WHILE PERFORMING THE SID 57-10-25 INSPECTION, THREE CRACKS WHERE IDENTIFIED IN THE RIGHT CLOSE-OUT RIB (P/N 5122155-56.) THESE CRACKS WERE FOUND ON THE FORWARD ROW OF AT THE REAR TRUNNION PLATE ATTACH POINT. THERE ARE 6 HI-LOK HOLES ALIGNED VERTICALLY IN THIS ROW OF FASTENERS. THE FIRST CRACK IS 1.75 INCHES LONG AND WAS FOUND ON THE THIRD HOLE FROM THE TOP IN THIS ROW. CRACK TWO IS 1.5 INCHES LONG AND WAS FOUND AT THE FOURTH HOLE IN THIS ROW. CRACK THREE IS .75 INCHES LONG AND WAS FOUND AT THE FIFTH HOLE IN THIS ROW. THESE CRACKS ARE SIMILAR IN FASHION TO PREVIOUS SDR SUBMISSIONS.
DURING NDT INSPECTION AS NOTED IN SID 57-10-16, A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RIGHT HAND OUTBOARD NACELLE FITTING. THIS CRACK MEASURES APPROXIMATELY .097 LONG AND IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER CRACKS FOUND USING THE LIGHTED BORESCOPE INSPECTION TECHNIQUE (TEXTRON MEL 54-02R2) TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT OF AD2017-10-09. THIS FITTING WILL BE REPLACED WITH FACTORY NEW PARTS.
PILOT REPORTED DURING CLIMB/CRUISE FLIGHT THE RIGHT HYDRAULIC FLOW LIGHT CAME ON AND RIGHT ENGINE LOST POWER. UPON INITIAL INSPECTION, THE ENGINE WAS FOUND TO BE SEIZED. PISTONS AT CYLINDERS 1-4 WERE FOUND TO BE IN THE TOP DEAD CENTER POSITION. CYLINDER #3 WAS REMOVED AND WE CONFIRMED THE CRANKSHAFT IS FRACTURED AT JOURNAL BETWEEN 1 AND 3. ENGINE WILL BE REPLACED.
DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE RT INBOARD NACELLE FITTING. THE CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE OUTBOARD SIDE OF THE FITTING, JUST FORWARD OF THE SPAR STRAP. THE CRACK IS APPROXIMATELY 1.208 INCHES IN LENGTH. OPEN
WHILE CONDUCTING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE RT INBOARD NACELLE FITTING. THE CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE OUTBOARD SIDE OF THE FITTING JUST FORWARD OF THE SPAR STRAP. THE CRACK WAS APPROXIMATELY 1.208 INCHES IN LENGTH.
CYLINDER REMOVED DUE TO LOW COMPRESSION AT INSPECTION; EXHAUST VALVE DISPLAYS EVIDENCE OF HEAT DAMAGE.

SMOKE APPEARED FROM INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHT, DIMMER ASSEMBLY. R & R DIMMER ASSEMBLY PN 5118424-1.
DURING ROUTINE MX, A FRACTURE WAS FOUND IN 1 OF OUR ACFT LOCATED AT THE, RT WING AFT LOWER SPAR CAP, INBD FLAP WELL, AND ADJACENT TO LWR BELL CRANK SUPPORT AT WING STA 113.69.
CREW REPORTED, WHILE IN CRUISE CONFIGURATION, IFR CONDITIONS, CAPTAINS HEADING INDICATOR FAILED, REMOTE GYRO CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. EMERGENCY DECLARED, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX INSPECTED ACFT, FOUND REMOTE GYRO CONTAMINATED WITH WATER. R & R GYRO, TESTED SYS OK, ACFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
ON TAXI, CREW REPORTED LOAD "POP" FROM RT GEAR, ACFT BECAME DIFFICULT TO TAXI. MX FOUND RT MAIN GEAR AXLE ASSY CRACKED AT LOWER HALF. R & R AXLE ASSY. RELEASED ACFT BACK TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH TO PVC FROM BOS, PILOT REPORTED RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOWNLOCK LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE, PERFORMED EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION, STILL DID NOT ILLUMINATE.PRESS TO TEST OF LIGHT CHECKED OK. PILOT ELECTED TO DIVERT. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND AND REPAIRED BROKEN GROUND WIRE AT RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR. SYSTEM CHECKS OK. AIRCRAFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND PILOTS LEFT RUDDER PEDAL TO TORQUE TUBE LINKAGE CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER TORQUE TUBE. AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED AVIONIC MASTER SWITCH INOPERATIVE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH AND RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE
CREW REPORTED HORIZONTAL SITUATION INDICATOR INOPERATIVE IN CLIMB-OUT AT 400 FT. CONTACTED LOCAL TOWER, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND RETURNED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AIRCRAFT, REMOVED AND REPLACED REMOTE GYRO. AIRCRAFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT CAME ON AND THEN WENT OFF DURING FINAL APPROACH. BLEW GEAR DOWN TESTED GEAR DOWN INDICATION WITH FLAP HANDLE, LANDED. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPLOCK ACTUATOR TO BE BAD REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR.
CREW REPORTED AVIONICS MASTER SWITCH INOP. MX CHANGED CIRCUIT BREAKER SWITCH.
UPON LANDING, PILOT REPORTED RT MLG COLLAPSED. MECHANIC FOUND RT MLG UPPER BARREL SHEARED ABOVE UPPER TORQUE LINK ATTACH POINT. MECHANIC REMOVED AND REPLACED MLG ASSY, RT PROP, RT ENGINE, C/W MINOR SHEET METAL REPAIRS TO FLAPS, AND REPLACED RT MLG DOOR. INSPECTION OF RUNWAY AT LANDING AREA FOUND MANY POT HOLES AND RUTS.
