APU SHUTDOWN AFTER IT WAS RUNNING FOR OVER 5 MINUTES ON THE GROUND. DEFERRED AS PER MEL 49-11-01 ON 8-1-19 AT 2235Z CAT "C". REMOVED AND REPLACED APU EXCITER BOX IAW AMM 49-41-03. OPS. NORMAL.

ACCOMPLISHED TROUBLESHOOTING TO LT ENG BLEED AND FOUND HPSOV AT FAULT. REMOVED AND REPLACED PER B767 AMM 36-11-07 AND FIM 36-11-/838 ACCOMPLISHED BITE. BITE SATISFACTORY.
APU START UNSUCCESSFUL AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. REMOVED AND INSTALLED APU BATTERY IAW B767 AMM 24-31-04. TEST IS NORMAL AND APU OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW B767 AMM 49-11-00. RESECURED APU SYSTEM WIRE TERMINALS REF: B767 SWPM 20-20-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. (ETOPS SS).
