WHILE ENROUTE TO SACRAMENTO FIRE WARNING LIGHT AND AUDIBLE WENT OFF.
#2 FADEC FAIL INFLIGHT DURING INFLIGHT POWER CHECK. IMC. 5000'MSL 60 TQ. CPDS INDICATIONS: FADEC MINR, FADEC FAIL, FLI DEGR, ENG MANUAL. APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES FROM DESTINATION, IMC. PERFORMED FADEC FAIL EMERGENCY PROCEDURE, DECLARED IN FLIGHT EMERGENCY, CHECKLIST COMPLETE, LANDED SAFELY AT KMCC.
NUMBER 1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE APPROACHED REDLINE. DID NOT EXCEED BUT DID APPROACH.
DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION, THE RT FORWARD EMERGENCY EGRESS LIGHTS FAILED TO OPERATE WHEN TESTED. THE MECHANIC CLEANED THE LAMP CONTACTS AND A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK WAS COMPLETED. THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE WHEN THE ROUTINE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED.
WHILE ASSISTING OPERATOR WITH MAINTENANCE, FOUND 40-50 GALLONS OF WATER IN AIRCRAFT BELLY BELOW FLOORBOARDS. SAS SERVO UNIT COMPLETELY SUBMERGED. FUSELAGE DRAINS CLOGGED. CLEANED DRAINS. REMOVED WATER AND DIRT. REPLACED SERVO. AIRCRAFT USED TO HAVE FREIGHT.
AFTER TAKEOFF IN CLIMB RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE INDICATION BEGAN TO FLUCTUATE PLUS OR MINUS 10 PERCENT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SAT AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT DISCREPANCY AND FOUND A DEFECTIVE TORQUE RING. REMOVED AND REPLACED TORQUE RING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GARRETT MAINTENANCE MANUAL. PERFORMED RUN UP AND LEAK CHECK. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
