PERFORMED BOTH NORMAL AND BACKUP PITCH TRIM SYSTEM CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INFORMED CONTACT CENTER OF OUR FINDINGS, CONTACT CENTER REPORTS THAT THE FCE'S WERE PREVIOUSLY SWAPPED FOR FLAP FAIL SWPS FAULT, PTRIM BKP FAIL AND NOW PTRIM NML FAIL REPORTED ON THE SAME FCE CONTACT CENTER REQUESTS THAT WE REPLACE THE FCE#2. REMOVED AND REPLACED FCE #2 STARTED RIGGING PROCESS BY INSTALLING RIG PROGRAM ON LAPTOP AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WAS ABLE TO GET THE PROGRAM TO WORK WITH THE FCE. PERFORMED THE RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE SPOILERS OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME REF EMB 505 AMM 27-03-01.

THE CABLE TENSION IS 5 LBS SO THE CABLES LAY ON THE FAIRLEADS, THEREFORE, CAUSING WEAR ON THE CABLES IN THOSE SECTIONS.

AFTER CLOSER EVALUATION IT SEEMS THAT WATER INTRUSION WAS THE ROOT CAUSE, THE WATER SEEMED TO HAVE FROZEN INSIDE OF THE HOLLOW ROD AND EXPANDED THE MATERIAL CAUSING FOR A CRACK.

FOUND RAM ACTUATOR WORKING BUT FLAP DISCONNECTED. REPLACED RAM AIR VALVE, OPS AND LEAKS CK GOOD. TROUBLESHOT RESISTANCE TO LT UPLOCK SPLICES, REPAIRED WIRING IAW CHAPTER 32-60-01 OF THE CESSNA 560 WIRING DIAGRAM MANUAL, OPS CHECK GOOD.

REMOVED CRACKED ANGLES & FITTINGS, TRIMMED & DRILLED NEW ANGLES, INSTALLED RIVETS LT UPPER & LOWER T/R DOORS. FOUND BAD T/R STOW SWITCH, INSTALLED NEW SWITCH, RIGGED & OPS CHECKED GOOD. SERVICED RESERVIOR.
