WE WERE UNABLE TO EXTINGUISH THEM WITH ANY LIGHT SWITCH POSITION OTHER THAN OFF. THEY ARE NORMALLY EXTINGUISHED IN THE ARMED POSITION AS WELL. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED BOTH EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.

JACKED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED A NLG SQUAT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT CHECK IAW CE 680 MM 32-60-00. PERFORMED THE OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL SYSTEM IAW CE 680 MM 32-00-00 WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.

UPON GEAR RETRACTION, GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY. AFTER HYD PRESS ON LIGHT EXTINGUISHED, RIGHT MAIN GEAR LOWER WITHOUT COMMAND. CLEANED & INSPECTED RT MAIN GEAR UPLOCK ACTUATOR ASSY & MICROSWITCH FOUND DEBRIS ON ACTUATOR & MICROSWITCH FOUND ROLLER ON GEAR STICKING. CLEANED & LUBED ROLLER. LUBED UPLOCK ACTUATOR & MICROSWITCH. PERFORMED MULTIPLE GEAR SWINGS, OPS CHECK GOOD, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 560 ULTRA MM 32-30-00.

AFTER LANDING AT SLC, DURING SHUTDOWN COCKPIT FILLED WITH THICK HEAVY SMOKE. FOUND AIR CYCLE MACHINE TO BE AT FAULT, REMOVED DEFECTIVE ACM AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT IAW HAMILTON STANDARD AND CESSNA 560 MM CHAPTER 21-50-03 PG 201 & 202, OPS CHECKS GOOD.

ATA 2120

DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION, LOOKED INTO NACA SCOOPS AND SAW THE UPPER VANE PN 651207211 AND LOWER VANE PN 651207212 MISSING 1 INCH X 1 INCH AND A 1 INCH X 2 INCH PART OF VANE. BOTH CRACKS STARTED AT (V CUT). PARTS WERE FOUND DOWN STREAM PAST THE FRESH AIR CHECK VALVE AND THE OVERHEAD BLOWER WEDGED IN DUCT WORK. REPLACED BROKEN VANES WITH NEW AND SECURED IN PLACE WITH EA9309 IAW MM. BEFORE REINSTALLATION, WE DRILLED A RELIEF HOLE AT THE BOTTOM OF (V). AS WITH OTHER SCR`S, CONCERNED WITH THE BROKEN PARTS BECOMING WEDGED IN THE FRESH AIR CHECK VALVE (WHICH WOULD NOT ALLOW CABIN TO HOLD PRESSURE) AND OR THE OVERHEAD BLOWER FAN.
