BLEED AIR O'TEMP R AMBER CAS: ON THE PRIOR FLIGHT BLEED AIR OVER TEMP RIGHT AMBER CAST ILLUMINATED. COMPLIED WITH CHECKLIST AND TURNED OFF RIGHT SIDE PRESSURE FOR 30 SECONDS. LIGHT WENT OUT AND DID NOT COME BACK ON. ON THE FLIGHT IN QUESTION, BLEED AIR OVER TEMP RIGHT CAME ON AGAIN AT 40,000 FEET. ACCOMPLISHED CHECKLIST AND TURNED OFF RIGHT PRESSURE. LIGHT WENT OUT, BUT CAME BACK ON ONCE RIGHT SIDE PRESSURE WAS PLACED BACK IN NORMAL POSITION. BOTH CABIN AND COCKPIT AIR TEMPERATURE GAUGES WERE SET TO AUTOMATIC AND 75ð. ANTI-ICE WAS NOT ON. DURING RUDDER UPPER TORQUE TUBE DETAILED INSPECTION FOUND CORROSION TO EXTEND BETWEEN 0.1 AND 0.2 INCH FROM THE TORQUE TUBE. REMOVED CORRODED RUDDER TORQUE TUBE (RUDDER P/N 6933000-19 S/N 573185) AND REPLACED WITH NEW RUDDER TORQUE TUBE DUE TO LEVEL 2 CORROSION PN: 6933025-55 PER CESSNA 680 SRM 55-40-09.

VISUALLY INSPECTED BLEED DUCTS AT APU, L/H AND R/H BLEED VALVES IN AFT MAINTENANCE BAY. NO EVIDENCE OF OIL IN ANY LINES. OBTAINED BORESCOPE AND VISUALLY INSPECTED APU "0" BEARING FOR EVIDENCE OF OIL. MAINTENANCE CONTROL HAS ELECTED TO MEL APU BLEED AIR. ACCOMPLISHED TC-680-21-120905M (ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM (ECS) DUCT BURN OUT - TASK CARD TC-680-21-120905M.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKE OFF. COMPLIED WITH QRH AND RETURNED FOR LANDING WITH NORMAL PROCEDURES. NO UNSAFE MESSAGES NOTED. THE AMBER WOW MISCOMPARE MESSAGE APPEARED FOR 20 SEC IN THE DOWNWIND AND WENT AWAY. SIGN OFF. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM TO THE NOSE LANDING GEAR STRUT NOT EXTENDING COMPLETELY AND THE STRIKER PLATE NOT PUSHING THE NOSE LANDING GEAR WEIGHT ON WHEELS SWITCH. REFERENCED CMM 32-20-01 TROUBLESHOOTING CHART THAT STATED TWO PROBABLE CAUSES: TORQUE LINKS TIGHTENED TOO MUCH OR DAMAGED O-RINGS OR SEAL ASSEMBLY ON ISOLATION PISTON. CHECKED TORQUE LINKS AND TORQUE LINKS WERE NOT OVERTIGHTENED. CALLED MX CONTROL AND TOLD THEM THE FINDINGS. MX CONTROL REQUESTED TO REPACK THE NOSE LANDING GEAR LOWER CHAMBER. UPON GEAR EXTENSION, HYD VOLUME LOW CAS MESSAGE POSTED. CYCLED ON AND OFF UNTIL TOUCHDOW. HYD FLUID IS VISIBLE FROM THE NOSE AND TRAILS THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE FUSELAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR FLEX HYDRAULIC EXTENSION LINE IAW MM 20-10-01. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKS IAW MM 32-00-00, OPS AND LEAK CHECKED OK. SERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR TO FULL AND CLEANED BELLY OF AIRCRAFT.
DURING NOSE WHEEL STEERING CHECK, THE TILLER WILL ONLY MOVE HALF WAY TO THE LEFT. IF YOU CONTINUE TO APPLY PRESSURE THERE IS A POP IN THE TILLER AND IT CONTINUES THE REMAINER OF TRAVEL TO THE LT.
AFTER TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS STUCK IN DOWN POSITION WITH 3 GREEN & NO RED. MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. MX ATTEMPTED TO RAISE GEAR. GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE FROM DETENT. FOUND GEAR HANDLE WOULD RELEASE FROM DETENT ONLY WHEN SHAKEN. REINSTALLED GEAR HANDLE AND GEAR WOULD RAISE & LOWER PROPERLY. INTERNAL GEAR SET HANDLE SOLENOID IS INTERMITTENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH REPAIRED CONTROL HANDLE. SWUNG GEAR SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 32-30-10.
DURING CLIMB, AMBER HYD PRESSURE LOW LT & RT AND HYD VOLUME LOW LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. ON POST FLIGHT, HYD FLUID PRESENT IN NOSE GEAR WELL AND ALONG BELLY OF ACFT. FOUND LEAK AT NOSE WHEEL STEERING UNIT HOSE. REMOVED HOSE. INSTALLED NEW HOSE. BLED HYD AND NOSE STEERING SYS, LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 32-50-00 AND 12-12-02.
ON TAXI OUT, GREY/WHITE SMOKE WAS NOTICED IN COCKPIT ALONG WITH A ODOR OF HOT METAL. APU WAS RUNNING AND APU BLEED VALVE AND ENGINE BLEED VALVES WERE OPEN. REMOVED FAULTY ACM COOLING TURBINE. INSTALLED O/H ACM COOLING TURBINE. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 21-51-00.
TAXIED OUT FROM FBO, WITH APU RUNNING, WITH BLEED AIR ON. GOT TO THE END OF RUNWAY, NEXT FOR TAKEOFF WHEN A LIGHT BLUE COLORED SMOKE STARTED TO FILL THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. TURNED BOTH BLEEDS OFF RETURNED TO GATE, SMOKE DISSAPATED. REPLACED WATER SEPARATOR COALESCER SOCK. TROUBLESHOT TO A CUT O-RING ON THE OIL FILLER CAP AND APU OIL TO BE OVERSERVICED. REPLACED OIL FILLER CAP O-RING WITH A NEW O-RING SERVICED APU OIL TO LIMITS RAN APU TO PERFORM OPS AND LEAK CHECKS OPS AND LEAK CHECKS ARE GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 48-00-00 AND MM 49-22-00.
UPON TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. SHORTLY AFTER, HAD A WOW MISCOMPARE AMBER CAS. GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT RAISE. JACKED ACFT AND FOUND NOSE GEAR NOT FULLY EXTENDING TO MAKE NOSE GEAR SQUAT SWITCH. CONTACTED MX, REQUESTED TO REPACT AND SERVICE NOSE STRUT. BROKE DOWN NOSE STRUT ASSY AND REPACKED WITH OPD680-52-3 KIT. REASSEMBLED AND SERVICED AS REQUIRED. ALL LEAK CHECKS GOOD. C/W LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECK. ALL CHECKS GOOD. NO WOW MISCOMPARE NOTED. ALL WORK IAW CMM 32-20-01 AND MM 32-00-00 FOR FUNCTIONAL CHECKS.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF, WERE UNABLE TO TRIM THE ACFT NOSE DOWN. AFTER A FEW MOMENTS WE RECEIVED THE "PRIMARY STAB TRIM FAIL" CAS MESSAGE. SECONDARY TRIM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. R & R STAB TRIM PCB NC107. R & R PRIMARY STAB TRIM ACTUATOR. RIG AND OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM CH 27-40-00. AND 24-60-10.
AUTOPILOT/YAW DAMPER DISENGAGED ON IT'S OWN IN FLIGHT AND COULD NOT RE-ENGAGE. YAW DAMP WAS ABLE TO RE-ENGAGE INTERMITTENTLY ON 'B' CHANNEL ONLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED AILERON SERVO BRACKET IAW MM CHA 22-10-00. TENSION, RIGGED, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
WHILE ADDING POWER AND SIMULTANEOUSLY TURNING FUEL X-FEED OFF, RIGHT ENG FLAMED OUT. ENGINE RELIT VERY FAST. INSPECTED & REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE FUEL FILTER WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. DOWNLOADED BOTH ENGINE EDU'S & SENT TO MANUFACTURER FOR ANALYSIS. ANALYSIS SHOWED NO FAILURES ON FAULTS WITH NR 2 ENGINE COMPONENTS. NR 2 ENGINE DOES NOT FIGURE OUT UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS BY FOLLOWING CHECKLISTS. FUEL FILTER LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, RETRACTED LANDING GEAR, THE UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON. FOUND RIGHT HAND LANDING GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH FAILED.REPLACED RIGHT HAND LANDING GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH WITH NEW SWITCH PER MM 32-60-00. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
APU SHUTDOWN AFTER A BURNING ODOR PRESENT IN THE CABIN. APU SYSTEM FAIL FOLLOWED THE SHUTDOWN. [4-27-07] REMOVED AND REPLACED APU STARTER GENERATOR IAW 680 MM CHPT 49-40-00. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD
