SMOKE COMING OUT OF SECOND AIR STAIR DOOR LIGHT FROM THE TOP. DEFERRED IAW MEL.
CREW REPORTED THAT EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FLICKERING IN FLIGHT. MX INSPECTED LIGHT SWITCHES, PERFORMED OPS CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
NR 2 CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. BULB REPLACED.
SHORTLY AFTER PUSH BACK FROM THE GATE, CREW NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE NR 2 STEP LIGHT ON THE MAIN CABIN DOOR. MX R & R THE LIGHT COVER. ALL OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
DURING PREFLIGHT, CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER THE AIR STAIR WAS INOPERATIVE. CHARGED BATTERIES, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, THE NLG DRAG STRUT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A LARGE CRACK.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE LANDING INOPERATIVE CAUTION ILLUMINATED. THE LEFT DOOR YELLOW LIGHT ALSO ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND WAS ABLE TO LAND WITHOUT INCIDENT. GROUND MX CREW R & R THE NOSE GEAR PROX SWITCH.
DURING CLIMBOUT, CREW REPORTED THAT THE NR 1 HYD PRESSURE WAS FLUCTUATING. THE GROUND MX CREW REPLACED THE PRESSURE TRANSMITTER. ALL OPS CHECKS PRODUCED SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT, CREW NOTICED THE FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATING. GROUND MX CREW CHARGED THE EMERGENCY BATTERIES. ONCE THE BATTERIES WERE CHARGED AN OPERATIONAL TEST PRODUCED SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING PRE-FLIGHT, THE CREW NOTICED THE INTERIOR CABIN EXIT LOCATOR AND MID CABIN CEILING AISLE AFT LIGHTS DID NOT TEST. GROUND CREW SWAPPED THE PS3 AND PS4 BATTERY SUPPLY UNITS IN THE AFT COMPARTMENT. A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WAS COMPLETED. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING CRUISE THE NR 1 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE WAS FROM 45-50 PSI, FEATHERED ENGINE AND PRESSURE ON GAUGE INDICATED 100 PSI. MX CREW R & R TRANSMITTER PERFORMED GROUND RUNS AND PERFORMED, OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
LT MLG DOOR FLICKERED ONCE IN FLIGHT AND WHEN LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN, LANDING GEAR INOP CAUTION ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED ALT EXTENSION. R & R LT DOOR SEQUENCING VALVE. OPS CK SAT.
DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION, AIRCREW NOTICED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT STAY ILLUMINATED DURING TEST. EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS WERE ALLOWED TO CHARGE, PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATIONAL CHECK AND SYSTEM CHECKED SATISFACTORY. ACFT RELEASED TO FLIGHT STATUS.

AIRCREW NOTICED PILOT'S WINDSHIELD HAD CRACKED IN FLIGHT. ACFT WAS DIVERTED FOR AN EMERGENCY LANDING. GROUND MX CREW R & R THE PILOT'S WINDSHIELD AND ACFT RETURNED TO FLIGHT STATUS.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSP, A DENT WAS FOUND PROTRUDING ON THE FUSELAGE APPROX 1.5 INCHES FWD OF STA X 370.8 AND 4.25 INCHES BELOW STRINGER S-31P. DAMAGE WAS REPAIRED IAW EA 5-2010-226. ACFT RETURNED TO FLIGHT STATUS.
ON AUGUST 8, 2010 WHILE ON APPROACH, THE "LANDING GEAR WARNING HORN" SOUNDED INTERMITTENTLY WHILE THE "GEAR HANDLE" LIGHT AND RED TRANSITION INDICATOR LIGHTS FLASHED. ACFT MADE SAFE LANDING. MX REVEALED THAT THE PSEU (PROXIMITY SWITCH ELECTRONIC UNIT) WAS AT FAULT. PSEU WAS R & R , OPS CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY. ACFT WAS RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN FLIGHT, ALL 3 GEAR DOOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED MOMENTARILY. NO EMERGENCY, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. FERRIED AIRCRAFT. TROUBLESHOT SYS COULD NOT DUPLICATE MALFUNCTION. TEST FLIGHT WAS SATISFACTORY. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKE-OFF AT APPOX.350 FT OFF THE GROUND, NR 2 PROP BEGAN TO CYCLE IN AND OUT OF FEATHER. CREW PULLED BACK POWER, AND RETURNED TO FIELD. MAINTENANCE CREW REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 TORQUE SIGNAL CONDITIONER UNIT, DID A TEST FLIGHT, TEST FLIGHT FAILED. SAME CONDITION AS BEFORE, EXCEPT THIS TIME NR 2 ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN. MAINTENANCE CREW TROUBLE SHOT THE BETA LOCK OUT SYSTEM, FOUND THAT THE SWITCH (6141S4) WAS STUCK IN THE NORMALY CLOSED POSITION. R&R SWITCH, GROUND CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY. TEST FLIGHT WAS ALSO SATISFACTORY.
WHILE ENROUTE, OBSERVED THE LANDING GEAR INOP ANNUNCIATOR AND ASSOCIATED AMBER GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHT. ALSO SAW OUT THE PILOT SIDE WINDOW THE LANDING GEAR DOOR OPEN BUT THE GEAR STILL UP AND LOCKED. IMMEDIATELY SLOWED TO 140 KNOTS AND FOLLOWED THE EMERGENCY ACTION CHECKLIST. AFTER CONFERRING WITH MX CONTROL AND ATC, ASKED FOR EMERGENCY TRUCKS TO BE STANDING BY. FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST FOR THE MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION AND HAD 3 GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATIONS. LANDED SAFELY AND UNEVENTFUL, MX TAXIED ACFT TO THE MX HANGER WHERE THE ACFT WAS PUT ON JACKS AND VISUALLY INSPECTED, THE GEAR WAS RETRACTED MULTIPLE TIMES. COULD NOT DUPLICATE MALFUNCTION AND ACFT WAS RELEASED TO SERVICE.

FLT 8713 CLE-AVP PIC REPORTED, HAD MASTER CAUTION WARNING FOR LOW OIL PRESSURE NR 1 ENGINE. SHUT DOWN NR 1 ENGINE, LANDED IN PIT. SENT MAINTENANCE CREW TO PIT FOUND NR 1 OIL COOLER LEAKING. REPLACED NR 1 OIL COOLER, RESERVICED NR 1 ENGINE AND OTHER CHECKS FOR ENGINE SHUT DOWN IAW PWC MAINTENANCE MANUAL. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PDX - PILOT REPORTED SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER AND SMOKE IN COCKPIT. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED NEW AUDIO ALT ALERTER PANEL BY SECURING CONNECTOR AND FASTENERS. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST IAW DASH 8 200 MM 34-10-00. ALL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

UPON INSPECTION, FOUND RIGHT HAND DUCT BLOWN OFF OF RECIRCULATION FAN. REINSTALLED DUCT AND TIGHTENED ALL FOUR CLAMPS ON FAN INTAKE AND OUTLET. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO PARTS REPLACED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
