DURING AN ACFT INSPECTION, SIGNIFICANT CORROSION WAS FOUND ON EXTRUSION AT FRAME 2480 UNDER PILOTS SEATS IAW SRM 53-12 PG 13 FIG 7 ITEM 24.
DURING A POST FLIGHT INSPECTION OF THE TAIL BOOM DECK NEAR FRAME STATION 9000 HYD FLUID WAS NOTICED UNDER THE TAIL ROTOR HYD RETURN PIPE. UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF LEAK SO A GND POWER HYD TEST UNIT WAS HOOKED TO THE LT HAND SYS. AS SOON AS PRESS WAS APPLIED THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK WAS IDENTIFIED AS A PIN HOLE SIZED CRACK AT THE TOP OF THE TUBE ARCH AT APPROX 8 DROPS A MINUTE.
NR 2 ENGINE OIL COOLER LEAKS. FOUND DURING DAILY INSPECTION PRIOR TO FLIGHT. REPLACED WITH O/H UNIT.
NR 1 ENGINE OIL COOLER LEAKAGE FOUND DURING DAILY INSPECTION PRIOR TO FLIGHT. COOLER REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT FROM ANOTHER ENGINE. COOLERS ARE BEING REPAIRED/REBUILT.
NR 1 ENGINE OIL COOLER LEAKAGE FOUND DURING DAILY INSPECTION PRIOR TO FLIGHT. COOLER REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT FROM ANOTHER ENGINE. COOLERS ARE BEING REPAIRED/REBUILT BY PACIFIC OIL COOLERS OF LA VERNE, CA, CERTIFICATE # RF3R813L.
