REVIEWED SL505-33-0005 REV 5 "EMER LIGHT T/S" AND FOUND THAT BOTH BATTERY PACKS ARE CAUSING THE ISSUE CONFIRMED 'G' SWITCH NOT TRIPPED. REMOVED FWD EMER LIGHT BATT PACK AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED UNIT . REMOVED AFT EMER LIGHT BATT PACK AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED UNIT. COMPLETED OPS AND CHARGING CHECKS AS REQUIRED WITH NO FAULTS. WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-52-01.
PASSING FL215 "FUEL 1 FEED FAULT" WHITE CAS DISPLAYED. ON FUEL SYNOPTIC PAGE, DISPLAYED AMBER X OVER EJECTOR PUMP 1. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT FAULTY PRESSURE SWITCH & REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT FAULTY PRESSURE SWITCH & REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT. PERFORMED OPS AND LEAK CHECK WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 28-45-01.
CORROSION FOUND ON TOP OF BOTH WINGS FWD OF SPEED BRAKES
THE WHITE EMER LIGHT LOCATED IN THE LAV AREA BELOW THE TOILET IS INOP WHEN TESTING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS CORRECTIVE ACTION: TECHS FOUND THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING ASSY BROKEN. TECHS REMOVED THE DAMAGED UNIT ANDINSTALLED AN OPERATOR SUPPLIED EMERGEMCY LIGHTING ASSY PER PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-11 ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED
MAIN DOOR: DOOR MISALIGNED AND WILL NOT CLOSE. TOP RIGHT PIN IS NOT SEATING FOUND MED TOP TRIM PEICE GETING HUNG UP ON THE DOOR CAUSING IT TO NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY PRIOR TO CLOSING THE HANDLE. ADJUSTED TRIM PEICE AS NEEDED SO THE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES SMOOTHLY. OPENED AND CLOSED THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT FAULTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM CH, 25-23-04 AND SDS CH. 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. THE DOOR IS MISALIGNED WITH AN INCH GAP. FROM THE OUTSIDE THE DOOR SEAL IS PINCHED. SEE PIC
AFTER POWERING DOWN THE AIRCRAFT WITH THE EMER LIGHT SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAINED ON. AFTER CYCLING THE SWITCH WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO EXTINGUISH. BATTERIES WERE OFF AND NO GPU WAS CONNECTED. BATTERIES HAVE BEEN CHANGED RECENTLY AND THEY WILL JUST REQUIRE A TOP CHARGE. MCC WANTS THE RELAY AND THE CONTROL PANEL REMOVED AND REPLACED. R & R FAULTY CONTROL PANEL. R & R FAULTY RELAY PN M83536/10-24L ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IN REFERENCE TO AMM 33-01-01 AND 24-65-05. OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
ALL CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE AND REMAIN ON WITH THE EMER LT SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED FAULTY EMERGENCY BATTERY. REF. AMM 33-52-01. REPLACED FAULTY. REF AMM 33-52-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
STARTED ENGS TO DEPART & ACFT BEGAN ROLLING WITH PARKING BRAKE SET & GOOD PRESSURE IN EM BRK ACCUMULATOR. REGULAR BRAKES WORKED, BUT EM BRAKE DID NOT. RESET EM BRAKE- NO CHANGE. NO BRAKE FAIL OR ANY OTHER CAS MESSAGES. VERIFIED SQUAWK NOT GETTING ANY BREAK PRESSURE OR INDICATION WHEN BREAK HANDLE IS PULLED. REMOVED INOP EMERG BRAKE VALVE. INSTALLED A REPAIRED EMERG BRAKE VALVE. REMOVED BRAKE PRESSURE SWITCH. INSTALLED A NEW BRAKE PRESSURE SWITCH. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 32-43-02-400-801-A AND 32-43-0S-400-801-A.

DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SERVICE BULLETIN 505-55-0004 REV 01 (DATED 06/24/2020) WE NOTED THE FOLLOWING LEFT ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (4 EACH) UNDER THE WEIGHT LIMITS AS FOLLOWS (4=82 GRAMS), AS PRESCRIBED BY THE SERVICE BULLETIN (MINIMUM 84 GRAMS). ALL WEIGHTS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-601, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE LEFT AILERON MASS BALANCE WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L31 WAS UNDER THE WEIGHT LIMITS (1743 GRAMS) AS PRESCRIBED BY THE SERVICE BULLETIN (MINIMUM 1787 GRAMS). THE WEIGHT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHT AND THE AILERON BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE AILERON WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-14735-643, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN 505-55-0004 INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATORâS GMM REQUIREMENTS.
WITH THE AIRCRAFT POWERED WITH A GPU, WE RECEIVED AN OVERVOLTAGE OF 30V AND THE GPU AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED. AT THE SAME TIME A STRONG ACRID, BURNING, ELECTRICAL SCENT WAS SMELLED IN THE COCKPIT. THERE WERE NO UNUSUAL CAS MESSAGES DISPLAYED NOR POPPED CIRCUIT BREAKERS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS IMMEDIATELY POWERED DOWN.
ON LANDING ROLL OUT, WHEN BRAKING APPLIED TO DECELERATE, BRAKE FAIL MSG ILLUMINATED ON CAS. ZERO BRAKING ACHIEVED USING NORMAL BRAKES. EMERGENCY BRAKE SYS USED. BOTH MLG TIRES FAILED. REMOVED LT & RT WHEEL & TIRE ASSEMBLY. INSTALLED REPAIRED LT & RT WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. REMOVED & REPLACED LT & RT BRAKE ASSEMBLIES. REMOVED LT WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER. REMOVED & INSTALLED REPAIRED WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER. REMOVED & REPLACED WITH INSPECTED & TESTED BRAKE CONTROL MODULE ALL IAW AMM 32-45-01, MM 32-45-21, AMM 32-41-06 & AMM 32-41-07. SERVICED MAIN TIRES, SERVICED HYD SYS IAW AMM 12-13-00 & 12-14-00. ALL OPS , FUNCTIONAL AND TAXI SPEED BRAKING CHECKED OK.
JAMMED ELEVATOR TRIM TAB ON DEPARTURE. FOUND FOD WEDGED IN CHAIN SPROCKET AREA OF PEDESTAL. REMOVED FOD, NO DAMAGE NOTED, CLEANED AND LUBED TRIM COMPONENTS, OPS CHECK AND TRAVEL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. REF. CE560 M/M 27-31-00.

ON INITIAL CLIMB OUT LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE. REPLACED 5 EA WIRE SPLICES AT LT MAIN GEAR SQUAT SWITCH, REPACKED LT MAIN GEAR STRUT, SERVICED STRUT, IAW 560 MM 32-11-02, 32-61-00, 32-42-01, 12-14-01 PERFORMED GEAR SWING, OPS CHECKED GOOD, IAW 560 MM 32-61
PRESSURIZATION INOP ON CLIMBOUT CABIN RATE HAD NO CONTROL OF RATE OF CLIMB. AT ALTITUDE CONTROLLER HAD NO EFFECT ON CABIN ALT. ON DESCENT PRESSURIZATION FAILED (CABIN ALT) LIGHT CAME ON O2 MASKS WERE DONNED EMERGENCY DECLARED UNTIL REACHING A SAFE ALT. REMOVED LT MLG SQUAT SWITCH DUE TO ERRATIC READINGS INSTALLED NEW SWITCH AND RIGGED. OPS CHECK GOOD. PRESSURIZATION CHECK GOOD. IAW C560 MM 32-61-00
CAPT AND FO'S BRAKES ARE SPONGY. PEDALS REQUIRES MORE THAN USUAL PRESSURE TO ACHIEVE BRAKING ACTION. REMOVED DEFECTIVE RT BRAKE SHUTTLE VALVE , INSTALLED SHUTTLE VALVE IAW CMM 32-46-43. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
CAPT AND FO BRAKES ARE SPONGY. COMPLIED WITH TAXI AND BRAKE CHECK OF AIRCRAFT NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW CE560 MM 32-42-00
F/O'S BRAKES GO TO THE FLOOR WHEN PRESSED. 11-01-07 FOUND BRAKES TO BE SPONGY. BLEED BRAKES THREE TIMES IAW CE-560MM CH 32-42-00. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
F/O'S BRAKES (LEFT AND RIGHT) FEELS SPONGY. CAPT'S BRAKES ARE OK. ALSO, IF YOU PUMP THE F/O'S BRAKES, BRAKES COME UP TO HAVING PRESSURE. REMOVED COCKPIT AND DROP AISLE CABIN FLOORBOARDS FOR BRAKE LINE & COMPONENT INSPECTION. FOUND PARKING BRAKE VALVE LEAKING AT B-NUTS. RETORQUED B-NUTS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR. CLOSED FLOORBOARDS AND REINSTALLED SEATS. MAINT C/W IAW 560MM CHP 32-42-03.
DURING INSP FLAP PRESELECT CABLE P/N: 5565175-4CR, LOCATED IN COCKPIT CTR PEDESTAL, WAS FOUND BROKEN IN HALF AT SWEDGED BALL END. DURING INSTALLATION OF NEW CABLE IT WAS NOTED THAT NEW CABLE COULD NOT BE RIGGED EXACTLY IAW MM DUE TO LOCATION OF PRESWEDGED BALL ON CABLE. RIGGING SYSTEM IAW MM IS SUCH THAT A PRELOAD EXISTS ON CABLE AT SWEDGED BALL END WHENEVER FLAPS ARE RETRACTED TO ZERO DEGREES. TRYING TO RIG OUT PROBLEM WITH CABLE TURNBUCKLES IS NOT POSSIBLE. CONTACTED MFG AND DISCUSSED SITUATION. SUSPECT THAT CABLE PRESWEDGED BALL IS BEING INSTALLED IN WRONG SPOT ON CABLE. ALL NEW CABLES HAVE THE BALL SWEDGED IN SAME SPOT ACCORDING TO THE MFG.
