TURNED BATTERIES OFF FOR 2 MINS PER MAINT REQUEST. SECOND ENG START ON BATTERY-ONLY RESULTED IN THE SAME EMERGENCY LIGHTS STATING ILLUMINATED WITH SWITCH IN ONLY THE ARMED POSITION. POWERED ON ACFT W/ GPU, CONFIRMED W/ ARM POSITION & EMER LIGHTS ACTIVE. INSPECTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS INERTIAL SWITCH. NO DEFECTS NOTED. T/S SYSTEM PER FIM AMM 33-50-00-810-801-A. NR 2 BATTERY. DISCONNECTED P2056 & CYCLED POWER TO EMER LTS AT SWITCH. -DISCONNECTED PILOT & COPILOT SEAT FROM RAIL, DISCONNECTED P2150, ISOLATED ISSUE TO FAULTY EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. REMOVED NR 1 BATTERY. INSTALLED NR 1 BATTERY. BATTERY FUNC CHECKED. REMOVED NR 2 BATTERY & INSTALLED #2 REPAIRED BATTERY. BATTERY FUNC CHECKED. PERFORMED A GOOD OPS CHECK. PERFORMED 90 MIN CHARGE. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 33-52-01.
REPAIRED CORRODED LH AND RH WING PANEL LANDS COMMON TO PANELS 551TB AND 651TB BY BLENDING CORRODED AREAS, PERFORMING NDT, AND REPORTING FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED REPAIR DOUBLERS PER NETJETS REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES REPORT.
THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN OR CLOSE. THERES ABOUT A 1 INCH GAP THAT NEEDS FULL BODY WEIGHT TO OVERCOME TO CLOSE. THEN ITS SEEMS TO BIND UP AND UNABLE TO OPEN. TOOK AGAIN FULL BODY WEIGHT AND FORCE TO REOPEN. REMOVED MAIN DOOR RUBBER SEAL, CLEANED SEALANT FROM SEAL RAILING. REPLACED MAIN DOOR RUBBER SEAL & APPLIED NEW RTV SEALANT TO RAILING IAW AMM 52-10-20.
THE MAIN DOOR LOWER RIGHT LOCK INDICATION WINDOW IS FULLY OBSCURED BY WHAT LOOKS LIKE TAPE INSIDE THE DOOR. THE GREEN LOCK FLAG CANNOT BE SEEN. FOUND A PIECE OF SPEED TAPE AND INSULATION OCCLUDING THE LATCH VISOR, REMOVED THE OCCLUSION AND PERFORMED A GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AREA FOR DAMAGE, OPS CHECKED THE MED WITH REF. TO / EMB-505 AM TASK 52-11-00, NO DEFECT NOTED.
WHEN PRESSING THE RUDDER PEDALS DOWN FROM THE LEFT SEAT, THERE IS A PHYSICAL CLICK THAT CAN BE FELT AND AN AUDIBLE CLICK THAT CAN BE HEARD TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE MOVEMENT OF BOTH PEDALS. WHEN PRESSING THE PEDALS DOWN FROM THE RIGHT SEAT, IT IS ONLY THE LEFT RUDDER PEDAL THAT ALSO DISPLAYS THE SAME ISSUE. CORRECTIVE ACTION; FOUND EXCESSIVE PLAY IN BELL CRANK BETWEEN PEDAL LINK AND STEERING SPRING, RETORQUED BOLTS THAT WE COULD BUT FOUND THE BOLT CONNECTING THE BELL CRANK TO THE PEDAL LINK TO STILL HAVE PLAY, REMOVED BELL CRANK AS NEEDED AND FOUND THE BEARINGS TO BE DAMAGED AND NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM CH. 32÷51-02-400-802-A. INSTALLED NEW BEARINGS P/N MS27645-6A QTY 2 INTO THE PEDAL LINK ASSEMBLY, FUNCTIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY, CLOSED ACCESS AND REINSTALLED PILOT SEAT AS REQUIRED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM CHA0TERS 32-51-02, AND 25-11-01.
WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE ARMED THE LIGHT IN THE CABIN WILL NOT GO OUT. THE LIGHTS STAY ON AND START TO FLASH AND GET WEAK. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES WITH REPAIRED UNITS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
ON STATUS PAGE PASSENGER DOOR INDICATES AS OPEN WHEN FULLY CLOSED. ALSO THE TWO LOCK INDICATOR FLAGS ARE NOT VISISBLE. VISUALL Y INSPECTED THE PASSENGER DOOR INDICATOR FLAGS AND FOUND SEVERAL PARTIALLY K;OVERED WITH GREASE CLOSED AND LATCHED THE DOOR AND NOTED CORRECT INDICATION ON LF HE STATUS PAGE. REMOVED THE STEPS FROM THE DOOR AND CLEANED THE INDICATOR FLAGS OF GREASE. REINSTALLED THE STEPS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-14-00. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE PASSENGER DOOR REF PHENOM 300 AMM 52-11-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN DOOR: AT 9.0PSI, MAIN DOOR HAD EXCESSIVE WIND NOISE FROM THE TOP, FORWARD CORNER. NOISE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS INTENSE AT 7.4PSI. CONFIRMED DISCREPANCY DURING PRESSURIZATION AND LEAK CHECKS. REMOVED FAULTY MED SEAL AND REPLACED WITH NEW. PRESSURIZATION AND LEAK CHECK SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IN REFERENCE WITH EMB-505S AMM 21-31-00 AND 52-10-20.
MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: THE FORWARD, LOWER (AS LOOKING FROM INSIDE THE AIRPLANE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED) DOOR LOCK INDICATOR HAS BECOME OBSCURED. UNABLE TO CONFIRM WHETHER DOOR IS LOCKED.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: DURING FLIGHT THE CABIN EMERG LIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING AND THEN REMAINED ON WITH THE EMER SWITCH IN ARMED POSITION. WHEN RECHECKED AFTER LANDING, THE CABIN EMERG LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WHEN THE SWITCH IS SET TO ARMED. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" REMOVED AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PN 6450LS SN 002608 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PN 7450LS SN 006026. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMB505 AMM 33-52-01.
MAIN CABIN DOOR IS STUCK CLOSED DUE TO TRIM ON DOOR. FOUND AFT PAX DOOR SHROUD JAMMING AGAINST DOOR FRAME, REMOVED AND REPLACED. OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD. REMOVED P/N 506-45261 S/N 20273651/001. INSTALLED P/N 506-45261 S/N 19964113/001.
FO ON SHORT FINAL WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN DECENT. UPON TRANSFERRING THE CONTROLS WITH YOKE FULL FORWARD PITCH CONTINUED TO INCREASE. PERFORMED RDO, NO PROBLEMS FOUND.
CLIMBING THROUGH FL310 AT 250KTS THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED UP SUDDENLY. THE MAX SPD ON THE AIRSPEED TAPE APPEARED. DISCONNECTED THE AUTO PILOT AND FLEW BY HAND. THE FLAPS AND TRIM BOXES HAD YELLOW XS AND THE EICAS SHOWED SWPS FAIL AND SPOILER FAULT. THE MAX SPD WOULD GO AWAY WHEN THE FLIGHT DIRECTOR WAS TURNED OFF. THE FLAPS DID NOT WORK WHEN TRIED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 FCE IAW MM 27-03-01. PERFORMED DYNAMIC RIGGING AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
SPOILERS FAILED IN FLIGHT. MSGS DISPLAYED, SPOILER FAULT, SPEED BRAKE SW DISAGREE, GND SPOILER FAULT. EXECUTED CHECKLIST. REPLACED LT LUDT SPOILER PANEL POSITION SENSOR WITH NEW IAW MM 37-66-02. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
COPILOT'S BRAKES TEND TO REQUIRE MORE THAN NORMAL PRESSURE FOR EVEN BRAKING. TROUBLESHOT BRAKE SYSTEM. FOUND CO-PILOT'S BRAKES (BOTH PEDALS) FIRM. SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR TO FULL AND BLED BOTH LT AND RT BRAKE SYSTEM AS REQUIRED. CO-PILOTS BRAKES OPS NML NOW. RESERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR SYSTEM TO FULL. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-560 AMM 32-42-00.
RT SIDE BRAKE FOR BOTH CO-PILOT AND PILOTS SIDE IS UNRESPONSIVE AND THEN WILL ALL OF A SUDDEN GRAB. [07-12-07] BLED BRAKES. TAXI CHECKED GOOD. IAW. CE-560 MM. CH. 32-42-00.
F/O'S BRAKES ARE SPONGY DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEED PROCEDURE TO LEFT & RIGHT BRAKES. BRAKES OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CESSNA 560 MM 32-42-00.
"POWER BRAKE LOW PRESS" ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON DURING TAXI. BRAKES FAILED SOON AFTER SQK WAS DUE TO SKID CONTROL CB BEING POPPED NOT ALLOWING PUMP MOTOR TO RUN. RESET CB & CYCLED BRAKES MULTIPLE TIMES. BRAKES OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CE-560MM CH 32-42-00 BLEED & SERVICED BRAKE SYSTEM IAW CE-560 MM CH 32-42-00.
RIGHT ENGINE REAR INNER BYPASS DUCT SEPARATED FROM AIRCRAFT DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. REMOVED REAR INNER BYPASS DUCT ASSEMBLY DUE TO DAMAGED CONE. INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED ASSEMBLY (OVERHAULED BY PRATT AND WHITNEY ENGINE SERVICES, CRS NR LM1R301K, UNDER WO NR 6128484). WORK PERFORMED IAW PRATT AND WHITNEY JT15D-5D M/M, CHAPTER 72-70-02.

UPON TAXI INTO KTHV RT PILOT LOST BRAKES MOMENTARILY WITH POWER BRAKE LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ON. BRAKE RESERVOIR IS LOW. LT WHEEL WELL AND FLAP COVERED IN FLUID. FOUND LOOSE B-NUT IN LT WHEEL WELL ON BRAKE LINE, TIGHTENED LINE, SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR, BLED BOTH BRAKES, RESERVICED RESERVOIR, CLEANED WHEEL WELL. LEAK CHECK GOOD, TAXI CHECK GOOD, RESET RCDR. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA CITATION ULTRA MAINTENANCE MANUAL 32-42-00, 12-12-02 CORP.
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND AFTER GEAR LOWERED POWER BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOP LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. FOUND BRAKE POWER PACK FILTER HOUSING CRACKED ON THREADS. REPLACED MOTOR/PUMP ASSY IAW C560MM 32-42-06.
SMELL OF SMOKE IN COCKPIT AFTER APPROX 1 HOUR AT FL400. AIRCRAFT RUN WITH FULL ELECTRICAL LOAD, NO SMELL/DEFECTS NOTED. RT & LT CB PANELS LOWERED TO INSPECT CB PANEL REAR, NO DEFECTS NOTED. FREON AIR CON UNIT RUN FOR OVER 30 MINUTES NO DEFECTS/SMELL NOTED. INSP OVERHEAD BLOWER AS PER 21-21-04, NO DEFECTS NOTED INSP DEFOG. FAN BLOWER PER 21-21-01 NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED, INSP, & CLEANED COALESCER SOCK PER 21-70-00. NO ODOR NOTED. ACCOMP ENG RUN, RUN ACH FULL HOT / FULL COLD FOR OVER 45 MIN NO SMELL / DEFECTS NOTED. RAN OVERHEAD BLOWER / DEFOG FAN FOR OVER 30 MIN NO SMELL / DEFECTS NOTED. NO ODOR, NO SMOKE, NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. COULD NOT DUPLICATE WRITE UP ON GROUND.
SMOKE FILLED THE CABIN. WHITE SMOKE WITH ACRID SMELL COMING FROM WEMAK VALVES. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM TO BAD DEFOG BLOWER MOTOR. REMOVED & REPLACED DEFOG BLOWER MOTOR. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 560 MM CH 21-21-01.
SAW AND SMELLED SMOKE COMING FROM THE AFT CABIN. THIS HAPPENED DURING FLIGHT AT APPROX 1600 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, MANUVERING TO LAND. T/S SYSTEM, OPS CHECKED OVERHEAD BLOWER, NO SMOKE. NO EVIDENCE OF BINDING. RAN ACFT, TESTED ENVIROMENTAL SYSTEM, NO SMOKE SMELL IN CABIN/COCKPIT, NO SMELL WITH OVERHEAD. REMOVED COALESCER SOCK, NO EVIDENCE OF OIL. REINSTALLED SOCK, THERE IS A SMOKEY SMELL IN TAIL ACCESS AREA. ACCESSED AFT BLOWER MOTOR AT AFT TOLET AREA. REMOVED & INSTALLED NEW ONE. OPS CHECK GOOD. CLOSED ACCESS IAW 560 MM CH 21-21-06.
