CHANNEL B ON AUTO PILOT INOPERATIVE. AUTO THROTTLES RETARD TO IDLE, WOULD NOT DISPLAY MACH SPEED ON MCP. PERFORMED A/P LAND VERIFY BITE CHECK THROUGH FMC. NO FAULTS INDICATED.
Emergency floor path lighting inop at aprox. sta. 500C. Trouble shot & found inverter bad. R&R inverter IAW WDM 33-51-41, Ops chk good.
At rotation had a loud engine vibration on Left engine. Inspected eng. intake, exhaust; opened cowlings & inspected; close cowlings; BITE AVM per MM77-31-00. Eng. Insp. per MM71-00-47. Ran eng. Parameters & fan blade damage within limits.
Fuselage skin damaged by belt loader sta 797 to sta 818 at str27Lt.
Fuselage skin damaged by belt loader at sta 789 to sta 799 between str26Rt. and str27Rt.
Fuselage skin damaged by belt loader sta 767 to sta 772 between str27Lt. and str27Rt.
Emergency floor path will not illuminate from row 6 to row 12. Repaired wiring floor emerg. path and acc. test IAW MM 33-53-00. Test OK
