PROBLEM: AFTER DEPARTURE FROM KDAL, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED "ERRATIC TORQUE CAUTION AND WARNING CAS MESSAGES ASSOCIATED WITH AIRCRAFT SURGES". THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KGVT AND MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING. THE FOLLOWING MX WAS ACCOMPLISHED. "PERFORMED TQ TRANSDUCER CANNON PLUG CLEANING + FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW AMM 12-B-71-00-03-00A-250A-A AND 12-B-77-40-03-00A-903A-A, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD AND NO LEAKS WERE NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
LEFT FLAP ASSEMBLY DAMAGED TO THE INNER SKIN PANEL AT THE TRAILING EDGE 3 INCHES FROM THE INNER EDGE OF THE SKIN PANEL. DAMAGE AREA DIMENSIONS, 1 INCH IN LENGTH AND DEFLECTED UP 1/4 INCH. REMOVED RIVETS FROM INNER FLAP SKIN PANEL IAW SRM 12-A-51-40-03-00A-041A-A, 12-A-51-40-01-00A-041A-A, 12-B-51-40-03-00A-041A-A, AND 12-B-51-40-01-00A-041A-A. INSTALLED A NEW INBOARD AFT FLAP SKIN IAW SRM 12-A-51-40-03-00A-041A-A, 12-A-51-40-01-00A-041A-A, 12-B-51-40-03-00A-041A-A, AND 12-B-51-40-01-00A-041A-A.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL260, CHECK DU3 & 4 CAS ILLUMINATED. BEGAN TO LOOSE PRESSURIZATION, STARTED EMERGENCY DECENT, DURING DECENT RAN CHECKLIST FOR DU FAIL. NO RESET. MAU CHANNEL B CAS ILLUMINATED. RAN CHECKLIST, NO RESET, MAU CHANNEL B CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED, AND LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE MAU CHANNEL B POWER SUPPLY WAS FOUND TO BE AT FAULT. IT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW AMM 12-B-31-42-00-00A-902A-A, MAU OPERATIONAL TEST COMPLETED IAW 12-B-31-41-00-00A-903A-A NO DEFECTS NOTED.
THE LT ELEVATOR TRAILING EDGE DENTED. THE DAMAGE WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 12-B-55-20-00-00A-664A-A. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
UPON GEAR RETRACTION HYD CTL CB POPPED, HYD CAS & GEAR REMAINED UNSAFE. THE ACFT MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. THE HYD CTL CB WAS RESET, THE HYD SYS WAS CHECKED FOR PROPER SERVICING IAW AMM 12-B-29-00-00-00A-902A-A. CHECKED SECURITY OF HYD PUMP MOTOR LEADS IAW WDM 29-10-00. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF LG EXTENSION & RETRACTION SYS & EMER EXTENSION SYS IAW AMM 12-B-32-30-00-00A-903A-A NO LEAKS NOTED. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
