ROW 1 AND DOOR EXIT EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE INOPERATIVE. REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY.
PROPELLER ASSEMBLY ORIGINALLY REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL. ONCE DISASSEMBLED A CRACK WAS VISUALLY DETECTED RUNNING DIAGONALLY FROM THE BLADE ROOT FLAT AREA TO THE TOP OF THE BLADE ROOT OUTER SLEEVE. CRACK IS APPROXIMTELY 11 INCHES IN LENGTH. REPLACED PROPELLER BLADE.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM IS INOP. REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERIES.
LEFT MAIN ELECTRICAL BUS DROPPED OFF LINE. REPLACED THE LT POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT.
MAIN PITCH TRIM IS INOP. REPLACED THE TRIM ACTUATOR.
LEFT PROPELLER DEICE IS INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE PROPELLER DEICE BRUSH BLOCK ASSY.

L/T PROPELLER OVERSPEED TEST FAILED TO FUNCTION. REPLACED THE OVERSPEED GOVERNOR.
WHEN CONDITION LEVER ADVANCED TO MAX, THE PROPELLER UNIT WENT TO AN OVERSPEED CONDITION. REPLACED THE ENGINE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT.
