FUSELAGE PLATES / SKINS / PANELS: REPEAT WRITE UP, 3RD TIME. INTERMITTENT, LOUD, NOTICEABLE HUMMING SOUND AND VIBRATION COMING FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT. VIBRATION MOSTLY NOTICEABLE NEAR RIGHT MIDDLE PASSENGER SEAT, AND NOISE IS LOUDER IN THE CABIN THAN IN THE COCKPIT. IT MOSTLY OCCURS AT THE HIGHER CRUISE ALTITUDES BUT ALSO HAPPENS ON DESCENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION; FOUND THE RH WING-TO-FUSELAGE LATERAL SEAL TO BE COMING UNSEALED IN MULTIPLE AREAS, REMOVED OLD SEALANT AND APPLIED NEW RTV157 AND PR2050B1/2 IAW AMM 53-04-30.
DURING CLIMB OUT AROUND 25,000FT A VERY LOUD BUZZING/HUMMING NOISE WAS HEARD. WE COULD FEEL THE VIBRATIONS IN THE FLOOR BOARD IN THE COCKPIT. WHEN WE LEVELED OFF AT 31,000FT THE FO WENT BACK AND CONFIRMED THE NOISE ORIGINATED FROM THE RT SIDE OF ACFT OVER WING AREA. NOISE DIMINISHED WHEN WALKING BACK TO LAVATORY. THE NOISE WAS PRESENT FOR FOR 30 MINS & THEN ON DECENT AT 22,000 FT AT 290KTS THE NOISE STOPPED. AFTER LANDING DUING INSPECTION, SAW A SEAL ON THE LEADING EDGE OF THE RIGHT WING THAT WAS SEPERATING FROM THE WING. COMPLIED WITH EMB-505 AMM TASK 05-50-27-200-801, 53-04-57-220-801-A, AND EO-WC-E50-53-0001-1 TO INSPECT AND REPAIR THE WING TO FORWARD FUSELAGE SEAL. NO OTHER DEFECTS WERE NOTED AT THIS TIME.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: GO FROM THE OFF POSTION TO ARM POSITION THE EMR LIGHTS COME ON. THEY STAY ON FOR AROUND 3 SECONDS IN THE ARM POSITION THEN GO OFF. PERFORMED OPS CHECK/TEST OF CABIN EMERG LIGHTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, FOUND EMERG LIGHTS TO OPERATE NORMAL. IT'S NORMAL OPERATION FOR LIGHTS TO COME ON BRIEFLY AFTER POSITIONING SWITCH FROM OFF TO ARM. FOUND EMERG LIGHTS TO OPERATE NORMALLY WITH NO DEFCTS NOTED. NOTIFIED MCC OF FINDINGS AND MCC ELECTS TO SIGN OFF & CLEAR SQUAWK. WORK REF EMB-505 AMM 33-52-00-710-801-A.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF "AUTO PILOT FAIL" "AUTO TRIM FAIL" AND "PICH TRIM NORM FAIL" EICAS MESSAGES ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT FLOWN TO A LANDING WITH THE BACKUP MANUAL TRIM FUNCTION.//CORRECTIVE ACTION// REMOVED FAULTY FCE NO 2 P/N: 462900-1017 S/N: 0112. INSTALLED "REPAIRED" FCE #2 P/N: 462900-1017 S/N: 0839. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW P300 AMM CH 27-40-00
COCKPIT/CABIN NOISE: CLIMBING ABOVE 38000 FT THE CABIN CLIMB RATE BEGAN TO SPIKE AND DESCEND BETWEEN PLUS/MINUS APPROXIMATELY 1800 FT PER MIN FOLLOWED BY A LOUD AIR NOISE ON THE COPILOT'S SIDE. WE DONNED THE MASKS AND DESCENDED AND RETURN TO OUR DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
BOTH EMERGENCY AIRSTAIR STEP LIGHTS INOP WITH THE EMER LT SWITCH IN THE ON POSTION. // SIGNOFF// RESECURED FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHT IN REFERENCE TO EMBRAER PHENOM AMM 33·52·11. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
LG LEVER DISAG RED CAS: RED CAS LG LEVER DISAG NOTED DURING GEAR RETRACTION AFTER T/O. NO ISSUES NOTED DURING EXTENSION AND RETURN LANDING.//CORRECTIVE ACTION//PERFORMED FIM TASKS 32-61-00-810-808-A AND 32-61-00-810-808-A NO ACTIVE FAULTS LISTED IN CAS WINDOW. CLEANED TARGETS AND PERFORMED GEAR SWING 25 TIMES IN ATTEMPT TO REPRODUCE FAULT. ONLY ABLE TO PRODUCE CAS MESSAGE AND FAULT WHEN INTENTIONALLY INDUCED. (MOVING GEAR HANDLE TO UP POSITION WITH GEAR DOWN AND NO HYD POWER.) REVIEWED CMC ACTIVE FAULT SCREEN AND CONFIRMED NO ACTIVE FAULTS AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB FIM TASKS 32-61-00-810-808-A, 32-61-00-810-808-A AND EMB 505 AMM 32-31-00/500.
RIGHT ENGINE ENGINE FAN BLADE: DURING TAKEOFF ROLL AT ROTATION, WE HAD A VERY LARGE BIRD STRIKE WITH INGESTION IN THE RIGHT ENGINE.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTING WAS OBSERVED TO BE BLINKING ON AND OFF DURING FLIGHT WITH THE EMER LIGHT IN THE ARMED POSITION. TROUBLESHOT DISCREPANCY TO A BAD PILOT CONTROL EMERGENCY LIGHT RELAY. REMOVED RELAY PN M83536/15-022L NSN AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED RELAY PN M83536/15-022L NSN AS REQUIRED, CHARGED INSTALLED EMRGENCY BATTERY PACKS. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. REF CE680 MM 33-50-10.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: ENROUTE TO KADS THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTING BEGAN FLASHING AND CONTINUED THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE FLIGHT. //SIGNOFF// T/S SYSTEM REMOVED FWD EMERGENCY BATTERY AND INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01-400 ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED.
IN LEVEL CRUISE AT 41,000 FEET, PRESSURIZATION STARTED TO CLIMB RATHER SWIFTLY. WITH O2 MASKS ON, WE STARTED AN EMERGENCY DECENT. WITH O2 MASK ON, CABIN PRESSURE REACHED APPROX 20FT, PICTURES ATTACHED. SEVERAL CAS MESSAGES WERE ASSOCIATED. PAX MASKS ALSO DROPPED. REMOVED AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE AMS CONTROLLER. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN HAD TO EXIT THE AIRPLANE THROUGH THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR. FOUND TRIM PIECE GETTING STUCK ON DOOR FRAME. REMOVED AND PROPERLY INSTALLED DOOR TRIM, IAW EMB300 MM 25-23-04/400. OPENED AND CLOSED DOOR SEVERAL TIMES, CHECKED GOOD EACH TIME, NO RUBBING OR BINDING NOTICED.
BRAKES GRAB HARD WHEN PEDALS ARE APPLIED AND PULL ACFT TO THE LT. THE LT PULL IS MORE PROMINENT FROM THE RT SEAT. INSTALLED PRESS. GAGE'S FOUND RT SIDE ERRATIC. REMOVED GAGES' BLED BRAKES IAW MM 32-42-00. TAXIED ACFT. RT SPONGEY & LT GRABS WITH SLIGHT PRESS ON PEDAL. REMOVED ANTI-SKID SERVICE VALVE. INSTALLED NEW VALVE. IAW MM 32-42-05. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. CLEANED & INSPECTED BRAKES. NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME.
THE LT BRAKE GRABBING WHEN PRESSURE IS APPLIED. BRAKE IS STILL SMOKING A LITTLE AFTER SHUTDOWN. REMOVED LEFT BRAKE ASSY, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED. PERFORMED HIGH SPEED TAXI CHECK. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-42-00.
ON LANDING ROLL, BRAKES FELT "GRABBY". UPON POST FLIGHT INSP, FOUND LT MAIN GEAR STRUT WET AND FLUID DRIPPING FROM MAIN STRUT INBD SIDE OF STRUT. LT STRUT IS LESS THAN A CREDIT CARDS WIDTH. RESEALED LT STRUT AND SERVICED. R & R LT BRAKE ASSY. R & R LT MAIN WHEEL ASSY. ALL SERVICING LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. REF MM 32-10-02, 32-42-01, 32-41-01.
BOTH PFD'S DISPLAY IAS ALT ANNUNCIATORS. DURING CLIMB THE LT SIDE IAS ALT LAG BEHIND. DURING DESCENT THE LT SIDE IAS, ALT STAY HIGHER. ONCE LEVEL, THE LT SIDE SLOWLY CATCHES UP TO THE RT SIDE DATA. ALTITUDE WOULD END UP MORE THAN 1,000 FT OFF, AIRSPEED WOULD BE UP TO 80 KTS OFF.
TROUBLE SHOT TO LEAKING FLEX LINE ON CO PILOTS STATIC PORT NR 2 SYSTEM. REPAIRED FLEX LINE AND COMPLIED WITH PITOT/STATIC SYSTEM LEAK CHECK/TEST IAW MM 34-11-25 AND FAR 91.411. LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
CO-PILOTS BRAKES LT PEDAL MOVES ABOUT 1 INCH THEN GRABS, RT PEDAL MOVES .5 INCH THEN GRABS. ABLE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, PILOTS BRAKES OK. BLED THE ANTI SKID BRAKE SYSTEM IAW MM 32-42-00. LEAK AND OPS CHECK NORMAL. SQK BLED THE ANTI SKID BRAKE SYS LEAK AND OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW MM 32-42-00.
CO-PILOTS BRAKES LEFT PEDAL MOVES ABOUT 1 INCH THEN GRABS, RIGHT PEDAL MOVES .5 INCH THEN GRABS.
CREW REPORTED LIGHT ILLUMINATED AS SOON AS SQUAT SWITCH MADE ON LANDING, THEY ONLY GOT 2 GOOD APPLICATIONS BEFORE PREX DEPLETED. AFTER LANDING "POWER BRAKE LOW PRESS" LIGHT CAME ON. NOISE CAME FROM NOSE LIKE ACCUMULATOR IS TRYING TO CHARGE. AFTER SHUTDOWN, BRAKE PEDALS FEEL LOOSE, NO PRESSURE.TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND HYD PUMP ASSY TO BE DEFECTIVE. REMOVED PUMP ASSY P/N 6517102-12 S/N UNKNOWN AND INSTALLED REPAIRED PUMP ASSY P/N 6517102-12 S/N J. REINSTALLED ALL AVIONICS AND PANELS. SERVICED HYD BRAKES, BLED BRAKES AND PERFORMED A GOOD OPERATIONAL CHECK OF BRAKES SYSTEM IAW MM 32-40-00 AND PERFORMED A GOOD OEPRATIONAL CHECK OF ALL AVIONICS. REF MM 34-10-00.
DURING CRUISE AT 17,00 AND 280 KIAS THE AIRCRAFT WOULD CLIMB +500'/MIN WITH FULL NOSE DOWN TRIM. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW CESSNA MM 27-31-07.
AFTER LANDING AT ALB, DURING TAXIING TOWER INSTRUCTED FLIGHT CREW TO SHUTDOWN AIRCRAFT AND EVACUATE DUE TO SMOKE COMING OUT FROM LT ENGINE. DISCHARGED BOTH BOTTLES BUT PRELIMINARY INSPECTION SHOWS NO ENGINE FIRE. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND CHECKED FOR OIL LEAKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED, SERVICED ENGINE OIL IAW CESSNA560 MM CHAPTER 12-11-02. PERFORMED GROUND RUNS AT 72 PERCENT N1 FOR 1 HOUR, NO OIL CONSUMPTION NOTED, ENGINE PRODUCED N1 IAW CESSNA 560 AFM.
