REASSESS DENT 20 RH FUSELAGE STATION 368+6INCHES STRINGER 26+4INCHES. FOUND TO BE OUTSIDE OF ALLOWABLE DAMAGE LIMITS IAW B767-300 SRM 53-00-01-1A-1 REV 128.
DISBOND AROUND HOIST POINT ATTACH POINT L/H WING UPPER SURFACE.
GOUGES ON LH H-STAB LOWER INSPAR SKIN AT S-2 AND STA 226.605 (RIB 12 CENTERLINE).
DURING C CHECK, CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE NR 2 ENGINE FWD AND AFT CASE AROUND THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR SKIN. IT WAS FOUND TO BE OUT OF REPAIRABLE LIMITS FOR THE FWD FAN CASE PER AMM 72-32-00 AND OUT OF FLYABLE LIMITS PER AMM 72-00-00. THE ENGINE WAS REMOVED AND SENT FOR REPAIR. WHILE AT GA TELESIS IT WAS FOUND BY THE ENGINE SHOP THAT THE AFT FAN CASE WAS ALSO BEYOND REPAIR. THE FWD AND AFT FAN CASE WERE CHANGED AT GA TELESIS ON WO#1155. AFTER REPAIR THE ENGINE WAS SENT BACK AND INSTALLED BACK ON N36NE AT THE #2 POSITION.
DENT NR 12 LT FUSELAGE STATION 368 +8 INCHES, STRINGER 17L +4 INCHES. DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, TWO DENT DAMAGES WERE FOUND COMMON TO THE LOWER FUSELAGE SKIN BETWEEN STA 368 - STA 390 AND STGR 17L - STGR 19L..
DURING C-CHECK AT YHM, THE RH HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AUXILIARY SPAR WEB NEAR OUTBOARD CLOSURE RIB AT HSBL 357.442 WAS FOUND TO HAVE TOOLING MARKS, AFTER BLENDING OUT OF THE DAMAGED AREAS, TWO CRACKS OF 0.300" AND 0.250" LONG WERE FOUND.
DURING SERVICE CHCK IT WAS NOTED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT DO NOT WORK. REPLACED 4 EMERGENCY LT BATTERY IAW 33-51-07. OPS CHECK GOOD. A/C RETURN TO SERVICE.

UPON PREFLIGHT WALK-AROUND MAINTENANCE FOUND R/H ENGINE PYLON INBOARD NACELLE STRUT ACCESS DOOR MISSING. MAINTENANCE TRANSFERRED TO DMI 36N-21-0002, CDL 54-53-02. EXP 07/15/21 PLACARD INSTALLED PER GMM-002 UPDATED.

RH ENGINE FIRE LOOP 1 DISPLAYED ON EICAS ON PREFLIGHT CHECK. TROUBLESHOT PER BOEING 767 FIM, FOUND A TERMINAL ON THE WIRE HARNESS WAS BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED TERMINAL ON WIRE 5534-001R-16. COMPLIED WITH FIRE DETECTION OPERATIONAL CHECK IN ACCORDANCE WITH BOEING 767 AMM 26-11-00-715-075-003. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
