PROPELLER DID NOT FOLLOW CONDITION LEVER POSITION. THE LINK AT THE PROPELLER CONTROL UNIT WAS FOUND SEPARATED DUE TO A LOCK WASHER THAT FAILED.
ON CLIMB GUST LOCK LIGHT CAME ON, AFTER REACHING CRUISE THE CREW BECAME AWARE THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO THE RUDDER INPUT.
DURING FLT, RT BLEED AIR LEAK LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW COMPLETED QRH 1-6, LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AND FLIGHT CONTINUED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO HOME BASE USING A FERRY PERMIT. DURING PRELIMINARY INSPECTION FOUND RT BLEED AIR RUBBER DUCT BROKEN. DUCT WAS REPLACED. OPS AND LEAK CHECK PERFORMED FOUND WORKING PROPERLY. ALSO ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT AND NO ABNORMALITIES FOUND DURING THIS FLIGHT.
BLEED AIR LEAK CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT, PROCEED TO QRH AND LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED, PROCEEDED WITH ENGINE SHUTDOWN. PRELIMINARY INSPECTION FOUND SENSING ELEMENT CHAFING AGAINST DUCT CLAMP. SENSING ELEMENT REPOSITION AND SECURED, OPS CHECK PERFORMED AND FOUND SYSTEM WORKING PROPERLY.
CREW REPORTED THE CABIN PRESSURE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR 2 MINS WITH LOSS OF PRESSURE. THE CREW STARTED THE QRH AND THE LIGHT WENT OUT AND PRESSURE CAME BACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER. OPS CHECKS GOOD P/N OFF 13053S-1 S/N OFF 115-603, P/N ON 130538-1, S/N ON 77361.
ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO CONFIG WARNING. T/O INHIBIT TEST FAILS. WHEN PERFORMING TEST - WHEN P/L ARE AT MAX. THE RT POWER LEVER SPRINGS BACK AFTER TAPING POWER LEVER CAUSING CONFIG WARNING LIGHT, WITH FRICTION LOCK ON WILL HOLD RT PL FORWARD NO CONFIG LIGHT. OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLIGHT DIVERTED TO ABE DUE TO THE RIGHT RECIRCULATION FAN LIGHT AND LEFT AIR VALVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT FOLLOWED BY THE ODOR OF SMOKE. REMOVED AND REPLACED AVIONICS RECIRCULATION FAN. OPS CHECKED OK, CND THE AIR VALVE.

AFTER GEAR RETRACTION MAIN HYDRAULIC PRESSURE WOULD DEPLETE RAPIDLY (WITHIN 5 SECONDS) AND HYDRAULIC PUMP WOULD RUN. THIS OCCURRED FOR 10 MINUTES THEN MAIN HYDRAULIC PRESSURE STABILIZED. A/C REQUIRES OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT TO VERIFY HYD PRESSURE PARAMETERS AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. OPERATIONAL FLIGHT CHECK UNSATISFACTORY, AFTER GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION MAIN RESERVOIR PRESSURE CONTINUES TO DEPLETE RAPIDLY. DURING GEAR EXTENSION PUMP CUT OUT INTERMITTENTLY. UPON LANDING IN BOSTON THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE, THE INTRANSIT LIGHT WAS OUT AND THE LEFT MAIN LIGHT CAME ON AFTER THE MISSED APPROACH. CLEANED ALL MICRO SWITCHES ON LEFT GEAR AND CHECKED ALL CANNON PLUGS. ALSO INSPECTED LANDING GEAR AND PERFORMED CHECK FLIGHT FOR LANDING GEAR OPERATION, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
